Great colour and feel but for some reason the fit of Dockers IMO has changed in recent years. They seem to be more roomy in the leg areas even the D2 that I am reviewing is a bit more loose than expected. However is nothing to lose sleep over as it is still a great pants.

I have ordered over 30 pairs of the Docker D2 pants. These are nice-looking, lightweight, well fitting, super comfortable, affordable, easy-care, cotton pants. However, there are several problems going on here. If I order navy, brown, or gray, they fit perfectly (34 x 32). Any other color like olive, black, or khaki are too tight and too short, resulting in a return. Also, these are not the most durable pants. They wear out in the same three locations every time: where your hands enter the pockets, where the hem touches your shoes, and where your wallet is. I usually rotate the rear pockets for my wallet, or else I will end up with a white spot and then a hole pretty quick. I can live with all those issues, and I just order a new pair when they begin to wear out. However, the most bothersome thing about these pants is that I am constantly tucking in the back of my shirt, especially with brown. I will be switching brands once I have time to try on different pants. These will continue to work for me, and I still recommend them because they are so comfortable.

The D2 is tighter than the D3. I'm 6'3, 200 lbs, athletic. They're a bit too tight for me. I can pull them off, but I don't feel comfortable in them.

They fit as described - slimmer cut, straight leg pants. I have more athletic thighs from cycling, and these are too tight through the seat and thigh, but the D3s work perfectly.

Didn't fit. I have another pair of Dockers Men's Signature Khaki D2 Straight Fit Flat Front, which I also ordered on Zappos, same exact size but different color - and they fit nothing alike. Not sure which is "right," but this one felt very tight/small, and 32x34 is my standard size - so I think the Chatman B/Otter color runs tighter.. which is unusual.

Purchased these pants for my college freshman son. They're comfortable and look very polished with a jacket and tie. We bought a waist size one size larger than his usual jeans size and they fit very nicely.

Dockers seem to run a bit larger than Levis. The material and workmanship are terrific, but these ran pretty large. My son is average-build, 5'8" and usually wears 32x30. I would suggest going down in both waist and inseam by at least 1".

I wish that I had listened to Dave N. The Iron Grey 32/32 is a bit snug on me. I will definitely go up a size next time. Otherwise, no complaints, the pants feel great and look great.

The pants are great. Purchasing through Zappos is fantastic. I am 52, 5-10 and 190 pounds. I generally like the look of these slacks on me, but they are a little tight in the waist and legs. I wear a 34 waist, and a 36 would be swimmingly big. I think these probably look right for the style of pant that they are, but they are tighter than I prefer. I have since purchased a similar pair of Docker's but I got pleats instead of straight and I am much happier with the more relaxed look.

Zappos provided excellent service. Prices were better than the Dockers web site. Quick shipping. Overall quite happy. The pants have the best fit! Stylish yet comfortable.

These pants were very well cut, and I received a nice compliment from my girlfriend on the pleasant color. However, the button is sewn on too tight. Also, after washing in lukewarm water, some of the color actually went away, leaving a small white spot in its wake. I recommend turning these pants inside out when washing.

Not suited for someone with an athletic build. These pants are tight in the thighs and rear end. They are very slim fitting.

When I bought these pants, I was looking for "basic khakis". Dockers get the job done.
My one issue is that they only lasted for about 6-7 months of normal use, washing once every 1-2 weeks, before wearing a hole in the back pocket where my wallet sits.

They're ok. They're "wrinkle free" which means stiff and unnatural feeling because they've been treated with chemicals. They run a bit short, so if you like highwater look, it's ok. If not, you have to order a size up in length and then have them raised an inch or so by a alterations shop.

My husband loves Dockers D2 but they are hard to find in our local store. I took a chance on Zappos and was glad I did. They are just the right fit and come out of the dryer ready to wear. They are comfortable and look great! I would highly recommend these Docker D2s.

Joke of quality. Pants arrived with double creases. There's no way I would be able to fix it at home with the iron.
They are very thick and hems are sewn through, so you see a seam outside the hem. They fit to size and length. Quality control issue.

It was a very meh pair of pants, didn't find the fit to be a perfect match. There are other better pairs of pants out there.

These pants run short - they are not like any other 32L I have ever had. Also, this might just be the ones I got, but they came with not 1 but 2 creases ironed into the front of each leg.

Ordered 30x30, Branch; received "made in Bangladesh." Waist is bigger than my 2-year-old Dockers D1 30" waists. Construction quality is fine, but the fit is not acceptable for the price. I thought I could make it work, but I now regret it. (Cinched waist with belt, baggy seat.) Too late to return, now considering the cost tailoring to salvage. Buy with caution; don't hesitate to return if size is off.

Bought two pairs, one in the branch color and one in military olive. Branch was perfectly fine and came as I expected it. The military olive one was ordered in 33x30 and was labeled that, but was probably closer to 28x27. I can't figure out how it would be that far off from what it's labeled - my only thought is that they weren't really dockers. The labels on it were different than what is typically on dockers which made me think that even more. Poor quality management on Zappos part. First time ordering from them and probably last since they can't get something like khakis right.

Size is way off! If I order a 38 waist pant it should be 38. Regardless of slim, classic or full fit, a 38 should be a 38... right???
Not Zappos fault, this is a Docker's issue.Zappos is NEVER wrong :)
