I never thought I would own a pair of Birkenstocks until I discovered this style. They are much less bulky looking and more narrow than most other styles I have seen. I generally wear a 7 1/2 to an 8, depending on the style of the shoe, and the 38 fits perfectly. They were pretty comfortable right out of the box, but after only a few more wears, they are the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned.

My husband and I are doing a trip to Europe this month. I was looking for comfy shoes to get thinking the weather would be warmer than how it is actually going to be. Anywho I used to have Birkenstocks and had read that they are great for Europe. So I bought a pair of these in the stone color. Honestly, it took me a minute to break them in. I had blisters on the sides of my feet, but now that they are broken in I feel like Im not wearing shoes when I wear them. They are ridiculously comfortable. Well worth paying a little more for something I will have for a while.

These are my first pair of Birkenstocks. I love them! I get tons of compliments when I wear them. One thing though, they take a few wears to break in. But once that's done, they are extremely comfortable!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these sandals! Second pair I've owned (because my puppy ate the first pair) - They are my Go-To sandal of the summer! Super Comfy!

I wear these a size smaller than my other birks (three straps). I love them as much as the others. Have worn them everyday since I got them, only a little stiff the first day. Toe strap isn't bothersome.

Just love these Birks! I regret throwing out my Birks from my college days, but I am so happy that I decided on this pair and new style. I'm not a girly-girl, but the Mayari style is very modern and attractive. I have received nothing but great compliments when I wear them, and even friends that loathe Birkenstocks actually really like these. And with all Birks, they are super comfy right out of the box. I have high arches and these provide moderate support, but my feet are just fine wearing these all days while embarking on long walks. I am very happy with my purchase, and these will be my only sandals when I travel to Europe this summer! And thanks, Zappos, for always being the enabler. LOL!

I wear these almost everyday. Go to sandals that can be worn with anything! So comfortable

Bought these for my 13-year-old daughter. She continues to rave about how comfortable they are. She wears them as much as possible and finds the support feels good on her feet. She loves the mocha color, which surprised me.

I have decided to keep this sandal. I love birkenstock. They make my wide feet look a little slimmer, and they are comfortable. I am really sorry Zappos for having to try on so many shoes before I found the right ones.

I love birkenstocks. These are just as comfortable as my other pairs.

I bought these for Easter for my granddaughter who was heading off to FL! She loved then, wore them all day and said they were wonderful! I wasn't sure I liked the looks but once on, they looked great on her!

I love these Birkenstocks. I have a narrow foot and arthritis. I have issues finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. These not only fit but are very comfortable. I wish they came in more colors.

As a gal with flat feet, I've spent $$$ on custom orthotics and flip-flops with built-in orthotics, only to have my feet ache after only a few hours of walking. I decided to go back to basics and try these Birkenstocks. No pain, no swelling, and no break-in time required! Just ordered a second pair in brown.

Birkenstock sandals are pretty much my staple spring, summer and fall. They give me the support I need to be on my feet all day as a teacher. The Mayari are probably the most stylish, and I feel they go with pretty much everything. They do take a couple weeks to break in if you're not used to Birkenstocks.

There was a period of breaking them in for me. My friend said the same for hers as well. But now after about 3 wears they're great. I love them because they're so much more attractive than the foam flip flop and 100 times more comfortable!

I love the Mayari style and especially in the Antique lace color. They are extremely comfortable, I usually wear a 6.5 but am right between a size 36 and 37 so I ended up going with the smaller size since they will likely stretch out a little over time.

These are very comfortable and supportive. I wear 6.5, and the size 36 fit best.

I love these sandals. I really didn't think I would, but these are so comfortable and have formed to my feet. The medium width accommodates a wider foot and you can loosen the straps if needed. There is great arch support but all feet are different- so I like that these shoes form to the shape of your feet.

These sandals are ridiculously comfortable! Right out of the box, they felt great and even more amazing after a few days of breaking them in. I had surgery to remove a bone in the arch of my foot last year and my podiatrist recommended Birks for proper arch support when I don't feel like wearing sneakers. This style is super cute and I love the oiled leather look. I walked 5 miles in the city on hard concrete during the first week I had them and didn't get a single blister, PLUS my feet felt like I hadn't walked at all. They don't feel slippery when your feet sweat the way some sandals do and my toes don't feel like they're gripping to hold on to the shoe. They're literally the best feeling thing I have ever put on my feet!
