Wonderful quality - perfect right out of the box. My daughter put them on and wore them all day, they were so comfortable. Could have (and would have) paid a lot more but I was advised by a friend who has owned them all to only look at the Ariats. Zappos was the perfect place for me to make this purchase, a really great place to do business with.

I love these boots. They are super stylish and way comfy. I picked up a pair at our local western store yesterday and I am absolutely in love. I never knew western boots could feel so good. I have worn them non-stop. I liked them so much in the vintage caramel that I had to order the black from Zappos!

Ariat boots are fantastic for the cowgirl that is on her feet a lot! Super comfortable and no painful break-in period as I have experienced with other boots. I wear mine from the saddle to going out, really beautiful boots and well made!

I got these boots in Black. They are so comfortable after only wearing them out a few times. The toe was a little tight at first, but now I don't notice it. They are better looking in real life than the picture and are true to size. Love them!

Great boots! I ordered both a 9 and an 8 1/2 - usually I wear a 9, but ended up sizing down in these. They are very comfortable. I've worn them walking around all day and never had a problem. The heel is fairly high, but stable. I like the rubber sole a lot - although it may not be good for dancing, it's much better in wet weather than my leather-soled boots, and much more stable. I'd definitely recommend these boots, and have already received a lot of compliments!

Don't even consider any other brands. Ariat molds to your feet as you wear them. Your feet just say ahhhhhh!

These boots are great. Fit is perfect. The most comfortable cowboy boot I have worn, and a cool look too.

I love these boots. I collect cowboy boots and these are one of my new favorites. Plus dealing with Zappos makes shopping so much fun and takes out all the guessing should the boot stay or go.

This is such a beautiful boot--sadly I didn't realize until it arrived that the sole wasn't leather! This pair would have been the keeper if it had been.

These boots are better than I expected. They look amazing, and feel even better! Love everything about them! I have slim feet and a very slim calf, these fit great in every way!

I really really wanted to keep these boots! I occasionally need to wear wides, but these fit perfectly. The shaft is a little on the taller side, and too narrow to really look good on my athletic calves. They fit, but snugly. So sad. They are BEAUTIFUL boots though! If you are looking for a dress boot that you can wear all day without discomfort, these are for you.

I bought these boots to wear with short dresses (look more like tunics)and leggings. They are perfect. I am a mature woman (58) stylish, and felt these would add to my ecclectic style portfolio. They are GREAT!I usually wear a 9 shoe but bunions have me second guessing my size. So I ordered the 9 and 9.5 to be able to try them both on. The 9.5 won. I wear a light sock with my boots. I took them right out of the box on a trip to San Diego CA, ZOO, SAFARI PARK, MONKEES CONCERT and wore them for hours at a time. No discomfort. I usually do not wear heels. The heel on this was just the right height,STABLE, and proved to be stylish and comfortable to wear while walking the city. Not too much pressure on the footbed. The footbed cushion makes them oh so tennis shoe like. Very flexible. My bunions didn't bother me at all. The detail on the stich is so very beautiful. People stopped me at the airport and on excursions to say they thought the boots looked great. That is not my reason for wearing them, but nice. I have owned Ariat boots before, because they are comfortable. This is the first time for Cowboy style. I would say these are WAY FUN and greatly made. I went to a boot store to try on different brands, like JUSTIN and found that these are sooooooooo much more comfortable, the others weren't even in the running. I wear them with Jeans, Dresses, Leggins and plan to try them with everything. The shank goes a little narrow in the ankle to accomodate style, not at all restrictive. The calf is a glorious shape, very well porpotioned to the boot and doesn't make it look "clunky" but sleek. BUY THIS BOOT! I returned the size 9 and as always Zappos gave me a credit right away. LOVE YOU ZAPPOS. You are cheaper than gas! And more FuN!!!!! Got the copper color and was very pleased at the lightly "worn" look they have. Like a classic....like me!Get out your jewelry girls and go for it!

Beautiful boots! Very comfy and true to size. I received them a week before I went on a trip and I took them with me. They were great and still are. I love these boots!

Just got these boots today. I LOVE THEM! They are comfortable right out of the box, no break in period. I have been looking for the perfect go with everything cowboy boot and I have finally found them! I plan on wearing these all summer with dresses, skirts, shorts, etc....hurry up summer!

Bo!ught these boots for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them! The color is great. The leather is of good quality. She says they are very comfortable and not stiff at all.She wears them all the time!

My daughter loves these boots and has for a couple of weeks, been actively breaking them in. We were tempted to get a larger size, however, upon the advice of others in the know, decided to keep the snug size that have now fitting perfectly..

I love this boot! I first saw it on another website (sorry Zappos!) and lusted after it for quite awhile. I went to some local stores to try on similar boots but never could get this one out of my thoughts...like I said, serious lusting! Finally I decided that if I didn't try it on, I would never know. So I ordered it from Zappos (seriously the only place to order shoes/boots/clothing and everything else) and had them the next day. The color is rich, a bit darker than in the picture. The detail work is gorgeous! Much prettier than I anticipated. I love the heel height and the shaft of the boot is narrow, but I can tuck jeans in if I want to. The look of the boot with skinny jeans is amazing and they look good with my boot cut jeans too. I haven't had them on with leggings or a skirt, but I think they would look really cute! I wear a 6.5 or a 7 depending on the shoe/boot. I ordered the 6.5 and at first I was a little nervous that they were too small. But then I remembered the guy at the boot store said "A cowboy boot should fit as if someone were giving you a firm handshake on your foot..." Which sounded weird at the time, but he's right! That's how these feel! I wore them inside for a few days to get them broken in and today wore them all around town, running errands. They feel great and I got so many compliments! From random strangers! My thought when I got home was "How have I lived 50 years without these boots?!" And as always. Zappos rocks w/their customer service!

First pair of cowboys boots ever and couldn't be happier. Wore them straight out of box and they were very comfortable. Great color, stylish, and basic to make them very versatile.

Great boot purchase! Wanted something traditional but not boring. Also am usually an 8.5 in shoes and the 8 fit. The boots will stretch a bit in the width and even until then, the slightly snug fit is not uncomfortable and have not had any blisters. Would highly recommend Ariats!

These boots are beautiful right out of the box [and by the way, Ariat packages them impeccably, with tissue, and "boot tree" to keep the shaft from getting crushed...all in a great box]. They feel great, fit a little on the large size like all Ariats do on me, so instead of my normal 6 1/2, I ordered a 6 and they were perfect. Great heel height just as long as you are not wearing a petite length boot leg pant. I am 5'2 and definitely need a 30 inseam bootcut jean to do the boots justice. If you are wavering on this one...take the plunge. A great value for this low cost.

Overall, these are super boots. Very pretty and comfortable. They aren't quite a comfortable as the Ariat Heritage Western R Toe - but only because the heel is an inch higher. However, the higher heel and the higher boot height look great with skirts, so you have to choose. They still are very comfortable for having a higher heel. If you have a "low volume" foot (one that isn't very thick), you might be better off ordering a half size down from your usual size. I've also found that using a good boot conditioner can help soften up the leather more quickly and protect your boots at the same time.

These boots are beautiful and take one wearing to break in. They are little hard going on but I have wide feet. Zappos service is GREAT!

I've had these boots about a month now, -4 stars for a tumultuous beginning, would be 5 otherwise. They were so stiff and painful when I got them, I could barely get them on, my feet got rubbed raw after wearing them for 30 minutes, I was so disappointed - but then I read about breaking them in. I soaked them 30 min in water a couple of times and then wore them around, and they really improved - then I wore them in the rain, and now they fit like a glove. I love these!! They're incredibly comfortable, especially with thick socks. Amazing for hiking, and keep my feet dry and warm in SF rains. And they are gorgeous!!!
