Nice shoe, just didn,t fit my feet.

They hurt my feet. I just tried them on, never worn.

They are a bit smaller in size than I thought. They look nice, and the support is adequate.

I really, really wanted to love these shoes. The color is awesome and the style is cute….until I put them on. They are at least a whole size smaller than they should be and felt cheaply made. I’ve owned a few pairs of Spring Step in the past and loved the,m…..but these were highly disappointing.

These look much more like a loafer than I was expecting. I thought it would have more of a clog feel and vibe. But it's a softer feel. Felt a bit short for an 8.

I love the style, however the insoles so hard they were not comfortable at all. I was going to wear them to work but would not be able to stay in these for any length of time as my heels started to hurt as I wore them around the house for approximately 15 minutes but could not tolerate any longer! I am so sorry to have to return another pair of shoes but this beats going to the store plus I have a better selection so hopefully I'll be able to find something comfortable for work. I am a nurse I do not need white shoes so if you have any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.

fit and size good but I didn't think heel would be as high. I have back issues and can't wear heels.

Nice, comfortable but the medium brown color is lighter than shown. It is more of a tan than a medium brown. I usually wear 6-6.5. The 36 is too small. The 37 is a better fit for me.

The shoes were about a half size smaller than expected. The color was not what I expected. They weren’t as burgundy as I thought. And the soles seems glued to the heels versus sewn. Sadly, I sent them back.

Liked the fit a lot, but returning g because the color isn’t what I expected.

Disappointed with the shoes ordered, primarily in the color. Realizing that computer monitor colors aren’t always true, this difference was extreme. Thought I was ordering “brown”, ended up with gold toned beige. Ugly. Guess it’s best to buy in person!!!

Unfortunately, this shoes were too narrow for me. They are soft, but for some reason don't feel comfortable and needs to be returned.

A European size 39 usually fits me, but this was too narrow, even though I could see that the leather would stretch a bit. Had to send back.

I ordered Spring Step Hppy half a size larger after reading other reviews, and the fit felt just alright. Shoes were not comfortable, felt like cardboard and were very stiff. I din/t think they would soften up, so they are going back.

It's my first try with this brand, and it seems like a Clark's wannabe. They fit OK, but they are just not comfortable. The foot bed is a little stiff. The style and color are good, but the quality of the leather looks a bit cheap. I'm going to keep looking and send these back.

The fit was fine but the color was not. I ordered the burgundy and they were almost pink, not at all what they looked like online. Returned for a refund.

These looked really cute online but looked very different in person. I ordered the medium brown and when they arrived they were actually a really light camel color. The bottom part of the sole that looks grey in the picture is actually silver and seems like it takes up a lot more space proportionally than it does in the photos. They also were much chunkier than I was expecting. They also felt slightly wider than I was expecting for a normal medium. Overall they just looked like something that belonged on a much older person (I'm in my late 30's) and I returned them.

color is not as pictured in the tan....very light not chestnut color as pictured and there was a sharp leather feeling on outer edge of innersole.

Looked 'cheaper' in person. The soles looked more plastic-ey and the uppers weren't quite aligned right where they were sewn to the sole.

I was thinking that the would be a more burgundy color, they are pink! Sadly they have to go back. The seemed comfortable.

Like the shoe but the Bordeaux color is a pale purple. Nothing like the color shown. I wear a 10.5 and ordered the 10.5-11 and my heel hangs off. Sending Back!

This could have been a really nice shoe, were it not for the cheaply finished inside. Nice styling and color, but the inside footbed doesn't quite cover the vertical cardboard-like piece that meets it all around, so I end up feeling that piece when I walk. It's also not glued very well inside and my guess is sweating would really deteriorate the inside pretty easily. A major disappointment.

A sloppy fit and a very strange color (mauve). I do not have a high instep and this shoe is built expecting one, making the fit sloppy for my foot.

I was looking for a pair of comfortable shoes to wear while standing on my feet all day at work. I ordered these in Bordeaux expecting a deep red/wine shade. These shoes were NOT red; instead they were your grandmother's mauve/rose shade of pink. Unless you plan to be featured on the Golden Girls, I'd choose another color. As for the comfort, the soles were very comfortable and the leather was very soft. The shoes appeared to be higher quality. I took advice from other reviewers and ordered a size up (I wear an 8 in pretty much every shoe I own and a 39 in this shoe fit). In trying several pairs of mules/clogs, I've come to realize backless shoes are not the way to go for a lot of walking. Backless shoes cause my toes to cramp; having to bend and grip to keep the shoe on.
