I wore these on a 2 week trip to Seattle where I walked each day for a few hours. They were great and no break-in time was needed. The shoe has excellent support and the foot bed is much more comfortable than my Dankso shoes. I also like the fact that they are a little less expensive than Danskos so I can afford more styles. I have 3 pairs of Klogs and I love them all.

I absolutely adore these shoes. So comfortable and stylish. Worth every penny! My shoe size is 7 1/2, but I bought a seven and they fit perfectly!! Buy them, you won't regret it. I LOVE ZAPPOS!!

this is the ultimate shoe for comfort. I love the way my feet and back feel when wearing these shoes. I stumbled across them and am very happy I did. I am going to purchase another pair they are so comfortable with the perfect support. You won\'t be dissapointed, you will get a great shoe at a great price.

These shoes got noticed and complimented the first day I wore them in the design group where I work and where we are all a little bit shoe-crazy. They are comfortable and have the great arch support that all my Klogs have (this is my 5th pair). I can wear them all day and never even think about how my feet feel. They are like wearing very sturdy, supportive slippers.

This is my 3rd pair of Klogs USA and they are the best shoe ever! I have wide feet and my career demands that I am on them a lot. They are so comfortable from the first wearing. Thank you!

I don’t normally write reviews, but had to on this shoe. It is the best shoe I have ever worn. I was a little scared to order a size smaller 8.5 W normally wear 9.5, but it fit perfect. Having had 3 foot surgeries, I usually just wear Nike Shox’s never regular shoes , however, now I can. I purchased in the taupe very cute color goes with everything. Fantastic delivery time - overnight! Don’t know how they can have such great service even in the snow blizzard. Hats off to Zappos.

It took a second try to get the right size, a half size shorter than normal, but worth the wait. It took a couple of days to get used to the shoe, as I discovered I had a few muscles in my chins that hadn\'t been used in a long time! But after a few days that went away. The shoes I have worn for 13 hours periods on my feet and my feet feel great. Zappos was terrrific on the return, as easy as they report. And I have never bothered to write a review before. This product and the service deserved a good report.

I love these clogs! They are true to size, very comfortable, and lightweight. I\'ve had several compliments on them.

I ordered an 8.5 W in this shoe (Klogs Austin) and an 8.5 in a Halsa (brand) clog. The 8.5W in Klogs felt a half size too big and the 8.5W in Halsa was way too small :-) Anyway, I like the look and feel of the Klogs Austin so I will order an 8W and see how it goes. Four stars because of sizing (I never need a size 8).

Ordered these based on review. Love them! I work in a hospital and I’m in my feet king hours. These shoes are so comfortable, but.. I felt like my feet kept slipping out of them and they seemed a bit big. Maybe this is the case because I wear compression stockings which are thinner than the socks I have worn in the past. I had ordered a half size smaller and I’m exchanging for another half size down to see if that does the trick. Otherwise all 5 stars !!

I'm a 7.5 Wide, ordered a 7W and 7.5W. The 7W seemed bigger than the 7.5Wide! Kept the latter, because I have a high instep and some plantar fascitis developing in 1 foot, and I can wear heavier socks. I can add orthotics if I like also. They make me taller (I"m 4' 11"). They do squeak a bit but I don't care. Great arch support. My lower back does get a bit sore after a while when I wear them, but I have a lot of athletic injuries. I love that I can adjust the instep width too. I just don't like clogs that have a heel-tried Dansko, Sanita, Merrell, etc. but always come back to open-heel clogs. I used to wear Merrell clogs but they changed the style and I don't get the arch support or support for overpronation that they used to have. The instep is super tight as well. My friend told me about Klogs, I took a chance and ordered online-happy with these clogs so far.

I had high hopes for this shoe, as the reviews all said how comfy it was. However, it made my foot turn to the outside, which I could tell was going to be a problem. Still hoping to find the perfect shoe.

I have been using Zappos collections and I have overall been happy with what I purchase. This time I purchased Klog Footwear Austin. I had no problem with the size and fit. I like the style. However it fell short of my expectations in terms of comfort. I work long shifts, 12-13 hours, and these clogs don't provide support for more than 6-7 hours. Also the inner lining of the clogs feels damp after few hours. I am still going to use them for short walks and trips, but I have to find a more comfortable one.

I ordered a 8 1/2 and a 9 based on other reviews and kept the 8 1/2 (even these seemed a bit roomy). I think these are very fun clogs!

Purchased size 10M in taupe suede. Note: I normally wear size 11M pumps and other shoes, but size 10M in klogs so that they don't slide off. Unfortunately, these 10Ms are so wide, they flop around and slide off and I got blisters on the top of my feet after an hour of wear. I wound up going barefooted the rest of the day. Having said that, the soles are really comfortable and the I love the styling. These klogs appear to be well-made, so, should last a long time. So, I will keep these to wear with thick socks in the fall/winter months.

Too big, not in love with the look. Usually get 7-7.5 and these were a 7, but too much room around the mid-foot and I think if I went a half size smaller would hit my big toe. if you have a high arch you might be fine at your regular size.

The size and fit were fine. I had to return these shoes because the heel was too high for me. I'm elderly and do not have good balance and even this heel was too high for me. Also, these shoes are soooo heavy!!! I love the style and the material they are made of and hated that I can't wear them.

I thought these were so cute. I ordered the smallest size and they were too wide. I would only consider ordering them if you wear a C width. I have enough room for my heel insert and wear extra thick or double socks (I wear a B width). I decided to keep them because they are really comfortable and are so nice looking.

Very stiff. Not comfortable. Will be returning. Should not have listened to prior reviews that mention these run big. I have an old pair of Klogs that are a size smaller than I normally wear and they are perfect. However, ordered the same size in these and they are way too small. Should’ve listened to my gut and ordered my regular size.

I really, really wanted to love these shoes based on the great reviews. I needed a comfortable pair of clogs for working as a PT in a hospital due to chronic tendonitis in my left Achilles and my inability to tolerate heel back shoes due to the constant rubbing. They're very attractive looking clogs and appear to be well made. Unfortunately, they just did not feel comfortable to me. I normally wear a 7.5 M and the overall fit/sizing was fine, but when walking (with socks on), my foot would slide forward, squashing my toes up against the end of the toe box, compressing all my toes and causing discomfort. I was also not a big fan of the excessive arch of the footbed. I have normal arches and don't use orthotics, so the arch felt like overkill to me and was actually not even properly aligned with a normal foot arch, with the arch of the shoe being displaced too far back on the shoe. This made my foot feel like it was too inverted (rolled out onto outer part of foot) and made my feet feel very fatigued after wear. I ordered a sz 8M, thinking this might solve some of the above problems, but for being only a half size larger, my feet swam in the shoes and still slid forward when walking, mashing my toes in the foot box. So, much to my dismay, both pairs are being returned. My search for a comfortable pair of clogs continues.

The fit and size were fine but they felt extremely uncomfortable. They look nice but there's no way I could wear them without risking blisters everywhere. I was amazed that the reviews said they were so comfortable.

I loved these shoes. They are good looking, comfortable and would be great for the winter. However, when I walked on hardwood floors the squeaking the soles made was loud and unpleasant. I could not wear these shoes anywhere except on carpet--and how would that work in this world?!

Beautiful, but don't fit at all. My feet are: normal size 8W in clogs or mules, high arch, high top of foot, wide through ball of foot & toes, narrow heel. This shoe fits like: heel too wide, arch too far back on footbed (it hits me right at the front of my heel; to put my arch on the arch of the footbed, I have to put my heel out of the shoe), too long from arch to front of shoe. Yes, they're pretty, but useless. Returning immediately.

These shoes fit perfectly and are really cozy. Good cushion in the footbed, great arch support, and proportioned so my 9.5 wide feet don’t look huge. These are my new favorites.
