Fell apart in less then two weeks of wear, the rubber sole is peeling away from the shoe.

When these shoes first came I was amazed as soon as I took them out of the box because they just look so awesome. Unlike Vans or other sneakers that you see all the time, these shoes stand out. I've gotten many compliments on them. They're also extremely comfortable. The insole provides a lot of cushion. I've had these for about a month and they are not showing any signs of falling apart. I highly recommend these.

These are snug shoes. I have fairly flat feet, and was worried that these would have little arch support and flatten over time. But they have great support and have been my main shoes for six months. I want to buy another pair, but they are out of my size. These are great shoes. They are one of my all time favorites. They look good with everything.

I've had these about a month now and I'm very happy with them. It took about two days to break them in and my feet were a little sore. I've worn them every day since and they're real comfortable now. They're great shoes.

I'm an attorney and usually dress conservatively and was worried these would look too flashy or skateboard, but they actually look great. My college-aged neighbor has a pair and they work with the way he dresses too.

Comfortable skate shoe. They are a little shiny, which isn't exactly my style so I'm hoping/expecting they will dull a little with wear.

These are some great-looking shoes, many compliments. Good design, sturdy build. When I ordered them, they arrived within four days. I am going to order again from Zappos, of course. Zappos has an extensive selection, and affordable prices on some hard-to-find items. Great stuff!

These shoes are the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own. I used to wear Converse and Vans slip ons all the time because I've worn them forever and my feet are used to them. I bought these on a whim, and Bam! new favorite pair of shoes. I wear them all the time. they have an instant classic style, but still manage to give off that "rocker" persona that I carry (I'm a musician after all). Highly recommended to anyone and everyone. Just be prepared for a new feeling if you are used to having a lot of arch support.

Amazing shoe! Very light and comfy. Very durable toe cap which I really liked. This is my third pair of Macbeth's and I will continue to purchase from them and Zappos. Highly recommend these to anyone who wants a simple attractive casual shoe.

Love the overall look and style of this shoe. Unfortunately, the sizing felt really off. I wear a size 12 in every other shoe, it felt like I was sent a 13 with way too much toe room. I really like the shoe, but it is definitely way too big to keep. Sad that I had to send back as they don't have a 11.5 size.

These are a good upgrade from my usual brand. However, the biggest complaint is that the tongue will often shift to the side, and I have to readjust it frequently.

These shoes are pretty comfortable. I bought them to replace a pair of NB. I run a decent amount and walk everywhere. I was a little worried the first day because they didn't seem to be holding to my heel very well, but within a day, they had broke in and now they feel great.

Good fit and feel, but within a min. of putting them on the front part of the sole starts peeling off. Thought is was a defective pair, so I returned and got another one, same thing happened.

My new favorite shoes! The cyan adds such an amazing contrast to these shoes. The shoes are light and moderately comfortable and feel true to size/width. I love them!

Shoe looks good, though it's definitely puffier than it appears in the pictures. Nice that it's vegan. My main complaint is the quality. I wore this shoe less than ten times, no more than a few hours at a time, before the sole started to separate from the rest of the shoe. And right out of the box, the shoe was uncomfortable. Basically no support, no padding. Insoles helped with the comfort issue, but they won't stop the shoes from falling apart. Seventy dollars is way too much to spend for sneakers that are so poorly made.

This is a great shoe. Looks cool and is very comfortable. But beware, it runs quite small. I am normally a size 12. I had to return that for a size 13, only because they don't make 12.5. To my surprise, the size 13 fits great. I'd suggest ordering at least a half, if not a full, size larger than normal.

Order at least a half size larger. I am 10½ in pretty much every shoe that I have owned in the last 10 years. 10½ on these was so small that my big toe was bent.

These are very cool shoes. Style for miles. As another reviewer mentioned, people do notice them and they can work in a variety of settings. In a full year of use the Brightons held up very well to substantial abuse, including but not limited to: an accidental dip in the Pacific, a multi-day walking tour of DC, and commuter bicycling. And it looks like they'll last another year. I will say that before the dip in the ocean there was a slight ridge at the back that became uncomfortable after a full day on my feet.

Great shoe. I would definitely recommend. Macbeth is one of my favorite shoe companies!

I love these shoes, feel great and look great. They were a little bit big for my size so I bought a 1/2 a size smaller and they fit like a glove.

I bought this pair of sneakers somewhere close to two years ago. They just recently began to fall apart on me and they've been my main sneaker for that whole time (minus when I'm working outdoors). All in all very durable. Only complaint is how easily they soak through with water if you accidentally step in a puddle.

I've had the same Brightons for 3 years and I love them. I still use them quite frequently, they still look great and are as comfortable as the first time I wore them.

I initially got these shoes because they have a slim profile that conforms to the shape of your feet, rather than the bulky style that is so prevalent in casual footwear. These have a feel similar to Adidas Sambas. It should be noted that the material around the Macbeth logo on the side is actually a nylon material, and has some shine to it, which I did not detect in the image when I purchased it -- this is not a deal-breaker, but you should just be aware; it kind of surprised me a bit. I'm about a month in from having these, and I have not seen any notable fatigue on the soles or anywhere else -- they seem to be holding up well, so far. All in all, I would say I am very satisfied with these shoes -- they are comfortable, style is right on point, and so far the quality is holding up. I have since purchased another pair so I have another color scheme to switch between. I guess that should say it all. Highly recommend!

I've owned a pair of these and loved them. The bottoms never fell apart for me and I'm usually hard on shoes. This shoe is great!

Awesome sneaker! Definitely the best that Macbeth has to offer, in my opinion. Lightweight, comfortable, great for everyday use. I've bought several different styles from Macbeth, and this is by far my favorite to date.
