Love these; second purchase after I wore my first pair out.

This is a beautiful dress shoe, and extremely comfortable, I have worn them to several events, weddings, retirement parties, and graduations and they are so comfortable I can wear them throughout the event without any pain to my feet at all. I have them in mostly all the colors. The red, silver, and gold Nina's are stunning.

Beautiful and surprisingly comfortable shoe! I have a wide toe bed and narrow heels and these fit well, but I usually wear a size 9.5-10 but those were slipping off my feet. A size 9 was perfect. It is an elegant shoe and I wore them to a wedding w/a black dress - I hope to have other reasons to wear them again!

Really elegant, nice height, and fairly comfortable - I love them! This brand always feels just a tiny bit too long for my foot, not even a half size, maybe a quarter size? Just enough to make it slip off my heel.

I love Zappos! It took me a couple of tries to find the right shoe, but ordering and returning was easy and quick. These shoes feel great and are exactly as described.

Beautiful shoe! Too big for me, though. I wear a size 5. If there had been a smaller size option, I'd be getting these!

This was the first time I had ordered shoes from Zappos. I heard all of these great reviews from friends. I found the perfect pair to match my dress. I paid an extra $25.00 to have the shoes shipped the next day. The shoes arrived when promised. Unfortunately, the shoes were the wrong size. The box had the correct size written on the outside, but inside the shoes were a half size to big. I was leaving to go out of town for the wedding and panicked because I didn't have shoes. I immediately called customer service, the woman on the phone was incredible. She ordered me the correct size, had them shipped the next day to my son's house and refunded my money. I will continue to shop at Zappos because of their customer service and their great selection of shoes.

I bought these to wear to my son's wedding. I have a taffeta dress in navy so these look fantastic with it. However, I am not used to heels. I got carried away with the beautiful style of these shoes. I actually had to send them back and get the WW, and they fit, and I put the heel pads and the sole pads for texture so I would not slip and fall. After wearing them around my house, I knew that I would never be able to wear them for hours so sadly, I am going to have to sell them. I am sure that I can because they were never worn outside and they are clean. The sole on this shoe is very slippery. So I am shopping for yet another pair of shoes on Zappos! I love Zappos because you cannot beat the customer service and the selection is fantastic!

I absolutely love these shoes. They are so pretty. I have wide feet and I was concerned that they were not going to fit. I ordered a 9W and when they came, way earlier than I was expecting, they were just a tad too short. So I printed a return label, as per the instructions, thinking that I would probably have to wait until they received the first pair. Well, today I received the right size, one day after I printed the return label! They look fantastic, and for high heels they are very comfortable. I am wearing them to my sons' wedding with my Navy blue dress. I am so happy with Zappos! I am a die hard Zappos customer!

This is a gorgeous shoe, but the heel is higher than I expected and therefore, my ability to walk is nil.

Very pretty shoe. I like the sideways bow. More unique. Open toe but not too much showing. Cuts a bit at the opening but not so much to be unbearable.

I love these shoes!! The color is beautiful and they are going to be comfortable for my wedding day. I do think that I will need to break them in first though. They are very stiff.

After reading several of the other reviews, it was even MORE difficult to choose a size! Some said narrow, others said wide. Some said sizes run large, others said small. I surmised that for most people, their own foot is the gold standard...not very helpful. Okay, so I KNOW my foot is wide. I generally wear a 6.5W or EW, or 7W. Rarely can I wear a M width, so I always order shoes online (not sneakers). I will be Mother of the Bride in a winter wedding, wearing an indigo/navy dress which will need hemming, so obviously I had to buy the shoes before making an alteration appointment. This pair was my 4th attempt. The "new navy" shoes are the perfect color. Based on the confusing reviews, I took a leap of faith and ordered a 7W. They fit perfectly! I don't even have to stretch them out, despite moderate bunions. They are adorable, stylishly camouflaging the ugliest parts of my feet.

The color is very pretty. I plan to wear these with my wedding dress (which is ivory). The colors compliment each other very well if you are looking for a pop of color. The heel is just the perfect height-gives a little boost but not uncomfortable to walk in. The bow is adorable.

After previous attempts at other shoes, I finally chose this gorgeous heel to wear for my sons wedding this past weekend. I loved that they came in a wide width. My feet on not particularly wide but I always like to purchase dressy shoes with this width. Obviously, being at a wedding requires a lot of standing and dancing and these shoes were perfect! They are beautiful too and went so well with my dress. The heel is just the right height and definitely a shoe that I can use again. I highly recommend these!

The shoe is very nice and came in a great time frame/what I expected. One of the shoes feels tighter than the other, so it must just be me. I probably could have tried a 1/2 size bigger but I am usually true to size. I'm wearing them around the house to break them in before my wedding. Here's my word of caution: I'm 100% positive that Nina is scamming consumers. This shoe is exact to the "Forbes" style shoe that my bridesmaids all got cheaper at another big shoe company locally. They paid less and sine my size was no longer in stock I had to use Zappos to get it for less under a new name. I know that's not Zappos' fault, but Nina is ridiculous. They're all the same bridal style shoes, but they just rename them seasonally to jack the prices back up to full price. Oh well, you only get married once, right? (crosses fingers)

When I need just the right shoe for a certain outfit, I've learned I don't have to spend a whole day shopping...I just browse Zappos and order. Their free shipping policy makes it so worth it!

Great, comfortable shoe. Fits true to size. Satin shoe is much prettier than picture shows.

I love these shoes! They are pretty and very comfortable as well. There are not many navy dressy shoes on the market and these are great.

I bought these shoes in Gold Royal Satin for my wedding day. The height was perfect! They were very comfortable during the standing-around-picture-taking period. I did take them off at the reception, but I think that was more because I don't normally wear heels and my feet were resentful. Overall, I would say these were a score! And the color is so beautiful that they look much more expensive than they were. Thanks, Zappos!

Really cute shoes! I bought these shoes for a wedding, ordering the navy and black. I tried the navy on and they fit great but, at the last minute decided to take the black. Imagine my surprise when I put them on and they were 1/2 size too big. Since I was out of town, I had to wear them (bought heel pads and toe pads and they were still too big). Anyway, got home, contacted Zappos & they gladly took the worn pair back and sent me another pair in a smaller size. LOVE Zappos! And really love these shoes and, because they're a classic style, I imagine that I'll be able to wear them a lot.

I am 5 foot 9. I love heels and needed a dress shoe for my son's wedding. These were it - not too high and very comfy. Zappos was wonderful as always.

This color perfectly matched a red dress and so sophisticated and pretty. It's a higher heel than I normally wear but I was able to spend an hour dancing at a wedding in them before I switched to flats. I have a bunion and wider foot and the medium width was just fine for me.
