We love Naot, but the top strap was tight so we had to return.

Front of foot hit rim around the foot bed otherwise it would have been ok. Style was good and the heel was not too high, but Naot has changed the sizing and quality.

Felt too narrow compared to most shoes

These shoes run short and narrow. I do love the style but sadly I have to return them. They just don't fit right on my feet.

These gorgeous shoes ran a little short and, sadly, were made for pudgy feet, as the strap across the base of the toes could not be tightened.

This is a beautiful sandal! The Polar Sea color leather is very pretty and versatile. I even like the small sparkly buckle. The problem is the size 40 is too short and the footbed is not a good fit against the bottom of my feet. The product info states the size is true and to order your normal size. This did not work for me. I have ordered a 41 and hope it will work. I have narrow feet (9N) and sometimes ordering up doesn't work, it just means the longer length also means a generally larger shoe and too wide. I wish shoe manufacturers would understand that all narrow feet can't just order multiple sizes, hoping one will work or just order a smaller size. Narrow feet need true narrow width shoes, not just narrower cut medium shoes. Naot shoes are too expensive for my toes and heels to hang over the edges of both shoes. These sandals are pretty and would go with most of my clothes. Hopefully the 41 will work.

This is a beautiful sandal and runs very small. I wear size 9 and was sent size 40. Not a match size-wise, so I had to return them unfortunately.

The leather on this shoe wasn't as comfortable and pliable as my other Naot experiences; Perhaps the black feels different than other colors. Cute sparkly buckle make it feminine with a comfortable fit. But not sturdy enough for a long European city trek. Wish the replaceable insert was offered. Otherwise, very dependable Naot quality.

these run very small in length and strap across toe is very tight. 38 ins my usual size in naot. these did not meet the expected standard. over priced for this quality.

I wear a size 13 med. I bought these at the same time that I bought the Naot Kayla in Copper leather. Although they are both size 44 (size 13), these are too small. I checked the shoes as well so they were not boxed incorrectly. The Kayla fit fine. Especially because it is hard to find comfortable and stylish shoes in my size, I am always grateful for Zappos' return policy.

For the life of me, I can't get the backstrap to stay in place, which means it slips under my heel and I'm stepping on it constantly. As such they are simply not comfortable. Despite the typical, excellent Noat footbed, I just can't wear these. Bummer, because it's an expensive loss. My previous Noats with a backstrap were no problem.

I don't know what Naot has done with my favorite, most comfortable shoe. I have tried this in my usual 38 (too small) and now a 39 (too big)in the black. The brown lizard is fine, but something is drastically changed in the black. I have always worn a 38 in this shoe in many available colors with no problem and it is the only shoe I can wear that does not hurt my damaged feet. Sorry, need to return for credit from one pair of the black, which have been returned.

While this sandal offers good arch support, it comes down to style. Unlike other reviewers I don't care for the sparkly buckle and it doesn't pair well with the rather plain leather. This sandal would be much more sophisticated in nubuck or a soft patent leather. Then perhaps the sparkly buckle would work.

The Pamela runs extremely narrow. I ordered it in a size 43 in 2014, and it was too narrow. When I saw that it came in a size 44 in 2016, I gave it another chance. Way too narrow. The Kayla fits perfectly. I would recommend the Pamela to people who want a narrow in the first place, but think that a medium might fit too wide. It doesn't.

Beautiful shoe and I love Naot but have to return because toe strap cuts across my big toe near the ball of my foot in a bad place. I would think this would bother a lot of people. If only they had made the toe strap like the Madison style, this would be the perfect shoe. Will return but still love Naot.

I love the color and adjustability of these shoes, however the back strap is too roomy and falls to my heel rather than stays in place. I will exchange these and hope that the next pair fits more properly.

Got these in a 41 since the 40 Kayla was too small. I am normally a 9N. The strap across the toes in these didn't touch my toes anywhere. I had gotten the 40 in Kayla and my foot hung off sides and ends. Go figure how these things are sized. I gave up after the second try. Too bad cause they seemed like they would be wonderfully comfortable. Great arch support.

The color navy is great and the shoe is good looking but the back strap is loose already. I have only worn them 3 times. This is a consistent problem with Naot sandals. Why don't they fix this I am very frustrated since I like their sandals. I have two pairs of Naot's at home I can no longer wear do to the loose back strap.

At first I really liked the fit of this shoe. By the third wearing however, the fit was gone, and so was the longed-for support. Not enough stability.

I'm 12M in American sizes. I ordered 13M in this style. It seems Naot footwear always runs smaller in any size. I still felt my feet like 'trapped in a platform'. For a 'medium', the front stripe is too wide, but the rest of the stripes fit well. Leather is soft.

The sandal is just the right size and has good arch support BUT the strap across the toes is much too roomy and my foot can slide past the edge of the sandal. For the price, I expect the sandal to have a better fit, therefore I will be returning it.

Gosh. I wanted these to work; these are the first Naots I've bought that were too short for my foot size. The left foot fits but the right shoe is too short even though these are 40s. They are going back. I'm not sure what to do; sort of upset right now. I wanted these to work. They are more fashionable than some other styles. Oh well.

I love the fit and feel of Naot shoes and have worn them for years. This sandal runs shorter and more narrow than other Noat sandals. They are very cute and would probably work for a narrow foot. I'm disappointed as I count on the consistency and comfort of Naot and these did not deliver.

I love this brand - but how surprised I was that the strap over the toe was tight, and the strap highest on the ankle was too short. It was kind of like the blue leather part was made for a smaller size. so sad
