I found my Naot Dorith comfortable but the cork soles turned the bottoms of my feet orange. I called Naot and was told that would happen unless I bought an additional product to treat the cork. For the price I think this should have been included or I should have at least been warned this might happen.

I own several pairs of Naots and this is the only style to run so narrow, uncomfortably narrow. But like the pair of Doriths I had previously, I will wear them until my insteps toughen up and my baby toe blisters toughen that part of my foot. Seems silly to have bought another pair but I like the way they look once I break them (and my feet) in!

I like the look of the shoe and they are very comfortable, but I am normally a size 9 and these were definitely too small for me.

I love these shoes. They are super cute. Lots of compliments on them too. For me, they aren't comfortable. Unlike other Naot shoes I own, the support, the reason I buy Naot shoes, was not there. It could be that these shoes are so flat as compared to the small rake on the other Naots I own? Whatever the problem the question is, would I buy the Dorith shoe again? The answer: my heads says "heck no" but my heart says "yes." I bought the teal. Really cute with orange or blue nail polish.

I have a narrow foot and I over-pronate so the arch portion of this sandal dug into my arch and they were not comfortable. I am usually a size 9 and these were too small at a 9, but the straps on the 10 were way to loose so I had to return them.

The Birkenstock seems incongruous with the shoe design. They are comfortable and fit well, but the sole doesn't look it goes with the design. Also, the part of the strap that goes over the ankle bone just looks a little odd.

As mentioned by another reviewer, the straps on these sandals do not tighten nearly enough for my somewhat narrow foot. Otherwise, I like the style and the footbed.

I desperately wanted these sandals to fit, so much so that I ignored most of the previous reviews. I've never considered myself to have wide feet until now. These sandals were so narrow that the outside of each of my feet hung over the edge. Additionally, they barely fit and I wear an 11 in other high end sandals so I'm not sure why these seemed so small? Despite them being really narrow, and my big toes hanging over the edge, in addition to the outside of my foot also hanging over the edge, I considered keeping them because they are so damn cute and they would have been really comfortable. I've never owned a pair of Naot shoes, but I would certainly reconsider if I saw them in a retail store and was able to try them on before making the purchase. Better luck next time? This shoe is absolutely gorgeous. I saw it and I fell in love! At first, it felt amazing on my foot. Then as I kept wearing it, I realized that the outermost leather kept rubbing against my foot, and I was getting blisters on my toes. I also do not think that the support is sufficient, because my feet hurt after a day of school when wearing them (obviously I don't walk much during school). So sad! Wish I had the same experience that everyone else did with these.

Online this looked like the perfect stylish comfortable shoe. On my foot, however, it looked clunky. Very disappointing, because the color is great.

Can't imagine all the folks saying how narrow these are. I do not have narrow feet. Naot does make a wider shoe and those people should look for Naot shoes that state M-W not M. I first started with my normal size 7 and then had a 6 sent. I am 99% of the time a 7. The 6 actually fit. I've been wearing them around the house and find my foot slides quite a bit. So I tightened them but my heal already hurt so I had to take them off. On my larger foot they do seem a bit lose on top. Also there is little to no padding on that foot. I am sending them back and will try another size 6. However as these are neither expensive nor cheap shoes, I wish there was more consistency. The style is fabulous but they could use some better quality control.

I absolutely love these shoes and how they look on but the straps on the front of the shoe are so big that my foot flops around. I am not particularly small, rather normal foot. I've returned the 7 and since they don't come in 1/2 sizes am hoping the 6 will fit but am not too optimistic. Disappointed.

These sandals are pretty and fashionable, but they were not comfortable. I am a full size 11, and they were too tight in the toes. I usually prefer size 43, and these were 42.

Wanted to love this, but it's just not made for my wide feet. I can tell that it would be super-comfortable for people with normal feet. That's just not me. I recommend the black-and-while design, though.

Wow, these are narrow. I ignored the reviews about these being narrow, but they definitely are. I have never tried on sandals in my size where I felt my feet were spilling over the sides (I wear a 7, and am athletic). The footbed is definitely narrow, and should be marked as such. The color was great, and I probably could have lived with the funny fit, but for this price I don't think so. A shame. I was willing to commit to the price if they had fit right. Went back.

Was hopeful about these as a third trimester pregnant lady with swollen feet. Unfortunately they were a bit too narrow for me. Nice looking, easy to put on, and not too clunky. Seemed like they would be comfortable if you have narrow (or non-pregnant) feet!

I'm on a mission to find some comfortable sandals so this is my first time with Naot. I bought the Dorith as well as Kayla to test different styles. The Dorith seems incredibly comfortable out of the box; however, the right foot is substantially wider than the right. I think in addition to the straps just being wider, the tear drop design in the center just pulls apart giving no strap support over the instep. The design is just not good and given that a number of reviews have commented that they stretch, I think it's not the style for me, but the foot bed is perfect. I'm a 9 1/2 narrow-medium foot and took a 41.

I really wanted to love this shoe. Pros: great quality, comfortable footbed, goes with everything, great if you have bunions. Cons: very narrow my feet hung over the sides, I have flat feet, no arch support. Suggestion: Go on Naot website to find wide/narrow styles, breaks down arch support and footbed. Return to Zappos for your free shipping. Love Zappos.

Nice looking, but no good support and straps not comfortable (digging in) on medium width foot. A few scratchy spots on inside of straps did not help. Found nice Taos and Ecco sandals. Wish Naot would make more comfortable shoes (besides their very wide and not very attractive models/line) and pay attention to soft straps. I used to love the company and think they made better products in the past. Also some fresh ideas, more variation in models that is, could not hurt. And hello, not everybody has either very narrow or very wide feet. Some of us run in the middle, please pay us more attention when designing shoes! Also, quality is very crucial. I tried a pair of gladiator style sandals from the "wide foot line". Besides looking very clumsy, the ankle straps were so scratchy that I tore the shoes off immediately! Who on earth would be able to feel comfortable in those?

Seems like a nice shoe, straps not too wide and footbed seemed comfortable. Have to return because like a few other reviews said the velco strap is way too around your ankle for the start. All the straps are a bit loose and I do not have a narrow foot.

I normally wear a size 8 and have never noticed my foot was wide, I have never had to get a "special" width before. I ordered the 39 and they were so big, my toes barely came to the toe strap! I returned them and got the 38 instead. My feet fit fine in the smaller size, length wise...my foot is apparently too wide for these super cute sandals! They too are going back, but thanks to Zappos awesome team it won't be too much of an issue!

Very cute sandal, but the straps over the toes are too loose, while the ankle strap is too tight. Unfortunately, these have to go back. Thanks, Zappos, for making purchasing & returns so easy!

The footbed of these fit great and they are very comfortable and supportive. However, the straps were so loose that the shoes are unwearable for me. My feet are a little bit narrow and I have a high arch. The straps over the toes and top of the foot were so loose I could stick my entire hand in the space with the shoes on. I had high hopes for these shoes, but unfortunately they're going back.

Unfortunately the 42 was too short for my toes (I am a size 11). Also the arch is not very good and it cut into my foot in a bad spot. I thought they were cute in person though.

I bought these last year, and I loved them, I really did. They are not the cutest things ever (I am a 25 year old who pronates and needs arch support - not a ton of choices that do not look like they are 20 years too old for me), but they were better than other stuff. Very quickly, the black cloth stuff under the straps started coming off. Ew. But that was alright - didn't hurt the quality of the shoe. What did, however, was how much it stretched. Now to get them even somewhat tight on my feet, I have to pull the strap almost to the end of the Velcro. The strap is hanging out and looks awful. It makes the shoe look older and not great. I wore these all around Europe last summer, but now this summer I have to look for new shoes. Again. Really disappointing. These are not worth the price with the stretching. I wish Naot would address this problem.
