Great looking casual loafer. I've worn them out four times, and been complimented twice! Comfortable all night long.

My husband has size 14 feet, and is very picky about fit. After two failed attempts I ordered these shoes, plus a pair of Clarke's and a pair of Sanuks, thinking at least one pair would work. He loved all three pair. These are the most elegant looking, best fitting shoe ever. They are true to size, with a slimming look, and can be dressed up or down. My husband loves them, and finds them very comfortable. I will look to this brand again in the future. BTW, the loved the slip-on Clark's and the SanUks as well. Thank you Zappos for your free shipping and fast response.

Own several pairs of Allen-Edmonds. This is a very comfortable shoe and what you'd expect from Allen- Edmonds. I bought them for a trip to NYC. Put miles on Manhattan sidewalks in these shoes right out of the box. Not a problem... and they get more comfortable with every wearing. Expensive for a very casual shoe, but worth it.

Excellent shoe. Great fit, very comfortable, and most of all, a very nice looking casual shoe. Highly recommended.

I purchased these for my husband and he loves them. However, I recommend ordering a half-size larger than usual. Once we got the right size, he has found them to be very comfortable and they look great too!

That part about good cushioning? Forget about it. The foot-to-ground cushioning is about equal to that of Sperry Docksiders, which is lousy. I am handy, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I picked up a pair of Dr. Scholl's Gell Sport replacement insoles (happily on sale at the local CVS) and a small bottle of DAP contact cement (the type that remains flexible after curing). I tore out the factory insole, which was glued in place. The quality of the cushion was downright laughable - very cheap and it shredded into bits when I removed it. I salvaged the nice leather cushion covers, cleaned out the shoe and opened the jar of contact cement. I then coated the bottom of the leather liner, let it soak for a couple of minutes, and carefully secured it to the Dr. Scholl's insoles such it was nicely aligned. I then cut the Dr. Scholl's insert tightly around the leather liner. I repeated those steps for the second shoe. After waiting a few minutes, I installed the new and now leather covered Dr. Scholl's inserts into the shoes. I then put on the shoes, and stood firmly to ensure things were well situated. I now have shoes that are comfortable and provide acceptable levels of cushioning. Having to do this to expensive slip-on loafers is as ridiculous as the quality of the factory cushion (roughy 1/32 thick in the foot ball area).

It's a beautiful shoe, but it is at least one half size too small. I have worn Allen Edmonds shoes for 30 years and have never had a problem with my size, until now.

Comfortable and true to size. Expensive but great quality and comfort. I take a 3E and this brand always fits.

A stylish shoe that fits fine. They sometimes feel a little shorter than 9.5, but not always. Great with jeans. Very comfortable to drive in with the rubber soles. I wish they came in an A width. The footbed is narrow, but the heel is a little less narrow.

Lovely shoe, purchased to replace a beat up pair of Edmonds boat shoes (which I won't throw out). Fit is excellent, very stylish for office casual, and the price was right. I also, at my age, appreciate the arch support and grip the soles exert. Very happy with them.

I ordered one pair size 14 and they fit very well I’ve worn them frequently for a year or so as they are very comfortable. They are also narrow and I have narrow feet and the size D was great. I highly recommend these shoes.

This is the second Allen Edmonds Boulder. I read the previous reviews and ordered a half size larger and it was way too large for my husband. I ordered his regular size, that too was too large. I am not sure what to order now. I believe a half size smaller might work. I love the shoe. It's a great looking shoe.

These shoes are so cool, that I wanted to give Allen-Edmonds a try again. Unfortunately this whole brand runs way too narrow. I am a 3E, and even though I went a half size larger, they still felt more like a D. I had to give up and return them.

This is a true Allen-Edmonds shoe. (I've worn AE since my first pair of Wing Tips). Great quality, style, and comfort. This style (Boulder) is my "everyday" slip-on. I like it because it goes great with jeans, khakis, or other dressier pants. I can wear it with black or brown belts, and they're very comfortable. I have an old pair that I walk my dog in. I bought one pair, wore them out (they became my dog walking shoes) and bought another. I recently bought a 3rd pair (that's how I was invited to write this review) and I'm keeping those in the box in my closet until pair #2 is ready dog walking. I'm very happy with the shoe, and if available I'll probably buy a 4th pair.

I read other reviews that suggested ordering a half size larger than normal. I did and I had to send them back for an exchange for my normal size. It appears that they corrected the sizing issues. Order your regular size and I think that you will be very happy. These are well made, lots of detail and incredibly comfortable.

This is a great looking shoe and very comfortable. I've gotten several compliments on them from coworkers. They are well made but do run a bit large. I had to send a pair back and get a size smaller than I normally wear.

These are beautiful casual shoes. They look great with jeans and are dressy enough to wear with khakis out to a nice dinner, but feel as comfortable as sneakers. They were cut big, so we had to order a half size smaller than usual, even though my husband only wears Allen-Edmonds now, and we have plenty of size experience. No matter though, the smaller size fits great and he loves them.

I love these shoes! I was hesitant to pay this price for a basic moc, but I have a narrow foot, and have very few choices available in this type shoe. I'm very happy with these. The B width is a true B width. Fit is perfect, and they look great too! As always, Zappos was awesome to deal with!

I bought these shoes for my husband because I liked the way they looked and I was pleased that he liked them as well. They are a great looking shoe, especially since it isn't always easy to find a good looking shoe in larger sizes. We will certainly continue buying from Zappo.

Nice comfortable shoe. No break in time required. I did take the advice of an earlier review and bought a half size larger than I usually do in Allen Edmunds and am glad that I did.

I enjoy wearing a "slip on" without socks for the warmer months. The Boulder Venetian fits the bill perfectly. Comfortable and classy with either shorts or trousers.
