Great shoes. Get more comfortable the more you wear them . I wear 11 1/2 in most shoes but 11 fit for these shoes. I wish the laces were a little softer - that is why the 4 stars.

Definitely order a half size down from your normal, even with socks. Fit good, soft leather and the base has lots of cushion. Normal shipping and they came within 4 business days. I'm relatively flat footed, comfortable so far but let's see how it holds up in a few weeks. This shoe has tie type laces, the picture makes it seem as if it has no laces...more of a slip on, that is not the case.

Very comfortable shoes right out of the box. The only thing disappointing (my bad) is the laces tend to loosen up. I really hadn't looked closely enough at the design I guess. But for the price, these do everything promised and I'd probably buy them again, but in a slightly different style.

Leather is good quality and the shoes are comfortable although the laces are cheap leather and broke within a month. Also, three of the lace grommets on the ankle area came off after three weeks which indicates substandard quality control. It is next to impossible to replace these shoes without taking them to a shoe repair shop.

Pro-Great looking shoe and fit like a well designed leather glove on a hand. CON!---three grommets fell off of each shoe within a month of easy wear along with the laces breaking. A shoe that costs this much should have better quality control. The grommets looked as if they were not adequately seated in the leather holes. Without the grommets, the shoes are almost ghetto worthless!

I'm a fan of Born's, especially since I have wide feet. The toe box is wide and they're generally speaking comfortable. I found the Henri's to be the same, except for one MAJOR issue. After having the shoes for 3 weeks, the shoelace snapped. Granted, that shouldn't happen so soon, but with other shoes wouldn't have been a big deal. However, the way this shoe is constructed, the lace is woven into the shoe and attached at the back. So, there's no way for you to either replace the shoe lace OR thread it through to even it out. Thankfully Zappos exchanged them for me. Otherwise, the shoe would have been trashed. Which for a $100+ shoe is unacceptable. If you're going to buy this shoe, be careful about lace wear, and don't pull the laces too hard.
