I purchased this sandal last summer to take on a trip to Europe where I knew we would be doing a lot of walking. The shoe itself was very comfortable, however, the suede on the bed of the shoe wore off very quickly in the heat and the shoes became extremely slippery to walk in, especially on uneven sidewalks and cobblestone streets.

This sandal is quite comfortable and looks cute on. The elasticized strap allows you to slip it over the heel without unbuckling, which saves time. The under-toe support doesn't fit exactly where it's supposed to but this doesn't interfere with comfort enough to be a problem.

These are great sandals. I can wear them forever walking, and I never have any issues either with blisters or lack of support. I think they run a size big though. I usually wear 8 and I got these in a 7. I love Zappos, but I will say that they are not quite as good as they used to be. Shipping isn't as fast, returns aren't as quick, and pricing isn't as competitive.

Very nice shoe - but take note of the other reviews - width in this shoe does run wide. And in length I normally take a 6.5 size shoe - in this a size 6 was just the right length.

I saw these shoes in another store, but they did not have my size. I really liked their unique style and ordered them through Zappos and got them in one day delivery, which was important as I was going away for a trip. They related to my worries of the delivery date I also got also super good service over phone! The shoes are very comfortable, although a bit too wide for my feet. I use them with jeans and they are great when I fly long distance and my feet get swollen. I am happy with shoes and Zappos' service.

I just received these today. I have worn them since this morning and they are very comfortable right out of the box. I take an 8½, bought a 9 and they fit fine. I would have liked a bit more arch support, but they are not terrible. They are very cute in a pretty, very dark reddish brown leather. I love the braided detail.

I usually wear 6.5 so ordered this in a 6 and 7 to see which fit. Both fit okay but the 7 left too much room above the toes -- this is a slight issue with the 6 too, I think the shoe is a little long. But still cute!

This shoe was too short, needed 1/2 size larger, also the medium width was more like a wide width. Loved the shoe, wish it would have fit.

Comfortable and good looking shoes. Love the leather lining on the inside (underside of the upper, not the sole). The buckle seems small relative to the width of the strap, making on/off difficult. I've two other pairs of Merrell shoes that have this same problem!

First off, I have a flat and fairly narrow foot. Most Merrells are too wide for my foot. These are not. However, there is no arch support, and the footbed is a little strange. I haven't had them for long, but the bed of the shoe looks as if it's "wrinkled". Because it is smooth it also sticks to your feet when you are the least bit sweaty, which can be embarrassing in summer months as people hear your feet peeling off your shoes while walking. On the plus side, these shoes are very pretty, got lots of compliments on them every time I wear them. They look like Greek sandals.

Nice to find a flat sandal with a bit of support and some style.

These sandals are very casual in an earthy kind of way. They look good with casual shorts and jeans. They are comfortable to run errands in. I haven't walked long distances in them so I don't know if they're an all day sandal. Mine have a weird and very annoying squeak that I can't seem to pin point. Would have returned them because of that but had already worn them outside.

I bought a pair of these 8 days ago from a local shop. They are super comfortable, look great on my feet, and are a great addition to my wardrobe. However: the leather is a fairly dull black, almost greenish in some lights. Worse, the strap at the forefoot broke after wearing them no more than seven times. I see that I'm not the first person that's happened to. My shop exchanged them (I now have the "silver lining" color, which is very pretty). I'll update this review after I've worn them a while. My 10 year old daughter got a pair too (before mine broke) - she's taking hers to camp, where they will take a beating. I hope they last!

I really like the way these look, and the footbed feels pretty good, although it doesn't have as much shaping and arch support as other Merrells do. However, the part that comes across the toes cuts a little bit into my big toes as I walk, and I'm afraid I'd end up with a blister after wearing it for a couple of hours, so I'll be sending them back. Whether that happens to you or not probably depends on exactly how that fits your foot. I wear a half size and had to order the next size up--that fits fairly well overall but, again, not as well as other Merrell sandals do. This doesn't have as many places where you can adjust the fit as a lot of the other Merrells do as well. So, while I think these are a prettier sandal than many others, I'll have to send mine back, which makes me sad.

Sandal looked nice but my usual size 9 was very wide and too long. Not comfortable.

I bought these in silver lining and they're very cute and feminine. However, there is too much movement on my foot (narrow feet!) and the arch support was lacking. Since they were purchased at the Merrell Store in Atlanta, I can't return them. I'll stick to the Merrells that I've always loved in the past and do my shopping at Zappos where a return is a breeze.

After deliberating for two hours on how to spend my birthday gift certificate to Zappos.com for my terrible feet (bunions, hammer toes, narrow width, and plantar fasciitis), I settled on these sandals. I have two pairs of Merrell Mary Janes and love them, but unfortunately, I struck out with the Micca. I am usually a 7 or 7.5 narrow, but because of the fit of my other Merrells, I went a little larger and expected the sandal to fit snug. Wrong! Not only did these not fit properly because they were way wider than the usual Merrell sizing, the sole didn't feel all that comfy and the strap around the ankle felt flimsy. Sorry guys, but it looks like I need to try some of my other stand-by brands which are Teva or Keen. Here's hoping they still have my size by the time I get my refund!

I thought these were very comfortable, but after about a month of wearing them, the leather broke at the top of the foot. Not a good design for sturdiness. Only wore them walking around town, never for adventure walking and they still did not last. I was very disappointed in them, especially for the price tag. I have many pairs of Merrell shoes and love them all, except this one!

These shoes are great! I love them, but they don't last long. I've had them about 4 months, and the soles are coming apart. Which is very bad.

The toe width was very wide, much more so than other Merrell's I have purchased. I love the different style, but sadly, it fit more like a wide labeled shoe.

These were great for a while, but eventually the leather and elastic loosened up, and I got a blister on the bottom of my foot. That is a first for me.

I was looking for a sandal that was sturdy, comfortable, and attractive. I hoped these Merrell's were the ticket, but sadly I have to say I do not like them. The style is nice and feminine, but the comfort just isn't there. I have had them for about 4 months now and I have worn them on a two week vacation with constant walking and they did not provide the comfort that I was hoping for. A few years ago, I had bought a pair of Dansko sandals that were fabulous and lasted two full summers and only wore out at the beginning of the third year. I was hoping to replace them with a sandal that had a heel strap like these, but I will have to buy new ones next summer as these hurt my feet after only 20 minutes now. I expected a lot more from this brand.
