I love my Birkenstocks! The only negative to these shoes are they hurt the first few times you wear them until you get them worn in. But after that, they are great!

My go-tp sandal. I had the exact same pair for 6 years and wore them out so needed a replacement!

I didn't realize I was ordering the vegan material until after I had worn them several times. Were hard to break in - wish I would have paid closer attention and ordered leather.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! I ordered the size up before but they are slightly too big so Zappos was really kind in letting me switch out the size. If I could wear them year round (in the snow) I would.

This is my second pair of Mayari sandals. I wear them almost year round and got about 2 years out of the soles. I would imagine the average person may get more wear out of them if they typically have a few other pairs of sandals they were...not me! These are all I own. I wear them with fancy clothes and non-fancy clothes. Actually, wish I had one pair that I could use just as my around the house sandals, I just can't afford that LOL!

Love the size and fit! Same size as my first pair of Birkies purchased in 1990. I am in search of just the right color; and this is not it. The Stone Birkibuc is well represented on the Zappos website, it just doesn't look good on me. I tried the Stone Birkibuc and the Vegan Anthracite Pull Up Birko-Flor, which look great, but felt the vegan material is just not as soft on the big toe. It's a great sandal, with strap adjustments for a great fit!

These are my first pair of Birkenstocks. I have never tried on a more comfortable pair of shoes. They are so soft and the arch support is fantastic. They are a size bigger than I normally wear so I will exchange them. I am so excited for the snow and ice to melt so I can wear them.

The products was what I expected; size, color and style. I was surprised how fast the shipping took.

Love these! So the first couple of days they don't feel right BUT only be they need to be broken in to fit perfectly with your feet. Once you break them in you will never want to take them off. The size was perfect and with the adjustable straps it makes it easier to give or take a little. Hands down the best sandals I have ever owned. Really glad I splurged and go these!

I love these sandals! They fit true to size for me. I am usually a 39 in Birks except for the Boston, where I am a 40. These are a 39 and I don't have a lot of room in the back or front, but my feet feel nice and cozy in these and they don't feel too small. No heel hanging off the back or toes touching right at the edge of the front. I ordered a regular, even though my feet are average and narrow probably would have been fine. I have to use the next to last hole on both straps, but I like the room it gives my feet. I don't think regular is as wide in the Mayari and it would be in, say, the Arizona, which is for both men and women. This seems made for a woman's foot. These look nice on the foot and even sort of stylish. The strap in the middle gives a secure feeling and you don't feel like you are going to walk out of them. My toes don't feel like they have to grip the front. It would be nice if the Mayari could come in a soft sole, but these don't take long to break in at all. Maybe a week.

I wear a 8 1/2 regular and the 40 reg width fit me perfect.

I wanted to keep this shoe, but it was not flattering on my wide feet. The straps were a bit too narrow for my taste. They are cute and very comfortable. I would recommend them. I loved the silver color.

This is my third pair of these shoes, I love them! The style looks good with everything and the comfort is unbelievable! I have a very narrow foot so I liked that narrow was an option.

Once I broke these shoes in, they feel great. I love how they are a little dressier than some of the other styles. I am able to walk all day in them and my feet feel great.

Love the fit and the sandal overall. I will say the color is NOT like the picture. I purchased the Habana and it’s lighter than the picture shown on their website. Also, the leather had scratches but I don’t mind since I like the distressed look.I guess every sandal is different idk but I do love it.

This sandal is perfect for my feet, which have some issues. However, with these sandals I do not need any foot pads or heel supports! I love Birkies! They last a very long time too. If you wear ball of foot pads or heel pads give Birkenstocks a try!

I normally wear a size 8, but wear a 37 in Birkenstocks (size 6-6.5). I love the fit. The silver is so cute!

I usually wear a size 8, but knew these ran big so I went with the 38. I also exchanged them for the narrow bc I have a really narrow foot. They fit so much better on me.

Super cute and comfy. The more you wear the better they fit! They have to be broken in.

What can I say... these are Birkenstocks. If you’re new to them, you have to break in the shoes and your feet. Once done, they are the best.

If I could live in birks I would. My feet NEVER complain when I'm wearing these shoes.

This is my first pair of Birks. I've tried them on before in stores but found them too stiff and did not trust that they would "break in" properly. However, I experienced plantar faciitis for the first time and after reading that Birks might relieve the heel pain, I decided to order a pair and am SO glad I did. But for the high arch support, these were immediately comfortable. After a few hours of light wear, I no longer felt the arch either. In combination with my KURUs, I no longer have heel pain.

I’ve worn Birkenstock’s for 5+ years. My choice has always been the gizeh but late last year (December), I decided to venture out and got the mayari (habana leather). And now let me tell you, leather and the mayari are now my 2 faves. After wearing the habana mayari non stop, I decided to get the black oiled leather. I can’t complain, Birkenstock’s are self explanatory and so is Zappos. As for sizing, I have some wide feet, and I wear a 9 in all other sneakers/flip flops/sandals/heels. I wear a 40 (9) regular in both the gizeh and mayari. I haven’t enclosed pics as yet but I ordered the oiled blue leather in the same mayari style, so I’ll post the pics on that review of all 3

i wear a 7.5 in most shoes, although my running shoes and flip flops are usually a size 8. i got the size 38 (7-7.5 US) Birkenstock Mayari in mocha, and they are perfect. i love them, and i can’t wait until they are worn and molded to my foot in that Birkenstock way.

These were my first pair of birks and I have loved them! I have had them for about 3 years and they are still holding up great. I like the toe strap and I like that they are less clunky than the other styles.
