Great fit. This is my second pair of these

I really, really, really wanted to love these. The navy color is beautiful and the small buckle is just the right touch for sparkle. However, these are ridiculously tiny and narrow. I usually wear a 8.5-9 size shoe. I ordered the size 40. My heel was right on the edge and my toes were also right on the edge. And you have anywhere close to a wide foot, forget about these shoes. The strap across the toes is simply too tight and my foot felt like it was bulging out of it. I'm certain this has more to do with my foot mechanics than the shoe. But steer clear of this puppy unless you have a narrow foot. I wouldn't even consider this to be a medium width as the description indicates. I could tell it was narrow the second I took it out of the box. The footbed, however, is heavenly and soft. Felt so good on the bottom of my problem feet (plantar faciitis). The strap across the top of my foot closest to the ankle is adjustable (although the placement of the buckle was more on the top of my foot instead of the side where I would have preferred). Unfortunately, these are going back but Zappos's amazing customer service and return policy makes it easy peasy.

I wear a 12/43, and find that all the Naot's run short and narrow. Luckily, they carry 44 (unheard of!), so I'm going to try that. Cute style.

These are nice shoes but my biggest problem is that the photo is deceiving because there is a buckle there that is covered with rhinestones. Why would they want to put this touch of detail like this? Sadly these are going back -

I have very narrow feet, so I was afraid the front strap would be too wide, but it was actually perfect. With the adjustable velcro strap at the top, I was easily able to make the shoes fit perfectly. They have a very comfortable Birkenstock-like insole. There is one spot on the inside where the seam on my strap rubbed my foot, but I covered it with paper tape, and it was fine. Overall, I was very satisfied with these shoes, especially since it is so difficult to find navy blue sandals.

Way too narrow.

I'm a classic 11B. Unfortunately the footbed of these 11Bs is too short My toes hit the end. I have another pair of Naot 11B sandals and don't have this problem. Regrettably, I'll get the 12b. Despite these problems, the sandal is really cute and well constructed.

Very cute shoe but the widest point of the sole is only 3 1/4" which makes my feet spill over. Not a pretty look. Will look at other brands in the future.

I love the look of these shoes (the tiny shiny buckle and the navy color), but the front strap is too tight for my feet, so I have to exchange the shoes for another pair of my "tried and true" Kayla sandals. I don't know if the style is what makes them tight, or the fact that it's leather and not suede leather. So far I've owned only suede Kaylas, so we'll see how the leather Kayla I'm ordering fits. It might just be my foot's fault that these didn't work out!

Purchased many shoes from Naot over the years and this pair while comfortable definitely sport a shorter and more narrow foot bed than any others I've purchased. I have narrow to "medium" wide feet and my foot barely fits on the shoe. They run a tad short in length as well. I kept them since navy shoes are hard to find and they were comfortable but I did pause to consider sending them back.

I really wanted to love these shoes. But I wear a size 11 and even thought I ordered a size 12, they were too small. My foot went over the front..and the back. This is the second style of Naot that is too small. I guess I need a different brand.

Shoe is cut narrow and short. Had to go up 2 sized to make it work for my size 10/M feet but I love the shoe very comfortable.

Naots run 1 to 2 sizes too small for me. I normally wear a 42 or a 43 in European sizes. The 43 is too small and too narrow in this shoe.

Runs Narrow, I'm always 7M and this sandal was too small. Love the style though and love NAOT - have 3 pairs!

Ordered these in brown lizard in a 40 and they fit my 9N foot fine. They are beautiful and I know Naots to be stylish and durable. Unfortunately too narrow for my left bunion-y foot.

Pretty sandal, but the straps are too big for my skinny foot. I wear a 7.5 in most shoes and these 38 were just a tad shirt. The 39 in a different Naot style was too big. I guess Mephisto Helen is my "go to" sandal. Love Zappos Customer Service and ease of shopping and returns. I'll keep shopping for the perfect sandal for the summer.

Comfortable sandal -- I have the copper snake pattern also. But the the leather in this pair is not as soft and the footbed seems harder and not as well padded. Quality issues? Slightly cheaper materials? I wear a true 9.5 and always buy size 41 in Naots so they are always 1/2 size smaller than marked.

Absolutely great shoe...much cuter on than I expected. However, the shoe seems so short, am trying the next larger size...love NAOT shoes, but having a hard time with the footbeds of the sandals, they seem to be a bit short. Thank goodness for Zappos excellent service and return policy!

So disappointed that I can't keep these shoes. Footbed very comfortable. Alas, I have an extremely high instep and the velcro strap was too short. It popped open with every step.

I bought these and loved them. I wear a size 9.5 or 10 and bought the larger size (a 42 I think). The leather really stretched after 1 year of wear, and so I couldn't wear them anymore. I also have a very narrow foot. My girlfriend has the same shoe, and this happened to her as well. I gave them to my mom. I wish they hadn't stretched so much because it's a great shoe (I have to wear orthotics for foot pain), and my foot never hurt in these after a day of wear. Next time I have more money to spend on shoes, I'll buy a size down.

I have an old pair of Naot sandals that is in bad shape but I keep it because every pair I have tried since is not as good. The leather of these pretty red sandals is quite thin and I don't think it will last. Also, unfortunately, my foot is a bit wide and the fact the front is not adjustable made them too tied for me.

Shoe seemed very small.

What was in the box did not match what I ordered. Color and size did not match the box. Did I get anothe persons return anit it was not checked? Very dissatisfied Zappos. Get it together!
