I'm 12M in American sizes. I ordered 13M in this style. It seems Naot footwear always runs smaller in any size. I still felt my feet like 'trapped in a platform'. For a 'medium', the front stripe is too wide, but the rest of the stripes fit well. Leather is soft.

The sandal is just the right size and has good arch support BUT the strap across the toes is much too roomy and my foot can slide past the edge of the sandal. For the price, I expect the sandal to have a better fit, therefore I will be returning it.

Gosh. I wanted these to work; these are the first Naots I've bought that were too short for my foot size. The left foot fits but the right shoe is too short even though these are 40s. They are going back. I'm not sure what to do; sort of upset right now. I wanted these to work. They are more fashionable than some other styles. Oh well.

I love the fit and feel of Naot shoes and have worn them for years. This sandal runs shorter and more narrow than other Noat sandals. They are very cute and would probably work for a narrow foot. I'm disappointed as I count on the consistency and comfort of Naot and these did not deliver.

I love this brand - but how surprised I was that the strap over the toe was tight, and the strap highest on the ankle was too short. It was kind of like the blue leather part was made for a smaller size. so sad

I've worn this Naot Pamela style shoe for years. Recently I've tried to buy new ones but everywhere I try them on they no longer fit. I wear a size nine and I've noticed the belt buckle strap is now an 1/8 of an inch shorter than it used to be. When I go to walk the Velcro comes un-done because of this. The strap going over the toes also feels tight. I have not gained weight or had any change in my foot size. I believe the company is using less product. I loved these shoes and have purchased at least ten pair over a span of five years. I contacted Naot's customer service to let them know. In the mean time I've had to find different style shoes.

These sandals didn't even make it onto my feet. They are so cheap they look like they should be in the Dollar Store. Sent them back immediately.

These shoes could not be any more cheaply made. They belong in the Dollar Store.

I don't know how these sandles fit because they never made it out of the box. They are the cheapest pair of shoes I think I've ever seen!!! They belong in a Dollar Store. Truly awful. Tack they went!

Definitely not Size 13, more like 10 Narrow

While these sandals could be comfortable, they have what I would call a "knife" edge that is very sharp. If your foot slides over the edge at all, I can practically guarantee a blister or a cut. These are going back!

I wear a size 13M and these are way too narrow. They remind me of the old Birkenstock narrow size. Nice shoe but clearly not a medium width. Too bad so sad. Back they go!

Big disappointment. Gorgeous sandal. However, the sizing is all wrong. The shoe runs a full size too short, maybe more than a full size. The width is very narrow. There is no arch, and I am pronating in this sandal. Just no support at all. This sandal is so tiny, that I couldn't even get my left foot in it. The toe bed is pointy. I ordered a 43 for my size 12 left foot, and there was no way I could put this sandal on. My right foot is typically a 41, or size 11, and the 43 was too small as well!
