Why did I receive size 39 if I ordered 8-8.5? Not happy Do you have this in size 38 (narrow/medium)? Thank you

I just don’t think I’m a Birkenstock girl to many hard uncomfortable spots and ledges.

They are pretty cute sandals, but the material was rough on the straps that go between my toes. I didn’t love that! I returned them.

I've ordered these sandals in narrow TWICE, and both times I received them in regular width. I have them in black in narrow and they fit perfectly. Not sure what I have to do to get this color in narrow. Very frustrating.

I could not wear the shoes because the toe loop was too hard and hurt between my toes. I did not care for the material of the straps on the shoes. I wear the Arizona's with suede straps and soft footbed. Very comfortable!

I received the wrong Birkenstock for the second time !! I ordered Birkenstock Franca Oiled Leather and got ones with toe straps, Not even close to the ones I order except for color! I'll order them on Amazon since I can't get you people to send me correct Birkenstock sandals See 2nd image below!

I didn’t like the loop around my big toe I could tell it was going to be problematic if I kept them but they are super cute

Loved the sandals. Had them for less than a year and lived in the Midwest (aka can’t wear them October-March) and the toe strap on the left sandals detached! I thought Birkenstocks were known for longevity. My husband now jokes that they’re ‘brokenstocks’. I’m so sad!

Super disappointed that the toe strap just snapped on my right shoe! I loved these and am so surprised this would happen to a Birkenstock. I do wish I had read reviews- seems this is unfortunately a common issue.

These were deformed. The toe strap barely stretched to be able to be buckled, without my foot in it. And the straps were definitely flimsy and the foot bed gave on the edges. The shoe said it was a birkenstock, but it didn’t seem like it.

Birkenstocks are my absolutely my favorite shoes but this pair was nothing but a disappointment. I was purchasing these to replace an identical pair that had finally come apart. I ordered the exact size, color and style of the ones to be replaced. Obviously, this pair was either miss sized or made inferior. I could not even get my toe on either shoe into the loop because they were so small. Extremely disappointed.

These shoes feel nothing like a Birkenstock. They wear like a Birk knock-off from Amazon - no arch support, heel and toe supports aren't there.

The toe strap broke after I wore them only a handful of times.

These shoes are heavier than I thought they’d be. They gave me a blister on the top of my foot. Very uncomfortable. I’m disappointed.

This was an odd issue. I gave 3 stars for comfort because the right shoe fit fine but for some reason the left shoe did not fit correctly. Every time I took a step, my foot would come down off centered and catch the outer raised edge of the shoe base. I tried the buckles numerous ways to try and correct the issue but no luck. The right shoe fit fine. All I can think is that it was malformed or made wrong. I had to return them. :( over all review is a 1 due to the problem with the left shoe.

Horrible hurt your feet

Unrelated to fit or style: these shoes were so obviously previously worn it was disgusting. Imprinted and dirty toe marks. Water marks. These are $100 shoes.

It's not the quality I expected from Birkenstock. These sandals are completely falling apart considering I only use them as house shoes. I'm very disappointed of the quality.
