These shoes were fantastic. Very flattering for someone like me with a wider feet. I could wear them all day and into the night.

I had planned to return these shoes; although I had ordered the wide, it still pinched my toes. But I have changed my mind. These are beautiful, classy shoes, and I decided to take the time to break them in. It took a while, but I think I can now wear them comfortably, so long as I do not have to walk too far. They look so good on! They will be a going out shoes for me.

Love! I got these in the Sabbia Smack Patent , they are a neutral color, darker than nude and pearlescent & perfect. These shoes are a perfect fit right out of the box. The heel height is great, not too low and not too high. These are comfortable enough to wear at work all day & then walk in all night. My only wish is that there were more colors available in the Undine. Highly recommend!

These are beautiful and comfortable shoes. When first trying them on, the toe bed seemed a little tight, but they actually fit perfectly.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've worn in a long time for heels, maybe ever. I have narrow, flat feet, and bunions, so I am never completely comfortable in shoes for very long. These are terrific. I would buy this shoe in another color (if you had my size).

I ordered size 7W (my usual size with Cole Hann) and it fits very well. It did slip off of my feet while I was wearing it for the first time, but I do have a narrow heel. I usually only wear but Cole Hann since my feet are wide and Cole Hann heels are the only ones that do not hurt my feet. But at such a great price, this pair is wide enough and stylish enough. They do lack support for the ball of the foot, but at this price, I am more than happy to buy some insole and slide it in. Vaneli, good job.

Extremely comfortable and professional looking. Love this shoe all the way around. I've spent a lot more without getting as much quality and comfort. If you're looking for a good shoe for business, especially retail where you're on your feet more, this is the one to get.

I bought these in red last summer and absolutely love them! They're so pretty and comfortable. I have wide feet and have trouble finding shoes that fit. So happy that they have my size back in black. I'll be ordering them today and maybe back to order a pair in patent leather.

The Undine Vaneli shoes are fantastic. They are just the right height and are very comfortable. I sure wish I could find more of them in 7-1/2. I would buy black fabric, black patent, and navy blue.

This is my first pair of high heel shoes, and they were great. I got them to wear to my friend's wedding, and I brought another (comfortable and flat!) pair of shoes to change into for the reception, but I didn't even need them. I wore these shoes all night long and even danced. No blisters next day. :) They will be my one, go-to pair of heels for the next 10 years, I'm sure. (I rated only 3 stars for comfort because they are still high heels!)

Great shoe, fit and heel height, but its an orange-red, I was looking for a deep red so hated to, but returned!

Nice shoes! These are very comfortable considering the heel height. The toe is softly rounded and looks classic. Great if you are looking for a simple yet classy office shoe.

Love these shoes! They are a great value. The leather is good quality and I like that it has leather lining and leather soles. Just make sure to get protective rubber soles put over the leather ones (as I do for all of my leather soled shoes). These shoes don't need any breaking in, which is great. They stretch a little after a few wears so if you're in-between sizes, pick the smaller one.

I wore these to a Christmas party straight out of the box. I walked to and from the train station to get to the party and danced all night. No blisters. Vaneli makes an excellent product. It is hard to find fashionable and comfortable shoes for my 9AA high arched foot. Thank you Vaneli and Thank you Zappos.

Love these shoes. Color in red patent beautiful. Too high for me. I would have kept except for the heel height. I am an 8w that's what I ordered and felt half size bigger in heel area.

I ordered the patent black in 7.5 wide. My two last toes often get squished in shoes that aren't wide. It fit me perfectly with no heel slippage or scrapping. The heel height was easy and comfortable to walk in while still being high enough to make legs shapely. I am considering buying another pair in a different color.

This shoe definitely runs narrow, which is good for me since I have a narrow foot and Zappos was sold out of the A and AA sizes. This is a cute shoe, in a size 8 the heel is exactly 3 inches as advertised. It is low cut on the sides and therefore rubs a little against the side of my arch. I like the low cut at the toe and would prefer it to be even lower. This shoe is almost identical to the Tommy Hilfiger Kadesa, except that I needed a 7.5 in that shoe and an 8 in the Vaneli Undine. The Kadesa has more padding and a lower cut at the toes.

I thought these were more of a taupe but they were almost a gold/metallic. I actually really like the color but the toe box was too tight on me and the heel height was a tad more than my messed up feet could handle. I have to return these but if they would have fit they make a great work pump to go with neutrals/navy and would look very sharp. I ended up keeping the taupe Rockport 7 to 7s Low which weren't as cute but way more comfortable for me. Had a pair of taupe Cole Haan Chelsea low pumps that my puppy ate. They never fit right so I was happy for the opportunity to get new shoes!

They're a little narrower in the toe than I expected, but otherwise they're super comfy. I should have gone up half a size because of the toe, but the fit overall was good.

Its a beautiful shoe, just a little narrow than usual. It fits fine even then, but my feet are just slightly wider and slightly less delicate looking than normal which makes it pop out. Although there is arch support, the gradient at which the balls of the feet hit the ground is a little much. Making it hard on the balls and I can see how it won't survive the whole day. Otherwise it is fairly comfortable. I will still keep it because my favorite/long lasting/very comfortable Franco Sarto Bingo shoes which are just about carrying on after 3 years won't survive very long and I need a replacement. Out of the 4 pairs (Vince Camuto, L.K. Bennett, Clark's) this is still better than the other 3.

I absolutely love these shoes! they're SO soft. I have very wide feet and these stretched out perfectly so that i'm not in pain. I love them so much that I just bought a second pair in the same color so I have one at my desk, one at home. I'm not sure if the patent leather fits differently. I wish they made the regular leather in multiple colors besides black.

These heels are perfect in every way except that the heels wear down really fast -- maybe because I can literally wear them all day every day. I loved them so much I got on in every color and within 2 months all 3 of my heels are fairly stripped. If you take really great care with your shoes and only walk on marble floors, these shoes are super comfortable and beautiful.

I like these shoes and am glad I purchased them. My feet are very narrow and the shoes fit. That alone is a challenge quite often. I normally do not wear heels like this so they are not the most comfortable shoes I own. However, as black pumps go, I am satisfied and think they will serve me well on the occasions that I am required to wear them. The color, finish, and construction are nicely done and the shoes did not cost as much as many other options.

I have this shoe right now, sitting on my dining room table, and I'm trying to decide whether to return them or not. This is a beautiful, elegant shoe. I've worn them around the house for an hour or two, but they pinch badly in the toes. I wish I knew how to stretch them, because I am very sad to be returning them. They are exactly what I was looking for.
