Love these shoes! I first became interested in Earth shoes when I started hearing people talk about the negative heel technology. People were claiming the shoes really made a difference in the toning of their legs, so I decided to try them. I love them! Not only are they super comfortable, I really do feel as though my legs are getting a workout when I'm walking or exercising in my Earth shoes. I can definitely see a difference in my calves. I wear my Earth shoes everywhere. They're not the cutest shoes, but that's not what I'm really looking for in a walking shoe, and they're really not bad looking. Even more than I love my shoes, I LOVE Zappos and their customer service! Zappos is awesome!

I found the shoes a little unusual at first because I not used to the lower heal than the toes. The arch support is excellent and now that I have worn them for a few weeks, I love them! I wear them when I walking long distances with the dog and in the gym for aerobic activities and they are so comfortable! I have recommended them to many people already.

I love my Exer-Trainer Earth shoes. They are so light and comfortable, I am buying a second pair right away. They have a good fit in the heel that stream lines through the arch into the toe area which is pleasantly roomy. I definitely feel the support with this show on, but without my toes going numb. What a relief!

I have purchased three different styles of Earth shoes and haven't bought a dud yet!! I have back problems and the Earth shoes have helped alleviate some of the pain because of the negative heel. The Earth Exer-Trainers are stylish, comfortable, and true-to-size. I give 'em two thumbs up!!

Just as advertised. Isn't the miracle cure for Plantar Fascia, but then again nothing is. Comfy, true to size, not bad to have as an alternate pair of work out shoes.

This shoe is a little wide in heel for me. Slides up and down on heel.

I have found these shoes to be quite comfortable for work - I am in the medical profession and am on my feet for long periods of time. I do not have to wear my orthotic when I wear these shoes. If you are looking for a really stylish athletic shoe, these are probably not what you are looking for.

I found the shoe true to size and comfortable, but it's not something I would wear if you're on your feet and walking on hard surfaces for 8 hours. There's not enough cushion on the ball of the foot for that.

This is the best looking of the different colors of Exer-training--only one that does not have metallic trim. The shoe is true to size, although I got a half-size bigger to accommodate thicker socks. I jazzercise in these. Also they have helped reduced the nerve pain in the balls of my feet so that I can walk my dog again and not be miserable! Would definitely recommend these shoes. Very happy with Zappos' service too!

Very nice and worth the price. Light weight and very comfortable. Can feel toning and muscle burn after only a few minutes.

Note to self: never, ever assume that the painful area rubbing on a shoe will "break in" again. These were comfortable except one area by my little toe. So I wore them outside. Less than 2 weeks later, I had to get rid of these because my toe was rubbed bloody. I don't know if they were defective of not, but I wish I had simply sent them back when I got them.

These shoes were very light and felt poorly made. I didn\'t feel they supported my feet at all.

I got these expecting to love them. I had another pair of Earth shoes, and they were fantastic -- felt great on, were very good for walking around in, seemed to help my back. These ones I don't like as much. They were okay initially, but feel worse the longer I wear them. The cushioning feels wrong. I am wondering if they'd changed something about the cushioning since I got the last pair of shoes I have of theirs. At any rate, I would not recommend these, especially if you walk as much as I do.

These shoes are not worth it. They fit fine, but they do not do what they claim. The most strain I've felt is a slight stretching of my calf muscles. I say they're not worth it because the only thing you can do in these shoes is walk. The lowered heel makes it impossible to do any other sports or aerobics so these shoes are for one purpose only. They do not improve posture; they do not help tone your legs or butt. They might make you work harder to walk but the possibility of burned calories isn't worth the cost. I would just buy regular shoes.
