Zappos is an incredible company. Here's my story. I ordered this clog in size 7W. It's hard to find a wide shoe. I rec'd them in only two days! They are a beautiful, rich brown in a wonderful soft leather and were very comfortable but as I wore them, they stretched since the leather is very soft. I called Zappos thinking they couldn't help me because I ordered the wrong size but one call to Zappos, and two days later, I had a smaller size; they fit perfectly. As directed, I returned the larger shoes and they made that easy too. They sent a return label to my computer and in a couple of minutes, I quickly printed the label and the box was ready to send back. I have ordered many times from Zappos and each interaction I have is better than the last. Thanks to a great company with great products, I am a 100% satisfied customer that will continue to order from Zappos. Thanks so much, Francine.

Don't get this one if you don't like a hard inflexible shoe. The insert is soft and cush-y, but the platform and heel are rigid plastic. Hurts one of my arches, and also 1/2 size too small.

I love Softwalk shoes but the ones with the beige cushion insole that you used to have before, the new Murietta's are not that comfortable. I buy every season, and this particularly for me was very hard on my toes and had a poor insole. I recommend you to go back to the ones you had before.

SoftWalk Murietta A+ I am the principal of an elementary school with 900 students so I am on my feet most of the day. Recently, I developed a heel spur and my physician recommended several options, one being a shoe with a slight heel. I looked at several shoes from Zappos.com and purchased the SoftWalk Murietta. My school days are generally 10+ hours long and these shoes can take whatever I face. They are "dressy" enough to wear to meetings, yet practical enough to catch a Kindergarten child who decides to make a run for it! The egg crate sole is fabulous. I am extremely impressed with these shoes and will be making future purchases. Thank you!

I love these shoes. They are dressy and casual at the same time. Perfect for wearing with jeans and still work with dress pants. I have very difficult feet to fit because of bunion and hammertoe issues, so I was thrilled when I was able to wear these. They are extremely soft on the inside and provide a cushion for my entire foot.

These are so cushy for clogs - the footbed is premium and quilted in deep comfort and the collar is very nicely padded. The details and quality of leather is topnotch. I kept the brown - a rich dark warm color, the plain leathers are softly pebbled for that broken in feeling right up front. The black lace ones are very cute! These clogs are going to give you a big boost up in height, 3", and are the tallest clogs I own - usually Clarks. The fit is generous, and if you are on the fence about wide, you may not need it in these. I like standing taller in them with that raised platform, but just a little nervous about stability with this higher platform heel. I work in a hospital where the hallways are long and these are made for fast walking. I would not want to walk out of these clogs, but I am keeping them as a nice change of pace. I will check this label again. Overall, they are very impressive, the price is actually on the money for this quality level, and no break in period is required. And that is always a bonus!

Love it - I have HORRIBLE feet. I'm actually a 7.5 in length, but I'd have to buy like... a triple wide shoe to accommodate my width at that length, so I got an 8WW. It fits WONDERFULLY. I wasn't sure at first because it felt a bit tight before the leather stretched out, but after a few wears, I knew I had a winner. The only thing that could improve this shoe would be a little more arch. It's VERY soft and pillow and comfy b/c of the eggcrate insole, but it doesn't really have any arch, that I can feel. I LOVE THEM THOUGH!

I had been looking for a casual, daily shoe that was wide enough and comfortable enough for my bunions, which make it very difficult to find shoes. These are really comfortable for having a higher heel and I can wear them practically all day without my feet hurting. I love how much taller I feel in them and they have a nice, casual look.

If you suffer from back or hip pain, these Softwalk Murietta shoes won't aggravate your condition. They are nicely balanced between the platform and the heel, and they have a soft, comfortable, non-slip interior. I'm wearing mine daily; they've moved to the top of my stylish comfort list.

A wonderful clog - Wow! These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I wore them all day and had no problems, no sore spots, and no pinching. I have very wide feet and have a hard time finding shoes that fit comfortably but these fit beautifully and they are really cute. Most of my comfortable shoes are clunky and look like an orthopedic shoe. Not these. Highly recommended.

Lovin’ my Softwalk Murrieta - Perfect fit right out of the box and enough cannot be said for Zappos. I ordered one pair of shoes from a local well known store and it took three weeks for me to receive the shoes that didn't fit when they arrived. To beat that I paid tax & shipping and then had to drive to deliver them back to the store to avoid return shipping charges. Never again!!! It is only Zappos for me!!! 99.9% of the time Zappos has the brand, style, size, and color of shoes I’m looking for. On the very slim chance they don't have what I’m looking for, they'll email me when they get it in. Now beat that! Ya can't! Zappos, you’re awesome, I love ya!!!

Love Them! These shoes are awesome! I have a heel spur and bad knees, wanted something with a heel for dressier occasions. They are so comfortable! I probably could not wear them for more than a couple of hours though, but for someone without my problems they would be so comfortable. The eggshell footbed is so comfortable. The design on the shoe is beautiful, the picture does not do it justice.

Love that these shoes come in narrow width and they're not too heavy or clunky. Overall, pretty comfortable after being on my feet for 12+ hours- as long as I'm moving. These shoes tend to cause heel pain if I'm standing still for a prolonged period of time (although this is probably just due to the foot pain I already have). Give 'em a try!

Love it! This runs wide which is great for my foot. The instep is extremely comfortable. This is the most comfortable clog I have ever owned.

These shoes are true to size and are just what I needed for good support for my bad feet while walking around the house and on the streets. I have had many compliments for the snazzy coolness these shoes bring to my appearance. The soft insole is so comfy. Just wish that they came in red or pink.

Super comfortable shoe! True to size and average width. For a slip on shoe, the fit is secure and doesn't flop when I walk. Great for a busy mom on the go.

I like this clog. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day. No problems with this shoe even the first day I wore them. The soles have lots of cushioning (like bubble wrap except it doesn't pop!) I usually wear very low heels and was concerned that these would be too high for me. With these soles, there's no problem.

I do feel like I am walking on air as they cradle my feet. I do not feel any fatigue at end of a long day, almost feel like I am doing Pilates exercise (energizing) while I walk. I wear them to work/play/weekend. They are smart enough for dressier slacks.

Love these cute stylish shoes. I have narrow feet and found these to be a true fit and the comfort level is very high. Look adorable with leggings and jeans. The feminine lace looks so nice, I enjoy wearing them. They are ready to wear right out of the box! I find the fit true to size for you ladies with a narrow foot which is often hard to find.

Love these shoes. Good heel height, stay on my feet when I walk quickly and go up stairs, wears well.

This shoe is well worth every single penny! It's as soft as a pillow, very cushiony sole and well padded...a very comfortable shoe overall. Mine were a bit tight with thick socks, but that can easily be remedied by wearing thinner socks.

The heel on these are a little taller than my previous pair of SoftWalk clogs (I wore that pair so much I wore them out!). The arch is a little higher, making my foot slide forward a bit more than I'm used to but I like them a lot otherwise. I'm happy to find a brand that fits my extra wide feet!

I had to return these. I am very consistently a size 7.5. I ordered two pair; a 7.5 regular width which was way too small, and the 7.5 Wide, which was very wide but still too short. I should have ordered an 8! Who knows, maybe even an 8.5. The leather quality was very nice, and I thought the shoes looked pretty sharp considering the genre.

I've never bought this brand before... But I will again. These are extremely comfortable clogs and they look terrific. I got the wide size but they don't look wide like some shoes do. They fit like a glove and don't hurt my feet at all which is unusual for me. I wish they had brown in stock when I ordered but the black isn't too dark.
