I needed I new pair of Dockers for work as my other light pair finally wore out. Pretty much all my work pants are Dockers as they hold up well after countless washing. The style too works as they aren't so trendy that you look dated after a year. The only surprise was the waste size is a bit too snug. I'm pretty confident on my waste size, 34 and these are a bit tight. This was my first time experiencing this with Dockers. Overall a good and durable pair of pants.

I had to order these dockers three times because the length was mis-marked. Finally I ordered them long and had them altered.

The waistband will assure you can use the pants even if your waist size increases a bit.
