My Sketchers were too big, so I called Zappos to find out how to return them for a smaller size. The service rep handled the whole thing, sent me the email with the return address for me to print, and apologized for not being able to get the new shoes to me sooner because of the weekend. Monday I received the new shoes via UPS and handed the UPS guy my return box. HOW'S THAT FOR SERVICE!

Just to be used in garden and left outside the door on entering the house. Light weight, easily slipped on and off and comfy. Compared to the Bogs Urban Farmer and Super Birki and liked these the best. Others too heavy or harder to get on and stay on. Also, twice the price.

I bought my first set of this exact shoe as I started my clinical rotations (6 years ago!). That pair lasted me the entire time and now have to be replaced because I have officially worn a hole in the bottom of them. Up until this point, I would super-glue the grips on the bottom back into place. I did this because the shoes were that comfortable and after a long shift, were a God-send for my feet. In the beginning, these shoes were not the most comfortable, but after about a week or so of constant wear, they formed perfectly to my feet and I have been in love ever since! I would totally recommend this shoe to anyone in the Medical Profession, or in a business that requires you to be on your feet and in slick conditions (they have amazing grip & I have never slipped in them).

I finally wore out a pair of these that I've been wearing for a couple years to do all my gardening and yard-work. Made of a rubbery substance, they are both comfortable and dew-proof, and great for washing the car. If they get muddy, wash them with a brush and garden hose, towel them off and they quickly dry! I got them in a size which allows me to insert my custom orthotics and accommodate socks in winter and going bare-foot in summer. They are smooth and supple enough to wear sock-less for hours. Great work shoes!

I like these shoes. They are taking some time to break in and have a bit of a hard shell, but I can tell they will last long and they hold up awesomely to dirt and all of the stuff they encounter in a day in the life of my feet. Easy to clean and show off fairly nicely as work shoes for a kitchen manager go. They were a little constraining on the tops of my feet at first, but broke in after a few days. They still slip a little on my heels, but not enough to cause discomfort or blisters as I was concerned with initially. They are really some of the best work shoes that I have ever owned. Love the Zappos purchase as well because they arrived at my door in less than 24 hours from the time that I ordered them. That's just amazing.

Great shoe. Work in kitchen and am very rough on these and they hold up really well. Great price for the quality.

I'm returning because these ran a bit small and narrow -- I wear a women's 9.5W and usually a men's 7 is fine for me. Value wise though these are a win. FYI: They have tiny vent holes that mean they're not completely moisture proof (I think -- didn't test them!).

Exactly what I was hoping for. Comfortable, appear durable, and very convenient when working around the house. Easy on/off. All this at a good price!
