I thought these shoes were very attractive, but they weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. The upper was pretty stiff and my ankle was hurting by the end of the day. I will be sending back.

I got the shoes very quickly - good service. The depiction online is of a darker, bordeaux color, bordering on burgundy. In actuality, the shoes are a washed out, faded looking color. I was disappointed and will be returning them.

One shoe felt almost a whole size smaller than the other. Too bad...these were very cute shoes.

This style is very pretty and particularly in the patent. But it is not all that comfortable. There is no "give" when you walk in it. Can only wear occasionally.

Very faded. Looked like they had been sitting on a display for a long. Also looks as if upper is separating from sole.

The color is not at all what the picture shows.

Not what I was expecting

The shoe felt a full size smaller. Also when I try to walk in them, they fly off the ends of my feet. Not good. Returning. But they really look nice!

I'm a solid 41 & my sister consistently wears 38 - I couldn't even get my foot into this (41) shoe! It looked so small, I asked her to try it - it fit her perfectly. These shoes clearly run VERY small. Also, the color was lighter than I expected - still nice, but I would have liked a little darker

I read the reviews and so ordered a size up... and they were still too small. So make sure you order both one and two sizes up, Zappos free returns make it worth covering your bases with these. Also, the Bordeaux color was more like a salmon and MUCH lighter than pictured here. Still, a cute design. I'm trying again even bigger and in brown ;)

I got two pairs in the same size. They both fit differently from each other. One was just right, the other too wide. I like the style but it’s much better looking in black than honey. They don’t seem like they could last much more than a year, and feel like /are made in China.

I've had two pair of these shoes. The first pair were great. I bought a half-size up to fit my arch supports. I like the look with pants, my feet do not look big and I have had many complements on the style. I wore them for work for a couple of years, and got a second pair when these wore out. The second pair have given me more problems. The part of the sole within the outer margin started coming off, creating a flap near the front of the sole. It also has started coming off the front and the back near the heel of the other shoe. Yes, they are well worn, but I was not expecting them to fail in this way. I hope the manufacturer can improve this issue, I would not recommend this shoe as it is.

The good: Right heel height, right fit, and adjustable straps. The bad: inside, this shoe was very cheaply made. The upright plastic liner that holds the inner sole or orthotic in place was so high it rubbed against my foot and toes. I tried several different orthotics, with same result. I was walking on the plastic edging. Too bad, because I really wanted to like this shoe.

This clog did not hold up; only wore occasionally and the patent cracked where the leather creases from walking. Looks nice but poor endurance. Too late to return or I would.

Did not like the fit at all. The leather had a hump (stretched) on top left like someone had worn it over a protruding bone on top of their foot. Also the stitching down the right shoe is misaligned down the center. Wanted these to be my "go toos!"

fit and size good But heel too high. have back issues, need flatter heel with support.

The construction of these (which I feel like I could kind of see in the photos) was just sloppy...especially the covering on the insole. Returned.

The quality of this shoe is horrible, even the tag on the back fell off. I still can't figure out why it is $69.00. This is an expensive shoe made of cheap material - do yourself a favor and believe me - do not buy this shoe - I surely learned my lesson not to purchase from Zappos ever again and I do not understand why they ask for so much money for so much less.

Don't know how people could have rated these as "comfortable". There is a sharp edge along the inside of the shoe, nearer the back which is very irritating. (Maybe I just got a poorly manufactured pair?) Sending them back.

I could not wear this shoe. After wearing them to work for 1 day, I came home with severe back and foot pain, which I have never had before. Wore my old Alegria shoes (from Zappos) to work the next day...no problem! I thought when I saw the name Spring Step, this shoe would be comfortable. I was so wrong. The bottom of the shoe is very hard. I was really disappointed with this shoe. Since they were new, I donated them, so hopefully someone else will find them more comfortable. As for Zappos, they have the best customer service available!
