I was a bit concerned about how the wrap around the toe would be but it is surprisingly comfortable. I got a pair in silver to change into at my daughter's wedding while everyone else without foot troubles gets into their flip flops - the silver makes the Mayari style look quite dressy. Also like the narrow width option - they feel very secure on my feet.

I have this model in black and in Moroccan gold and love both. They are extremely comfortable and go with practically anything from shorts to jeans to dress pants. Highly recommend them to someone who is on their feet a lot and who wants to look good, yet be comfy.

Love the Birks! I needed a nice comfy sandal for our son's wedding in Florida Keys! They were just what I expected! I have ordered from Zappos several times and always gotten wonderful service. Always very quick to arrive.

These are super cute, and of course they have all the quality and comfort expected from a Birkenstock product.

I've never owned a pair of Birkenstocks, but these have great support (as all do), and these are the cutest ones I've ever seen (that's why I bought them). I have narrow feet, so ordered the narrow and the adjustable straps allow them to be perfect. The big toe strap doesn't give me any trouble, it really helps keep your whole foot in place better and doesn't feel weird (to me at least). They're my new go-to casual shoe (until winter returns)!

Today is the first time I have worn these new Mayari Birkenstocks. I love them. I have heard a lot of good things about Birkenstocks, but had never owned any. They are great! They just mold to your feet and they are so comfortable.

I've recently been struggling with terrible heel pain, the Birk's arrived the day before going to the foot doctor. He said I have the early stages of Achilles Tendonist. He followed that with if I wear the Birk's for 3 to 4 months straight I should be back to normal. It's been about a month now and I've got tremendious improvement and don't like walking barefoot anymore. However I will say I cannot wear them on long walks thru city streets without paying for it at the end of the day. So I still need to work out what to wear then. These are great looking sandals and in the hunter brown leather they go from jeans to casual pretty well. I believe these will not be my only Birk's in the future or our family as my husband purchased a pair of Birk's too.

I've never owned Birks before but needed a sandal that I could be in all day at work and look a little less casual then flips. These work great, look cute with jeans or capris and are keepers. I'm between a 9-9.5 and ordered a 39. My feet are med width but swell sometimes and the regular width is fine.

These shoes are very cute. They do are a little shine to them - in a good way! I was concerned about the fit from reading other reviews. I ordered two different sizes. I usually wear an womens 8. I ended up choosing the size 38. It seems like it might be a tad to long, but the 37 was way to small. I'm just trusting my feet and they do feel comfortable. Also no farting noise like that one lady had!

I love Birkenstocks and these sandals are no exception! They fit great and I get tons of compliments on them! Also, Zappos upgraded my shipping for free and I received my order less than 24 hours after ordering! Great service Zappos!

These sandals are just as comfortable as other Birkenstocks that I've had. But so much cuter! The silver color definitely dresses them up a bit. I have some foot issues and Birkenstocks save me! Once you break them in (a couple of weeks) they are the most comfy sandals ever.

These sandals are great. I'm 7 months preganant and got these shoes to support my feet and my back. They're very comfortable. Arch support is just right, not too little not too much. My recommendation to those who think the arches are too high is to give it a week for your feet to adjust. The problem is not due to these shoes being defective, it's due to our feet not being used to such good and healthy shoes. Additionally this specific model is very stylish and looks great on feet. I highly recommend it in black patent leather.

I noticed these at my local store the other day and I was very tempted to buy them online because of all the colors. I ended up just buying the black ones at my local store for now. I have never had birkenstocks. I like these new styles they have out. Very cute and comfortable. I ended up getting the 39. I normally wear an 8.5 in shoes women sizes. I almost went with the 38 but I noticed that as I walked my foot started to tread on the hill cup back so I went up a size. These ones are a little big so I had to tighten the straps all the way and there is a bit of room for my toes but I think I went with the right size because as the site would suggest 39 is an 8-8.5. I look forward to breaking these babies in and walking every where in them because I am an avid walker and normal sandals just don't cut it when you walk a lot.

The Zappos sizing chart lists US size 7 as European 37-38. Then on the item order screen the drop-down order size shows size 37 as 6-6.5 and size 38 as 7-7.5. So I ordered both a 37 and a 38 to see which would fit. When I received the order, the shoe boxes list size 37 as ladies size 6 and size 38 as Ladies size 7. Very confusing sizing info for us size 7 ladies! In the end, the 38 (size 7)is what fit me perfectly and I love the silver color!

This was my first pair of Birkenstock shoes but they will not be my last! I love everything about them including the fit, comfort and the look. I get compliments every time I wear them. I would highly recommend them.

This is a classy sandal, not the usual Birkenstock. I wear size 8, so ordered 38 and 39. 39 felt better under foot, but the heel was too long. I kept 38 in orange and it will be fine I am sure. Recovering from Bunion/hammertoe surgery. Plenty of room to stretch out here.

One of the best pairs of Birkenstocks I've ever owned. Very comfortable from the first wear, and they break in very nicely. The color is a bit darker than in the picture, but that means that you can wear them with browns or blacks. Simple styling but very different. I would buy them in every color if I could. 5 stars all around!

A "dressy" Birkenstock - how wonderful is that. Fits well, wears well - love them, buy them! I would like it if Birkenstock would make a black cork base, just to dress it up even more, but that's just me.

I love this sandal very cute and stylish. I have another pair and they were too big so if you have small feet buy a smaller size in the narrow width and they will be a perfect fit. Best sandal in the world!

Love this sandal! So cute and comfortable! I have been partial to the Gizeh, but due to some metatarsal issues related to bunions, I can no longer wear a thong-type sandal. This is a fantastic alternative! The toe strap holds my big toe in a comfortable position and actually hides my embarrassing bunions - they actually make my feet look halfway normal! The arch support is great, and as I have found to be the case with all Birks sandals, they quickly conform to your feet after a few days wear and become quite comfortable - like a glove. I can wear these with zero foot pain! This is my new favorite Birk! And as always, Zappos is the best!

Love these! They are extremely comfortable - even when wearing them for long periods of walking. I had tried some on at a local retail store, but they didn't have the color I wanted, and I found that they are larger in size than what the "US size conversions" say on this site. The size felt true to the size, but not to the "US conversion" size. I am a 37 in these (and am typically a 37), which it says fits a size 6-6.5, but I typically wear a 7-8. (women's), so keep that in mind when ordering (and I have wide-ish feet too). These are cute with jeans, skirts, shorts, whatever, so I wear them all the time, and love them!

A sophisticated color for a casual shoe, which allows for much versatility.

Another great Birkenstock sandal...fit seems to be the same as others in this line. The Onyx BirkoFlor is an attractive & versatile color, darker than as pictured (think of a graphite color and that's really more like the color & sheen). The toe ring part doesn't bother me on these, it has on other sandals (e.g. the Mephisto Helen). Excellent arch support and heel cup.
