I go to the gym with these shoes and they are NOT very comfortable. The ARCH support is way TOO MUCH. It’s been getting better with time, but it hurts my feet when I put pressure on them. Not recommended for exercise. I don’t even consider jogging with them for comfort reasons. Shoes look really cool, and if you’re not pounding on them, they are ok. Overall 4/5.

Maybe it’s just how this one is made, but i bought two different adidas and one was great and this one was tight. They were marked as the same size and width though

Very tight shoe and narrow shoe - however, the sole is amazingly firm (definitely not a flexible shoe). I wish 14-1/2 and 15’s were still available.

Zappos sizing information states the following: "For unisex sizing, please move two sizes larger for women's sizing. (E.G.: men's 3, women's 5)". This sizing information is incorrect and opposite of what a person should do. I (woman) ordered a size 8 and it is way-way-way to big. I looked at the official Adidas website and found a much better sizing chart which shows the relationship between the men/women size. It shows that to get the shoe for a woman you need to order smaller size (not larger as indicated on Zappos). I'll be returning the shoes that are too large and reordering in a smaller size. I tried these in my normal size and a half size down but in the end they were too wide for me. I think the unisex sizing may not work as welll for women with narrower feet.

These shoes look great and I love that the stripes and area at the back of the heel are suede. Gives the shoe a nice upgrade. However, I found that the toe box in these shoes was incredibly tight. I have worn Adidas Superstar 2Gs (the all leather version of this shoe with a slightly more athletic sole) for years and have loved them, but these Superstars were nowhere near as comfortable. Overall, these were a lot narrower and the rubber cap that encloses the toes was *very* tight in height and width. Evert time I took a step it pinched the top of my toes. These also rode a little lower on the ankle than my previous Adidas shoes. Not really an issue, but makes these more stylish than functional/athletic. Really wish they had a better fit because I loved the look and style. Usually, I prefer a little wider shoe but can be comfortable in a medium width in most brands. However, the Superstar 2 is listed as a medium width, but was still much too narrow for my comfort. Regretfully, am returning mine.

Love Adidas Superstar. I've been wearing this style for years. Only negative thing is the width is tight.

I love the look but adidas does not offer but one width. Anyone like myself with somewhat wider feet has to suffer for weeks breaking them in.

Not as comfortable as the leather version. The shoes look great but squeak when you walk in them.

I love the look of these sneakers, unfortunately, I have wide feet and these are very narrow. Even going up a full size didn't make them wide enough I tried to get used to them for over a week and finally gave up on them. If you have wide feet, don't bother. If you don't, they are great looking shoes. I only wish I hadn't tossed the box since now I can't return them. Looks like somebody is going to get a new pair of kicks at the Goodwill.

Adidas took a great shoe (the Originals Superstar) and did a great job of messing with a good thing. To start, the shoe is way, way bigger than its predecessor - which means it is heavier and clunkier. The fit itself was just uncomfortable from the get-go, and I decided to try and break them in to see if it improved, and it didn't. The arch support is terrible! I'm not saying there wasn't arch support; instead, I'm saying there was way too much arch support. I found these shoes highly uncomfortable. I wish Adidas would bring back the Originals Superstar.

These shoes were extremely narrow compared to another pair of Adidas I have same of the same size and width. I wish they fit because I really like the style but they have to go back.

I ordered the white version of these. They did fit OK, but my first thought was not stylish at all. They look like "old man" shoes. I asked my wife and she said they looked like "hospital" shoes. After further discussionwe determined they looked like "old man in a hospital shoes".
