My doctor suggested I purchase Earth shoes to help realign my posture as I face hip replacement surgery stemming from a car wreck. The shoes have definitely helped. I am more comfortable, and they are also attractive and offer great support. Thumbs up!

These shoes are super cute, and comfortable. They look good with summer skirts, shorts or jeans.

I have plantar fascia (and bunions) and I find these very comfortable for both arch support and heel pain. The foot bed is very soft and comfortable even under problem bunion areas. Yeah, my feet are a wreck but these shoes make them happy. I have two pairs. Caution: I have narrower feet and the mediums fit fine. If you have wider feet, I think you will find these too tight. I usually wear an 8.5 and the size 8 fit perfectly.

Wow! These are the best flip flops ever. I wear a size 12 and have flat feet and over pronate and these do the trick. I only ordered one pair but I am going to get an extra for when they wear out. Zappos rocks!

My wife loves them, and she wears them alot. Her favorite thing about them is the comfortable arch. She recommends them highly.

Excellent shoe! Comfortable with great support. I was looking for a shoe that gave me the support and "workout" that was similar to my FitFlops but that would be more attractive. This is perfect! And kudos to Zappos for being the best online company offering the fastest shipping and best customer service!

Foot creates its own fit in these. Love the reverse heel, no fatigue or back pain. This is my second pair.

As a surfer girl, living at the beach I have worn the regular 1/2" flip-flops for most of my life. "Flippers" with no arch and thin sole finally "did my feet in". It is really hard finding flip-flop type shoes without all kinds of straps wrapping every-which-way and with a good arch support. To the rescue the Earth shoe "Cabo" so now they are my comfortable favorites and Cabo is also one of my "fav" spots so sure done deal.

These shoes are adorable and very comfortable. Although I ordered the pair for myself, I ended up giving them to my sister as the 10 was a little too big for me. I usually wear a 9 1/2 and other reviews mentioned a 10 working for them, but these were just too big for me.

I loves these sandals. I have plantar fasciitis in one foot, and these sandals give excellent support for this foot. I have no pain while wearing these sandals. Also, the straps fit my foot well - not too loose and not too tight. Will buy again.

I love these flip flops! I usually wear a 7.5 and wear an 8 in this flip flop. I have plantar fascia in both feet and wore these flip flops to Disney World for a week, with no problems. I wear these almost everyday of the year! They are very comfortable.

These sandals have been comfortable from the start. No breaking in needed. I have very high arches and these have great support.

Nice sandal, but I have a bit of a wider foot and (and a screwed up bunionectomy that points my big toe out) so this sandal unfortunately did not accommodate my "problem" area. I did find that the Crocs flip flop Mens6/Womens8 worked perfectly. Liked them so much I'm going to order another exact pair! Zappos is great!

True to size, comfortable supportive footbed, looks good on too. I bought two more colors after getting these.

This is my second pair of Earth shoes, not because the first pair wore out (they haven't, after a lot of wear) but because I love these shoes. They're very comfortable, good looking and my foot doctor said they gave good arch support and she would recommend them to her patients.

I love these shoes! I wear them all the time when I am home. Only wish I could wear them at work and didn't live where the winters are cold. They are very supportive to my foot.

Love them! They do take a few wearings to break in, but after that they are so comfortable. Great support. I noticed an improvement in back pain within 2 weeks.

These were the first flip flops I've ever found that provide enough arch support for me and are not super wide. Also, cute as can be. Love these!

If you don't have a pair of these sandals in your closet I feel sorry for you! They are so comfortable! Squishy soft yet supportive - great combination. And they fit feet that are on the wide side of normal -- love them! And thank you Zappos; you guys are awesome!

These are great flip flops. Much more comfortable than the usual sandal, and definitely more support. I really like the style, and wear them any time I\'m not dressing up.
