These are great sneakers. I tried another brand but came back to New Balance. They are the best!

I recently bought the 1012 for walking about 30 - 35 miles per week. I had the Brooks Addiction 8 when I started walking two years ago; when I wore those out I got the Addiction 9. I then got the New Balance 927 which I really liked, but I wanted something with a bit more cushioning. The SL2 last in the 927 and 1012 fits my 13 4E feet perfectly. Compared to the Brooks, the 1012s fit better and are more comfortable. Happy feet!

Great styling and fit. I replaced the arch supports with fleet feet inserts due to foot pain that I have with all my shoes. Now they are perfect for me.

Great shoe - very comfortable and provides a lot of support. I use an orthodic in the shoe rather than the insole that came with the shoe.

Great shoe. Had the NB1011s for two years through lots of treadmill and outdoor running. These are the perfect next generation of the same shoe. Took no time at all to wear-in and feel great. Need more color options, but the blue is fine.

These shoes are great for people who need orthotics. The shoes are wide and deep enough for inserts. Shock absorption is maximized. These shoes will last six months with moderate wear.

Did not buy from Zappos but the shoe store said these shoes would help my shin splints. They did that by making me heel strike but I do have left knee issues from an ACL tear years ago. They made my knees feel worse but helped splints, arghhh. Not very cushioning at all, I just use them now for walking shoes.

Great shoe for those with plantar fasciitis. The style is very outdated and they look sort of big and dorky on the foot but they are well made and comfortable.

Very comfortable shoe. Support and softness everywhere. I wish New Balance made a court shoe with the last design of this shoe. The bottom wears out quickly if used on tennis or pickle ball courts. It's a great shoe when used for running and just walking around. It works great on the courts, it's just that the bottom wears away quickly. Overall great shoe.
