Teva Pretty Rugged Nylon 2 - Nice-looking, comfortable, casual sandal. They were comfortable for long walks right away- no break-in period needed.

Strappy Sandals... I really love these sandals. You can easily adjust the velcro straps to fit your foot which is brilliant. They have good support and a nice thick sole for protection. I finally found a pair of basic blacks that feel great and are not ugly.

Awesome walking sandal - This is an awesome walking sandal. Not my visual cup of tea, but my feet love them. So for those long hikes these are for you.

Great comfy sandals! I was able to wear these right out of the box and even did a 5 mile charity walk with them a week after I got them with no problems!

Love mine - I prefer the sole of the "rugged" Teva sandals to the cheaper version. It's very cushy and comfortable and worth the extra money from the less expensive Teva sandals. Well made, this is my second pair, not because I wore out the others but because my cat decided she likes to chew on the rubber sole. Keep them out of pet reach!

Great beach/river shoes - I got the brown ones and like having something different than black and gray. No breaking in period. Great for walking on sand--doesn't stick to bottom. My feet are medium width and these shoes fit better than other beach shoes which are too wide for me.

Shoe is immediately comfortable for me. I wear a 9.5 N in a closed shoe but found the 9 in this shoe fits better. The slight arch support feels good- could even be a bit higher.

Very comfortable - I recently ordered the Pretty Rugged Nylon in the gingham check black. This is my 2nd pair of Tevas and I love them. They are very comfortable for walking and even exercising. I've bought pairs for my mom and husband because they are fully adjustable, great shoes.

For narrow widths - I wear a 9.5 AAA or AAAA and was thrilled to find a beach shoe that could be adjusted to fit me. In this sandal I returned the 9.5 for a 9 and they are just perfect. Good arch support. Good beach walking shoe. Thank you Zappos for the free overnight shipping.

You can always count on Teva - I have worn Teva Sandals for years, and love that you can size them yourself with the straps. I use them to walk on my treadmill early in the morning--easier to strap on than lace a big old tennis shoe, and my foot feels stable and safe!!

Teva Sandals - I have other Teva sandals and thought them to be quite comfortable and durable. But the new Teva Sandals are the most comfortable shoes/sandals I've ever worn. I also like the attractive design. Am taking these on my cruise which I intend to do a lot of walking and beach visits. The fact they are waterproof is just another bonus! Thanks.

Teva pretty rugged nylon - I love Teva sandals. They are the only kind I wear. Some of them are too clunky looking. These are very functional (the water proofness) and yet are still so cute. I bought the brown gingham checked. Keep up the great work Teva!

Teva good for narrow feet - I'm the third person in my family to purchase a pair of Tevas. I needed mine for a trip to Hawaii. Both my mother and sister have very narrow feet. Mine are the widest at AA (N). The adjustability of the Tevas makes them better than the competitors for me. The first time I wore them, they were comfortable except for a little rubbing around the little toe, which was easily fixed with a band aid. Didn't need the band aid after that.

Great for Active Travelers - I wore these for the first time on a backpacking trip in Central America. They held up well and never gave me any discomfort (I've also worn them to work where I'm on my feet for 8 hours straight and my feet were only somewhat tired by the end of the day) They're perfect for activities in the water like rafting and kayaking--stayed on my feet even in strong currents and had good traction on slippery rock.

Glorious. I love Teva’s. Really. These are unbelievably comfortable, rugged, and suitable for traveling all around Japan-- from treading the streets of Tokyo to hiking in the Japanese Alps. I use these when I sail, climb, bike, and go to class.

Teva’s - I purchased my Teva’s for a trip to Costa Rica and Montana trips. I was shocked they are so comfortable. I wish my high heels were as comfortable. I am not the "earthy" type you typically see in these shoes; however my husband and teenage son thought they looked great on me. Only problem I had was the traction. There were tropical depression rains in Costa Rica and I slipped a couple of times in the rain forest. They were definitely better than athletic shoes. Highly recommend these shoes.

Comfortable from the First Moment - The Teva Pretty Rugged Nylon is comfortable like other Teva sandals that I've owned. I could walk miles in them on the first day because they did not cause blisters and the sole was extremely comfortable. The black edition works well in the city or the country because it goes with everything.

Love it - I reviewed previous comments before purchase: able to wear all day the first day. I also wore the shoe all day the first day (of wear) during a very hot, humid visit to Walt Disney World. No problems, comfortable.

Great sandals - I've owned over 12 pairs of Tevas over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed. I don't wear them in the water, so that has never been a problem. They're always comfortable and last a long time.

If I could wear these all the time... I would. The Teva strap design accommodates by bunions, which I love. The last provides arch and mid-sole support and the material is smooth and comfortable under my bare feet. I've also gotten compliments on the nice dark orange and brown color pattern.

Wonderful sandal! I have hip and back pain, so often sandals aren't supportive enough. I can be on my feet for 12 hours in this sandal and have no pain. Very comfortable sandal.

Teva's W Pretty Rugged - This is the second pair of Teva sandals I have owned. My first pair is at least 4 years old and I still can wear them. They are very comfortable and long wearing. I would highly recommend the brand.

Rugged & Comfy - Nice padding and secure/adjustable strapping make for a really comfy sandal that should stand up to hiking as well as tide-pooling. Not bad looking either!

Rugged but pretty refined - This shoe is comfortable and has a moderate arch. It is refined enough to wear to dinner in a warm weather area. The straps are lined so there is no chafing. I chose hikone orange which is very rich looking and good for late summer. I hope to buy another color as well and have an older pair in green. They hold up very well.
