Great boot - Now that boots are *in* this is a great shoe. The calf fits well, with a little give. Plus the shoes are very comfortable to walk in. I've worn them for a job interview as well as out for a night on the town and they look and feel good.

Excellent - Very comfortable, even though I have wide feet and high insteps, and the boots were available only in medium, not wide, in my size. Roomy toe box. Best-looking boots I could find on Zappos in this style. Just dressy enough for almost any occasion without being over the top for everyday wear. I expected the top of the calves to be tighter, since mine measure 14-1/2 and these are specified at 14, but they are still just a bit loose when worn without pants. Over jeans they're tight and perfect. Thanks, Sudini, for making a nice boot in large sizes!

Great looking classic boot - I love the look of this boot. They were rather expensive but I desperately needed to replace my old boots. They are comfortable but not for spending all day on my feet. The heels slip a bit and they could use more cushioning in the ball of the foot. The toe box is quite comfortable. I wear a wide width but you wouldn't know it since they have a great point to the toe.

Sudini Torrey Boot - Beautiful, gorgeous, sleek boot! Not too pointy-toed, but not cowboy-boot toe either...Goes with ANYTHING. Caution - personally I did not find walking distances in the boot very comfortable, but they did get more comfortable after the first wear, thank goodness.

Great Boot! I tried several less expensive styles but this one turned out to be the most comfortable and best looking. It is a very dark shade of brown leather - very "rich" looking. It fits my calf perfectly. I did spend a few days wearing them around the house with thick socks just so the first time I wore them out wouldn't feel like the first time!

Great boot but not as narrow as expected - This is a beautiful boot, much more comfortable than I expected. I ordered a narrow but still needed to use an insert because the fit was a bit sloppy.

Even though I measured my calf prior to ordering and it is smaller than the stated circumference, I could not zip the boots up. Very disappointing because these boots have a great classic look.

Nice looking boot, but I agree with earlier reviews citing the wide gap around the top/calf. I wear a 10N, and the boot fit and looked great except at the top, so I will unfortunately return it...

Really cute but too wide at top - This is a beautiful boot and it fit great through the foot but unfortunately, the top was too big for my calf and gapped all the way around. I have another pair of Sudini boots which are 1/2" smaller through the calf. Not sure why they made the calf bigger on this one. I have average-sized calves; this would work great for someone with a larger calf size.

My calves measure 13", the circumference of this boot is supposed to be 14" but I could not zip it up. Otherwise it's a beautiful boot.

These boots are a little too matronly for me. Not as comfortable as others have reported. Still looking for the elusive STYLE & COMFORT.

Not as good as my last pair of Sudinis! I've owned a pair of Sudinis for 4 years and finally wore them out! I LOVED my old pair. These just didn't live up to my old pair; the leather wasn't as high quality as I expected for a high priced boot, the sole and footbed weren't nearly as comfortable & the fit wasn't nearly as good as my last pair. Very sad. Calves were a fairly good fit, but I felt like it gathered too much at the ankle. Final note: they used to be made in Italy. Now they're made in China! That might account for the quality difference. Plus the toe was a little pointy for me; I felt like a leprechaun!

Nice looking but not comfortable - This boot is really nice leather and looks great in the box, unfortunately the fit is very tight and the elastic slits on the sides are rough and tear your tight or hosiery. This may be just one pair and the others may be great.
