This review is for Linen/Red Plaid (Shearling)only: It's very tight. I doubted that the leather will stretch much due to the sherling lining. If you have narrow feet it would be perfect. It's warm and comfortable. Sadly had to return.

I have wide feet and I initially ordered my normal size. Returned and went a half size up for the width and they are still very tight. :( I kept them because I think they are absolutely adorable, but I haven't been wearing them often since they hurt.

These shoes were comfortable for a while. If you're doing some serious walking PLEASE don't wear them. They rub the back of your foot and can cause serious blisters/bleeding and corns. This is what happened to me after walking about 5-6 blocks. It's a shame; they were so cute. Now if I dare wear these, I'll wear the loafer type of socks and put the non-rubbing material in the back. :(

These boat shoes are extremely comfy, BUT they run large, and the toe area fits loose. As many times as I try tightening the strings, they loosen right up again. Cute but the fit isn't the best.

I was little disappointed in these shoes. I couldn't wait to get them to bring them on my cruise vacation. They definitely run big and hit me on the wide of both of my feet. I wear band aid to make sure that by the end of the day I don't have blisters. I have a foot that is significantly larger so the smaller foot drowns in them where it feels like a flip flop. I want to love these, I really do but can't give it a great rating since they are not comfortable to want to wear all the time.

Nice looking but they gave me heal blisters on the first day of wearing. A bit wide in the heal for me.

I love these shoes. I did read the reviews before I purchased them - also asked the rep on the phone regarding any feedback about sizing. I was told 60% of people said they were true to size. They were - I ordered my usual size - when I got them - within wearing them 3 times they are at least 1 - 1 1/2 sizes too big now. I have tried foam insoles - still too big. You can only tighten the rawhide so much without it pinching. Not sure how I can wear them on a boat safely - concerned I will lose them overboard! I thought I asked all the right questions. Extremely disappointed in the sizing. Very frustrated I can't wear them without walking out of them! I would love to be able to return them them for a size that fits since the rep told me 60% of the people said they were true to size.

These are the cutest pair of Sperry. I received a lot of compliments when I wear it. I can't wear them for too long because they are not very comfortable. The lace that runs in the inside is hard and leaves a blister on my foot.

I generally wear a size 10 shoe, but have other Top Siders that fit perfect in 9.5. I got these, however, in 9.5 and could hardly get my foot into them! Love the style, though.

Besides running 1 size larger than I normally wear (11), this shoe is very short in the front, ending maybe 1 inch above the big toe. Looked a little odd on the foot. Very comfy, though.

I tried on the shearling lined version. They were extremely comfortable, but my feet looked quite odd in them. I have slightly wide feet, so I can\'t wear traditional top-siders, and I thought this style would work for me because they had more give in them. They did fit, but unfortunately they looked incredibly odd because they would bow out around the middle.\r\n\r\nEven so, they are extremely comfortable, and if they didn\'t looked strange on my feet I definitely would have bought them.

As others have said, these do run long, so order down a half size, but they're also quite narrow. I was very disappointed to try them on and have them be the perfect length, but uncomfortably narrow. Tried to re-order the same style, and found only one pair, in one color, remaining in an 8 wide. Not cool, Zappos.

Beautiful shoe, but not comfortable at all. I have flat feet and these shoes offered zero support. They made my feet look huge!

This is a cute shoe; however, it rubs my heels and it is tight through the toes. I wear a size 9 and ordered the 9 in these and the length fits. It's also very clunky and heavy, not comfortable at all. Have to return them.

Fit great except for a terrible flaw, the cord doesn't have a backing and digs into the foot.

My daughter loves this shoe but i found them very narrow. I ordered my regular size 6 (even though they said to order down a size) because the wider version didn't come in the 5-1/2. The size was too big so definitely order a size lower. However, they were still narrow.

This shoe was incredibly uncomfortable. I can't believe that it was supposed to be wide. I have not been able to find a reasonable boat shoe that comes in wide and I guess Sperry doesn't have one either.

The shoes look great but hurt so much. I was hoping that they would "break-in" like others suggested, but it hasn't happened.
