I literally just received these 15 minutes ago and tried them on immediately. They are SO comfortable! I generally wear a 6 or 6.5 depending upon style/brand, so I ordered the 6.5 knowing I'd be wearing socks with them and standing for long periods of time; that was the right decision. They fit well now but I can tell they'll still be comfortable at the end of a long day. While I wouldn't consider them to be super stylish, they're certainly more stylish than any other work shoe I've had and they look fine with slacks. The heel is tall enough to provide some height without causing stress on the ball of the foot. The shoe is also surprisingly lightweight too. I'm happy I bought these and would recommend to others.

I feel it's only fair to mention that I HATE the appearance of nursing clogs....all of them. The brand matters not...they're hideous, and I think most people would agree. Aside from that, I am a big fan of Nurse Mates. I have been wearing Danskos for years while working as a nurse where I stand/walk almost constantly for 12 hours a day. When I first began wearing Danskos, they put so much pressure on the top of my right foot that I ended up with what I can only assume is nerve damage. I finally had to cut my shoes to stop the pressure. Now that I have tried Nurse Mates, I can't believe the difference in the two shoes. I ordered a half size larger than my usual size and I am really glad I did. I wore the nurse mates for the first time for 12 hours and they required no "breaking in". When I got home, I threw on my Danskos for a quick trip out to my garage and was shocked at how tight and heavy they were in comparison to the Nurse Mates. I can't believe I have worn those uncomfortable shoes for so long.

Love these shoes...very comfortable and the heel is the right height to offset my achy plantar fasciitis. Fit is true to size and the padded insole helps with foot fatigue. As a nurse I'm on my feet constantly; these cute shoes definitely help me make it through the day. Love Zappos!

I do about 10k steps at work daily and these shoes keep up perfectly! So comfortable and great look.

First time buying this brand. They are the most comfortable shoe I have worn in a long time. They are true to size. They were cute in picture but are even better on.

Took a couple tries to find the right socks for these shoes, needs a thicker sport cut no show sock. With thin socks, feet slip forward in the shoe. Very comfortable & perfect fit which says a lot coming from me. I have very wide feet and generally find it difficult to shop online for shoes! Will be ordering another pair soon! Wish there were more color/design options. Grey pattern is much brighter than displayed, very cute and I get compliments everywhere I go!

I ordered a pair last yr. and needed to place a re-order. I have very specific needs in a shoe, and this shoe meets all my criteria. Unfortunately, the color I wanted (steel) is apparently no longer available. Guess I'll have to settle for the black/dark gray. I really loved the steel because it didn't look so much like a "nurse" shoe. Hope the black/dark gray doesn't either. I hope they decide to bring the steel back at some point. Sigh. It's a great shoe for me though.

Love the shoe, size runs a bit small! My feet are too sensitive and made my feet hurt, but under normal circumstances they would have been great!

Great shoe! Comfortable and looks great on. My size was a bit too tight, so got it in a wider size and seems to be fitting much better.

Seems like a good, comfy shoe, width is good, but I wear an 8 all day, and this is way smaller than an 8.

Very cute! I like the style and heel. However, they are too small so having to exchange for a size bigger.

I like these shoes a lot. They are really well made and very nice looking. The only issue is that although I ordered the medium width (size 6) they seem pretty narrow and are not that easy to slip on. I think though that as I wear them more and more, they will stretch out and not be as tight. I hope so.

Really nice shoe! It is very comfortable and so cute! It was a little tight at first, but I noticed there are elastic straps that loosen for a nice fit with wear. Highly recommend Nurse Mates and would definitely purchase them again.

Soft inside.... I like this better than Dansko... If you have a high arch, like me this is more comfortable than Dansko.

These are very comfortable. My feet are wide and it's hard to find shoes. I definitely recommend it.

I'm a teacher, not a nurse, but I decided to try shoes designed for other professionals who do a lot of standing and walking. I wore them in my house at first, a couple of hours at a time, before wearing them to school. (I usually wear flats, so I had to get used to the heel.) On the second day of wearing them to school, I decided I was impressed -- so impressed that I'll be ordering the same shoe in a different color!

Love these shoes! I'm on my feet doing a lot of walking at work and these shoes, right out of the box were comfortable. I get tons of compliments too! I'm already looking at buying another pair.

I love these shoes, they are as comfortable as sneakers! I wear these all the time, with jeans or with dress clothes. I can wear them for 10 hours day on my feet and lots of walking, with no problem! I am on my second pair already.

I'm about to buy my second pair of these shoes, the first pair lasted a good 3 years of frequent wear but are starting to show scuff marks on the toes. They are super comfortable all day long and look fine with casual pants or jeans. I'm 5'6"--petite pants look fine with ballet flats but horrible with sneakers. I step on the hem of the regular length pants. The heels on these solve the problem perfectly and way more conveniently than hemming pants.

I got these for my mother, so I will be telling her feelings about them. I got them for her in her normal size, and that ended up being too small for her. So I went half a size up. Now they are slightly too big for her, and I think she was wearing socks. So now she says she will either have to wear them with thicker socks or in the summer, when her feet swell. She does really like them, and says they're really comfortable.

Just got these today and my feet are already thanking me. Zappos is amazingly pleasant to deal with, I hadn't ordered in a few years, so I called to update my contact phone number for delivery. They were so nice, not only updated my info but upgraded my shipping to next day air for FREE! Ordered these late on Sunday night and got them Tuesday afternoon. WOW! I am not a nurse but am on my feet all day working retail. Wore these around the house a bit today and am looking forward to a more comfortable day at work tomorrow. I thought these were cute enough to wear with pants (I got the white) and will be buying another color soon.

Love my new Nursemates! I really like the look of Dansko shoes, but I have a narrow foot, and they often fall right off. The Nursemates are a better fit, although I did need to return them for a half size larger than I normally wear. The return process through Zappos was incredible! So friendly, free shipping back to Zappos, and VERY fast delivery of my new size. Their service is unbeatable!!
