I got the worst blisters of my life from these shoes from walking to class for about 20 minutes all together. The high arch really hurt my feet and they were just overall very uncomfortable. I hate it, because I loved the way they looked. They were also way too big, almost a full size larger.

Unfortunately the top strap that goes across the upper part of my foot really rubbed on my skin and caused a lot of discomfort. I tightened the buckle, so hopefully it will help next time I try to wear them (after my skin is all healed and I do not need to do much walking in them). For a Birkenstock, I think the style (Mayari) is quite cute.

Very cute shoe but it didn't fit my feet very well. I wear a 5.5 and the 36 was too short and the 37 was still too short in toe but too long in the back.

I love these shoes. I love the look of them and the way they feel. in warm months I wear them all the time. The problem I have with this style is that the toe strap breaks where it goes into the footbed. I bought one pair and they broke within three months. Zappos graciously sent me a new pair since the others broke so soon. That was last summer. I pulled them out of the closet, after winter, and wore them for the last two months straight and now the new pair has broken. Now, I do wear them EVERY day ALL day but it seems they should last much longer than 3 or 4 months of wear. I have had Birks last for over 10 years so I'm quite disappointed. I would buy this style again because I love the way it looks but not knowing they break so easily. :(

This shoe was a 1/2 size too small. Although the 39 was supposed to be comparable to an 8-8 1/2, I wear 8 1/2 and it was too big. The "distressed" leather wasn't and the style was uncomfortable on my foot. These will be going back and I think I'll stick to shoes with American sizes. Not happy!

They just fit my feet, once I adjusted the straps even though I could wait to break them in, they would have been too tight. I sent them back. I love the style and the look.

Loved the style, but didn't end up being as comfortable as I had hoped. I was shopping around for a new pair of Birkenstock sandals and wanted something a little more jazzy than the Birki's slides I already own. I debated over a few styles but decided on this one because it had a toe loop versus hard plastic between the toes. I'm one of those people who loves thong sandals but can't stand any with hard plastic that rubs my feet. I ordered the Black Birko-Flor in size 38 (7-7.5). I really liked these out of the box but when I tried them on and walked a few steps I felt slight pain in the underside of my big toe where the loop curves in attaching to the foot bed. I'm not sure if this would go away after a break-in period but I decided to return them because I knew if they continued to bite the underside of my toe with each step there was no way I could wear them for any length of time. These shoes weigh nothing at all, fit true to size, and the foot bed was just as comfortable as the other Birkenstocks I own. Another thing I wasn't crazy about were the buckles on the shoe-they are plastic! I was very disappointed to see flimsy plastic buckles on Birkenstocks. Part of the reason I purchase these shoes is for the quality. I hope these plastic buckles won't be here to stay!

If you are looking for a comfortable, cute and feminine pair of sandals that you will just love then these are not them. These shoes are so awful all the way around. Boxes would look better on your feet.

These sandals were exactly what I ordered. However, they had been worn, had some blades of grass and dirt stuck to the foot bed and the box contained a personal note from the person who ordered and previously wore the shoes. I ordered and paid for new sandals. Definitely a return. Disappointed in Zappos. This is the 2nd return in 2 weeks. The prior return was because the wrong size was sent. Sloppy and won't be ordering again for a while.

I purchased this shoe in black in size 39. I love them and they fit perfectly. I purchased them in white and they are too large

Almost tripped as soon as I put them on. They are not of the same quality as my other Birkies.

Why did I receive size 39 if I ordered 8-8.5? Not happy Do you have this in size 38 (narrow/medium)? Thank you

I just don’t think I’m a Birkenstock girl to many hard uncomfortable spots and ledges.

They are pretty cute sandals, but the material was rough on the straps that go between my toes. I didn’t love that! I returned them.

I've ordered these sandals in narrow TWICE, and both times I received them in regular width. I have them in black in narrow and they fit perfectly. Not sure what I have to do to get this color in narrow. Very frustrating.

I could not wear the shoes because the toe loop was too hard and hurt between my toes. I did not care for the material of the straps on the shoes. I wear the Arizona's with suede straps and soft footbed. Very comfortable!

I received the wrong Birkenstock for the second time !! I ordered Birkenstock Franca Oiled Leather and got ones with toe straps, Not even close to the ones I order except for color! I'll order them on Amazon since I can't get you people to send me correct Birkenstock sandals See 2nd image below!

I didn’t like the loop around my big toe I could tell it was going to be problematic if I kept them but they are super cute

Loved the sandals. Had them for less than a year and lived in the Midwest (aka can’t wear them October-March) and the toe strap on the left sandals detached! I thought Birkenstocks were known for longevity. My husband now jokes that they’re ‘brokenstocks’. I’m so sad!
