Zappos is beyond reproach. They are decent in their dealings and fast on their feet. The OluKai Ohana Leather Slide, color black, is a very nice sandal. It has the velcro adjustment on top so there is no chance of an ill fit. They are simple but elegant looking and like before a size 12 is the best choice even though I can say I am officially an 11.5. Perhaps a little too pricey but like I said they do look above average especially to a lesser priced slide. Nothing wrong with lesser price, please note, but they do look classy enough to use in more than a casual setting. Was not aware of this company but I have to say I do like their take on things. They have a lesser priced sandal but this one got me hooked and I just bought it. Like I said, Zappos are on the up and up and they are not exaggerating when they say they take the outmost pride in customer service. Enough to say that there was a discrepancy on an old transaction that I did not bring to their attention in quite some time but it was rectified immediately and that was a great feeling, they are on the top tier when it comes to customer satisfaction. And I was so satisfied with the results that I purchased these sandals. I opted for the color black (less visible dirt when it comes down to it) and when they arrived they look elegant, understated and they fit very well and make for a fine addition to any serious collection. A notch above the rest (and better be for the price) they are a definite keeper!

Liked the style, but I found the stiffness/cut of the leather irritates the top of my feet.

Bought these for boyfriend for Xmas. A little slippery inside but all in all a great buy for a slipper he'll have for a long time!

Shoes have great arch support and are extremely comfortable to wear. The best pair of slides I've ever worn but should be for the price.

The slides are very comfortable and of good quality. The soles grip slippery surfaces confidently. I would recommend them without reservation.

These are excellent sandals. I've been waiting for a pair to replace an old pair of leather Sketchers and these have turned out to be perfect. So, for summer 2010 I'm wearing them all the time because they are super comfortable, good-looking and well made. An all around great combination.

The footbed for this particular sling sandal was a bit more firm than I had expected. I know this manufacturer has other models with a softer foot bed. The shoe is ideal if you're wearing it for a few hours with limited walking but it's not a shoe that I would recommend if you'll be walking a lot in them.

Purchased these to replace some older Clarks slide sandals. Really like these, even more than my original Clarks. They are much lighter & easier to walk in. Color is redder in tone than images, would prefer more brown, but still okay.

These leather slides are very sharp looking. Workmanship is first rate. The arch support is average as compared to vionic slides. Comfort level is reasonably good.

Awesome slides. They run a size small, so if you wear an 11, order size 12. Very comfortable and attractive.

Had to return because the leather strap cut into the top of my toes when I bent over (squatted down). For general upright walking, they did not. Best arch support I've found, which I regretted having to give up.

Love these shoes. Wear them all the time in the summer or when traveling somewhere warm. Can wear them all day every day!

A little about myself, I have unexplained lower extremity edema which cause my size 15 feet to swell. I also have my feet wrapped for hemorrhages on my calves. These shoes looked like I could wear them and not have to walk on my bandages. My feet are poor indicators of how well or poorly these fit a normal feet, un-swollen & UN-bandaged feet. I imagine that these are a good choice for people with regular feet; they work well for my troubled feet. *Disclaimer, I have been under a doctor's care, and it's not diabetes or DVT or anything cardio. For four years, I have endured the edema and easy abrasions, as well as unexplained kidney failure and unexplained hypovolemia/anemia. Just unlucky. Cardiologists are stumped, too.

I've owned the OluKai slides for over 5 years and love them. They are extremely comfortable (can't stand flip flops b/t my toes) and good looking (I've worn them to the beach and dinner). I was very happy to find Zappos still sells them as I'm looking to purchase a couple of backup pairs before they're discontinued. After all of these years they are worn but still very solid. The only Issue is they are faded from lots of saltwater and beach use. One reviewer said the leather is stiff. That's only in the beginning as to be expected with any new leather product. Buying them in brown and black this time.

Bought these for my husband. He's a 10.5 but the 10 fit well. He says they are very comfortable and I think they're nice looking. Win win.

These are the only sandals my husband will wear. He is on his 4th pair. I have had to buy the last 2 pair from Nordstrom because Zappos sells every size in both colors, except 15. 14, 16, 17 18...but NO 15 We are talking over 2 years now what gives?

While expensive, these sandals feel very high quality and are comfortable to walk in. I use them as my house shoes in the winter. They stay on well and after about a week, they begin to conform to your foot. They are also good for arch support, which is important to me having planter's fasciitis.

I'm a heavy guy and I was concerned that I'd slide out of the front of the shoe. The beefy top of the slide comfortably holds my foot in place. The bed of the shoe is very comfortable. Just a bit of padding, lots of support.

Well made sandals. You won't be disappointed. Make sure you order a half size larger than your shoe size. Zappos did a great job on packaging & delivery as well!

Bought these for my husband for a trip to Maui... very comfortable and no "break-in" needed. Well constructed and they look great!

With a few hours of wearing, these slides fit like a glove. I recommend them without hesitation. My only quibble is that the leather is a wee bit lighter in color than how the photo displays on my computer screen, but your computer may show the color accurately.
