They are cute. They fit well. I needed them for my wedding the next day. I bought them and they came, as promised the next day. But the actual shoe with padding added hurt after 20 minutes. Zappos is great! The shoes not so much.

Well, I ordered a 8.5 in these because of other reviews I've read that said it seemed to run big and when I received them and tried them on, they felt tight. I normally wear a 9 in heels and figured I might be able to swing an 8.5. When I tried them on, I wasn't able to just slip them on; it seemed I had to squeeze my foot in it. So I returned the 8.5 and ordered the 9 and tried those on once they arrived and found myself still squeezing into the shoe. I've never had an issue with me wearing heels or being able to slip into an 8.5 or a 9 so this disappointed me to say the least. I really like the style; I think they are super cute. I just wish I could wear them. So I'm keeping them for now and am on the hunt for a more comfortable pair. I need to find heels for my wedding day and I don't want to spent money on a shoe I cannot wear if not the whole night...most of the night.
