These really did not work for me and I usually love Naot. They felt sloppy, once I was able to get them on, and were not as dressy looking as I needed them to be. The straps were not comfortable, either, but the length was decent and where I expected it to be. I just could not keep them. I got the black so I cannot comment about the colors.

The shoe bed is soft and comfy but ordered size 41 and my toes slide off shoe. I have a narrow heel and foot yet wide at toe area for reference.

I've been looking for a nice shoe to wear to a wedding, that's comfortable, stylish, and not too high. This was far too narrow for my foot, my pinky toe hung over the edge a little. The shoe is well built and I like the look of it. But it doesn't work for a wide foot.

These shoes looked perfect, but the strap across the lower part of my foot wasn't in the right place, and made my foot look strange. I've ordered other Naots in the same size without an issue.

I purchased these shoes and really liked them, but... They are really pretty and the heal height is perfect. They are feminine and not too bulky. The issue that I have with them is that the right shoe is cut too loose and slips off the foot. (Other reviewers also noted this problem. At this point I feel that it is a design flaw. It almost feels as though the right shoe is the next size?) I originally purchased two pairs, one in black and one in silver, and they both have that problem. That is unfortunate. I had to return them. I bought and liked the Isis style instead. Really like those a lot.

To say these run small is an understatement. I have a very wide fit, and while I'm usually an 11 (and sometimes an 11 wide), 10.5 WW is my ideal size in other shoes. The size 11s in these (and the other Naots I ordered) were so small that I considered ordering a 12, but I'm not even sure those will fit! Both the length and the width were totally off: these look like an itty bitty size 9. I am so disappointed. My feet hurt all the time, and I finally thought I could find a comfy shoe. I do not understand the rave about Naots. I just assumed they were a mildly attractive shoe that were made for people with "problem feet."

Couldn’t get my foot all the way in... long enough... can’t go larger

These ran so small I could hardly get my foot in them! So disappointing because the are gorgeous! I recently had a second foot surgery, so am very limited in what I can wear, but I refuse to wear "orthopedic" ugly shoes. I have the Naot Mermaid, which I guess works for me because the top strap and the ankle strap are velcro adjustable. They are the most comfortable cute shoes I have ever owned! I feel like i could run a marathon in them! So I'm really trying to find another pair of Naots that will work. But it seems from the reviews they run narrow, so I'm not sure I will be able to wear many styles of Naot - really wish they made them wider!

These were extremely narrow. I bought them for myself but couldn’t even get my foot into the shoe. My daughter, who wears a narrow, thought they were extremely tight on her.

I just hate these shoes, I'm writing to zappos today to see if I can return them. I've wanted a pair of Naot shoes for about 10 years and decide to take the plunge since I could wear these with a lot of things but man! I should have listened to the review that read 'you really know the straps are there'. They are so uncomfortable.The middle strap that runs perpendicular to the others never lies down flat and the straps have not loosened up at all. My daughter put them on last night- and that stupid strap was bumped up on her too - so it is not just my foot. Anyway, really disappointed.

Disappointed, they are not comfortable, nor cute. Too narrow around the top of the foot and the length is short. Returning.
