What a bummer! We just bought these shoes and my daughter wore them to school for the first time today and when she came home from school the white top part of both shoes (the part that's covered with sparkly stones and cover the toes) was peeling back, off of the top of the shoe. I'm going to have to go and put super glue on the shoes to try to get the tops to stay on now, I guess. I think they are poorly made and flimsy. My daughter's not that active on the playground at school. She's never had another pair of sneakers come apart like this, especially the first day she's wearing them! What a bummer!

I purchased these for my daughter for Christmas. Both sets of lights on the toe box no longer work. Also, the canvas covering the toebox has almost completely come off on one shoe and needs to be glued down. The quality of these shoes is very poor for the price. My 5 year old still loves, but this will be her last pair.

When these shoes arrived I was thrilled! My four year old had been begging for them, and they were adorable to look at. After one wearing the toes of the shoes started to look dirty, and there is no way to clean them. The fabric around the rhinestones and lights has frayed and torn. The tongue of the shoes does not stay up and the shoes laces are literally falling apart.

I bought this shoe for my 6-year old daughter. She loves them but I feel as if I wasted my money. They are very cute shoes but beyond that the quality is simply not there. In a month of owning the shoes: - the laces have needed replaced due to fraying. - the rubber has pulled apart from the shoe on the side. - the paint is peeling off. - the fabric around the toe lights is frayed. - they're dirty and can't be washed in any practical fashion. These are the worst for the money shoes I have ever purchased for one of my children. What should've lasted until spring might make it to Christmas.

My daughter loves these shoes. Unfortunately this is our 2nd pair and we are sending them back. We purchased first pair and after 1 wearing the pink glitter near the laces began cracking. Called Zappos and while I was on the phone a second pair was shipped out and I had a tracking #. I LOVE ZAPPOS!!!!! The second pair arrived via UPS. My dauughter was waiting at the window for the brown truck! So excited she put them on immediately, within 3 hrs. the pink glitter started cracking again. So we are sending them back. My 5 year old is so disappointed I am going to try another twinkle toes minus the glitter. We are hoping that they will be OK. I truly think this is a flaw with this particular batch of shoes. The shoes are adorable. The lights are little LED lights! They are so bright. I hope they can fix the defect.

Zappos is excellent, they really stood behind me when this shoe failed to light up after two ears and failed to stay tied even in a double knot, due to the thick tinsel lacing system. This was all very frustrating to my toddler, who was so excited about the shoe given Skechers marketing efforts. Ultimately, it is amazing to find such a wonderful company like Zappos in these hard economic times! We went back to New Balance KV688, which is a gorgeous quality shoe by the way.

Very poor quality workmanship. After one week of not-even daily wear the fabric holding the lights and "jewels" to the toe started lifting up on both toes. Lights worked only intermittently; the laces frayed easily. Probably won't buy Skechers again.

I am disappointed with this pair of Skechers. My daughter wore them twice and the white fabric with the sparkles on the front has lifted up and torn. This style of shoe must have a defect.

Well, yes, these certainly are cute. But I will never buy Skechers again. My daughter wore her tennis shoes twice when the rhinestone covering on the toe started to peel away. These are cheaply made.

I bought these shoes for my daughter this fall to wear to school. Very soon after purchase, however, the white cloth at the end of one of the shoes began to come loose. Now, she's afraid to wear them as the stones and lights are about to fall out. After talking with other Moms, I learned of other kids who lost all the stone and lights (most within 2 months of wear). Skechers' policy about replacement is for you to ship the shoes to them and allow them 4-6 weeks to examine the shoes for defect. They will not reimburse for the shipping. These are sorry shoes that are pretty but do not hold up, especially for the price paid. Shame on you Skechers!

Very disappointed in the quality. After 2 wearings the jewels are coming off and the fabric is fraying around them. The Skechers tag has already had to be glued back on.

Oh my word! The service is tremendous. So fast. Great to do business with. A wonderful company full of integrity!
