This is a great shoe, and very fun to wear and also comfortable. But, the first time I wore it, I scuffed the finish slightly, and the secondary color (green) showed through. I'm afraid it's going to ruin my enjoyment of the boot, especially if it happens again.

Awesome rain boots! OK, they do look like go-go boots a bit, but wearing them is such a hoot! I love the little lift they give me (I'm short) and I have gotten many compliments and appreciative looks walking down the streets. They are unique among rain boots and people stop me to ask me where I got them from. You still have to avoid stepping into puddles because the water will seep through the zipper area, so they don't do the job of wearing solid plastic boots, but they look so much nicer. And they look stylish if you are dressed in a skirt suit and you can wear them with business attire, if you think you can get away with the shine!

I can't even describe how delighted I have been with these boots. After two months of owning them, I have to be careful to sometimes wear other shoes, so I give them a break! I have sprinted across mall parking lots with them, and gotten tons of compliments from people all ages. Would highly recommend them to anyone who thinks that function and form should combine beautifully in all footwear.

Got these in chrome, and they are comfortable and so much fun to wear. I get compliments everywhere I go, including from another woman on public transportation who gasped, "Your boots are so hot!" Thanks to being lost and late for an appointment, I've even had to run in them, and I found the rubber sole to be both firm and supportive but with just enough give to help me sprint across the crosswalks with ease. When I first put them on, they felt snug in the, ahem, bunion area, but I wore them for 2 full 12-hour days in a row when they were brand new. They must have warmed up and stretched a bit because they were completely comfortable. I can't wait till it rains again, so I can wear them some more.

I have small feet for my height & slightly athletic calves on top of that, so boots are difficult. The stretchy inset makes these work great - they might be a bit loose if you have big feet for your height or skinny calves. These are the highest casual rainboots (at 3.5 inches) I could find & I love them. The color & styling makes them cute enough for a long casual skirt & sporty enough to wear to the very muddy dog park with yoga capris. They're comfortable & breathe enough to not make my feet sweaty. I've gotten tons of compliments. And some comments from various men that leads me to believe that these boots have a strange sex appeal. Go figure!

The most wearable dress boot I own! Walk 3 miles to a cocktail party or tuck jeans in. Don't be afraid to add an arch support. Feels great. This is my 3rd pair. (Don't tell my husband.)

Love these boots! I got so many compliments on these boots - even from men! They are striking. They are also extremely comfortable. Love the cushion. I wear a 9.5 in shoes and a 10.5 in sneakers. I ordered a 10 in these boots and while I think they are the correct size, my foot does slip forward, so I am going to add toe padding which should help fill up some space in the toe box and keep my foot in place.

These are hot, and comfortable! I cannot believe they are rain boots, I cannot wait for it to rain so I can wear them again!

The shoe looked fantastic. Here in my small town in the South Island of NZ - the shoe did turn a few heads. I test trialled the shoe in the rain here and it worked really well. I managed to walk into water puddles unscathed. The only issue I had was more me keeping the shoe on ALL day. It gets pretty warm inside the boot and my feet were craving to be out after 8 hours.

I have found hat these are excellent rain boots. They are sturdy and the heels are surprisingly comfortable because of the platform. They're also stylish enough to be worn all day-no more changing shoes every time I go in or out when it rains. I expected them to have a rubbery finish but they look more like patent leather or PVC. It is true, as many reviewers have noted, that the shaft is narrow-which could be either a good thing or a bad thing depending on your calves. I have had a lot of trouble with boots that have shafts that are too wide, so for me this is a good thing. The only issue I have is that the heels are wide and mine are quite narrow, which lets my feet slip in them at the back. I need to get something to fill in at the heels.

Almost perfect, I just wish they will have it W (C) width. Ordered at night, received the next morning!

Love these - practical for wet weather but still super stylish and the platform makes the 3" heel comfortable all day. Be aware, though, they run very small. My perfect size is usually 5E (short, wide feet), some reviews said these run large, others small, so I tried every size from 5 to 6.5 and the 6.5 is the one that fit - though still too narrow a shaft to tuck in anything thicker than leggings. Worth the effort to find the right size, these are great boots.

This is a beautiful and comfortable boot! I wear them in the rain and snow. I love how they have a nice stylish high-heel wedge but also good traction on the sole. This is my go-to winter shoe for work or play.

These boots are great! I get so many compliments on them and most people don't even realize they are rainboots. They look great with jeans or leggings or even a dressy outfit. I had a bit of a problem getting the one I ended up keeping; however, and it does feel like it has stretched out more than I expected it to. I originally ordered the boots in what I thought was black (uniform patent) and when they arrived, they were blue! They were actually very cute in blue but since I was really looking for black boots, I sent them back. I have to say that Zappos excellent customer service sent the new pair out immediately, while my returned pair were in route back to Zappos. Then the replacement pair had a problem where one of the heels rubbed and pinched badly. Having tried the blue ones, I knew that that was not right, so I sent those back, and again at the same time Zappos sent out another pair. They felt great and I love them! They felt very true to size when I put them on, but they have stretched a bit so I just wear thicker socks.

I love this boot! It's super stylish and comfortable. I can wear them all day without even noticing I've been in heels. I'm 5'5" and a size 14/16. I have "strong" legs and was expecting that these would accommodate my calves (meaning I could zip and wear them like smaller folks do). Unfortunately, even with the elastic I find them to be too snug to fit appropriately. I can zip them, but I certainly wouldn't wear them with a skirt. I am likely an exception. Overall, I still love the boots even though I wear them half zipped with my pants.

This is a very cute boot and it looks like it is made very well. And it was quite comfortable. But I returned it because 3" heels are too high for me.

I just tried them on today; they look great, feel great, and they are just what I wanted. I am pleasantly surprised!

The perfect boot. Looks like I spent a thousand! Amazing traction. Walked three miles and kept dry too. Lots of height but stable as sneakers. Wow, I look great in court. Stretch in the shaft good for my heavier sister too. This is our third pair!

Have not worn these outside yet (just inside to see how they fit). I think they are very very cute. Mine are white with the red leaf. The platform heel is ideal for me. I also like that they feel lighter than the other rain boots I have tried on.

Cute, lightweight, and very yellow! I am thrilled with these boots and get so many compliments on them. They look and feel so much better than traditional clunky rainboots. I love the height of the wedge/heel and it's true that you can run in them. I especially love the elastic bit at the back, because I need a little extra room in the calves. You do have to be careful with the patent leather because it will scratch. Highly recommended!

The boots are extremely comfortable and I would totally recommend this style to anyone. You can wear them without socks or pantyhose. In my profession, I am constantly on my feet and running around and by the end of the day my feet and legs felt great!

These boots are sooooooooo comfortable. They have the height that I need... yet I can run in them. I’ve had more compliments on these boots. They are so sassy and cute to wear with a skirt or dress. So many people have asked me where they can buy a pair and want a pair. I’ve tested them in big rain puddles and they are very waterproof and have great tread for not slipping. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a pair.

Bought this in the chrome metallic. Couldn't resist looking like a Fembot, and I was not disappointed. Based on the few reviews stating that these run small, I ordered an 11. I normally wear a 10.5, or 10 if the shoe runs large. Usually 11s are too big for me unless the shoe truly runs small. In this case, the 11 was clearly too large. I'd say these run true to size. I'm returning it to get a 10.5 (kudos to Rockport for even carrying a 10.5). The look is a bit more "synthetic" in motion than I'd hoped -- you can definitely tell they're rainboots, made from synthetic material and not waterproofed patent leather -- but the heel is fashionable and they're very comfortable. I have thin-to-average calves and had no problem tucking in my wide-leg pants.
