If you live in a city and/or do a lot of walking, this shoe is not for you. I purchased this shoe last season and while they look cute, you might as well be walking barefoot. They offer no support at all. Also I have skinny feet and wear a medium width shoe and the elastic had to be loosened using a needle and seam ripper. For comfort I gave this shoe 1 star only because 0 was not an option.

Ugh these shoes are killing me! I wanted them to work so bad because as everyone else states, they are the cushiest and most durable soled flats out there, and I wanted to be able to buy a pair in ever color. But that elastic is just horrible! If you can handle this type of elastic edged flat then these will work for you (I guess). If you usually can't deal with elastic edge flats or tight shoes in general (you have baby skin feet, you get blisters a lot, shoes usually rub the back of your foot), they will not work. The elastic is so tight! They really squeeze my foot and make my feet feel like claustrophobic sausages. You might be able to break them in (painfully, over a long time, with thick socks...maybe, that elastic is intense) but I don't want to have to do that. Plus the patent ones are even tighter and stiffer and the elastic makes them wrinkly and tacky. (Note: I have tried 3 pairs of these flats. The black nappa, the pewter leather, and the driftwood patent. On the lighter shoes the elastic doesn't match in color and looks lame. It only blends in on the black. The patent looks cheap and the black ones were the only ones I would want to pull off. I tried them in my true size and half a size up. My true size were too small, way too tight, and my toes were totally smashed in front and you could see them poking up in the leather. A half size larger was less tight and could actually considered to be wearable, but then because the shoes are wider than average they were too baggy and the toes kind of pointed inward, making them look like lame clown shoes. I wish everyone would stop making these crappy elastic shoes and just make flats that are shaped well enough to fit your foot!)

Honey I Shrunk the Shoe! What have they done to sizing? Way smaller than the last Me Too shoe I bought in this size.

This is the first time I've written a review on Zappos. I was moved by the poor quality of these shoes. I'll preface this by saying that I own the Me Too Legends in black and am thrilled with them. I wore them throughout my pregnancy and they were incredibly comfortable. With that experience in mind, I purchase the pewter. Same comfort, same style, except that the pewter metallic treatment on this leather is like a thin paper layer on top of white leather. I have only worn the pair twice, for limited periods each time, and already the toes are scuffed. The metallic coating stands up in flaps and the glaring white surface underneath is clearly visible. After two wearings only, they are virtually unwearable except as throw around shoes for the super market. Stick to the regular nappa leathers for more durability.
