Order up a size; they run small. The width is great even for my wide feet. They are soooooo cute!

I can't find a single negative thing to say about these shoes. They look great. I get compliments every time I wear them. On my feet all day and no pain. Love them enough that I bought a second pair in black for work.

I love this shoe. I want this shoe. When I first put it on it was like heaven - I could have worn them forever. However, after just a bit I realized that my arch was being oppressed big time and my feet would have been miserable in a half hour. If you do not have such a high arch, they should be comfortable even with a wide foot. Really comfortable and cute.

I loved the look.The shoe felt very heavy on my foot. I usually wear 8.5. I ordered the 8 but it was still too big.

This is a reorder in another color. However, I am sure that if I am not happy with them, I will be able to exchange effortlessly or return for full refund. Another major competitor of Zappos charges restocking fees and even express shipping is not near as fast as Zappos' free shipping. I love Zappos! I will never stray again!

I bought these in 2012, and it's now 2016 and they're still going strong. I'm just about to replace the inserts, but these are amazingly durable. The leather breathes so I don't get sweaty socks, and they're more comfortable than some of my sneakers for standing around all day. These shoes absolutely rock!

I was skeptical about just how wide this shoe really was, but the toe box was roomy and for my extra wide feet, this show is perfect. In fact I wore this shoe to work without any break in period. Great for wide feet and high arches.

By the end of the day my feet were killing me. I heard that Klogs were very comfortable and I have to agree. So far they are heavenly. I would highly recommend them. I did not receive the correct color, the one that came were a gray with tan strap but I was ok with that color choice so I did not send them back.

Beautiful shoe! I ordered a WIDE width & although the width was perfect, the length was too large/long. I may try a size smaller.

Based on the other reviews I went down a size and they fit perfect. Very comfortable the first time I wore them. Would highly recommend.

I recently was fitted with a full-size orthotic with a very high arch. I was struggling to find a shoe to fit. After I removed the Klogs insole and placed my new orthotic in, these did the trick. I still had to stretch the top a bit to accommodate for the super high arch I have, but that was easy with this spray that I found on Amazon. The heel back is high enough that my orthotic stays in. I have a fairly narrow foot, but need a slightly wider because of the orthotic and some problems with metatarsal, so these are plenty roomy in the toes for me. AND, they look cute - no granny shoes for me!

I've had these and worn them nearly non-stop for two years, and they've held up beautifully and with no loss of comfort. Would buy them again in a heartbeat, and am currently shopping the same shoe in other colors

I adore these shoes! They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. And when I order from Zappos, my order is delivered so promptly.

These are my second pair of the Austin Klogs! I am an elementary teacher so comfort is important since I am on my feet all day. I first bought them when I went through a bout of plantar fasciitis. Now I'm recovering from a fractured ankle with nerve damage at the ball of my foot so comfort and support remains very important. I've spoken a lot about the comfort and support, but I haven't mentioned how adorably cute they are! Every time I wear them, I get many compliments and asked, "Where did you find those?" I hope you can keep them in stock, Zappos!

I love shoes that I can slip on and off. Klogs are a little pricey, but they are so worth it. The quality and comfort is evident once you put them on. I own three different pairs, and I absolutely love them!

Love these Klogs! They are not bulky looking like many clogs so they can be worn with jeans and dress pants and still look nice. The thick sole of the shoe makes it a joy to walk on and really provides cushion. These are now my favorite shoes!

The shoes are wonderful. They allow me to work 18 and sadly sometimes even 20 hours without thinking about my feet.

These fit fine and were very comfortable to walk in, but they were so clunky that I felt like a little girl wearing her mother's shoes. I found an alternate black clog in the Spring Step brand that was much prettier and leaner looking on the foot and just as comfortable. So that is why I am returning these. Many said these shoes run large, and for many I'm sure they do. But I found my normal size fit just fine in the length due to the back lip on the heel.

I usually do not write reviews, but the shoes rock. I do extensive research on shoes or any other item I purchased up to six months before I decide what to buy especially if it is more expensive.these shoes are roomy and comfortable but I would select them a half a size bigger than normal due to the little ledge at the end of your foot. If you do not you most likely will hit that ledge with your back heel which would be very uncomfortable.

These are the most comfortable, cutest clogs I have ever owned. I ordered my regular size 8 then noticed (after the fact) they had a little lip at the back of the heal so quickly changed my order to size 8 1/2. Glad I did. They are perfect. I would wear them everyday if they matched every outfit I owned (and if I didn't have so many cute ankle boots). These clogs trump every shoe (and boot) when it comes to comfort.

I just got these - great looking, I love them! I did have to go down 1/2 size. They are heavier than some clogs, but the arch support is so much better, usually have to swap out inserts. Thanks to Zappos, great customer service and prompt with the exchange!

These are very, very comfortable. Run true to size. Very pleased with them.

I've had these 'shoes' for several months (wanted to really give them a try before critiquing them). I originally purchased them to wear as slippers around the house. But I soon found myself wearing them on errands. I tend to shy away from clogs. I wear a size 10, and have a very high arch. Clogs usually (in a size 10, anyway) looked cumbersome on me. And they would also slip off mid-stride at times. But, not these! They're gorgeous. Extremely well made, and fit like a glove. And wait until you slip your foot into them. The first time I put them on, I "gasped", and said oh my God (aloud). They are simply AMAZING. The inside is extremely soft, with incredible arch support. Hands down, one of the most comfortable shoes I have EVER owned.

I bought one pair two years ago. Liked the style and fit of the shoe so much I purchased two more pair in other colors. These are my go-to, wear every day shoes for the winter. Bought another taupe pair this year as the other three are showing some signs of wear. Great with jeans, comfortable to walk in. I hope they keep this style for years to come and offer other colors.

Great clog - fits well, comfortable and nice looking. I like it so much I have purchased another color - brown leather as well.
