I don't know if it's just me, but when I first started wearing them, they would kind of burn a few of my toes (the big toe in particular). As you get used to them that's no longer an issue, though. They're comfortable but be aware that they definitely retain foot odor. I like them otherwise.

When these showed up I was excited with their style and how durable they seemed. They seemed stiff and uncomfortable at first, but I figured this was likely due to them needing to be ‘broken in’. This was not the case for me. After wearing them for three days I developed blisters on the tops of both feet from the strap rubbing, and also the rough ‘egg carton’ design of the foot padding was rubbing my feet raw of the bottoms as well. I even gave my feet a few days break to heal and tried them again, and after wearing for a couple hours decided these were not the flops for me and decided to return them. I have since purchased Teva flip flops, which are comfortable right out of the box and I am much happier with their design.

Used them over a summer tons, and the bottom part started to come off, as well as the stitching on the top that goes over your foot started to come undone. Sent back to Northface and got a refund. Will buy again. Maybe those were faulty. Impressed w return policy.

I wear a size 12 for all my shoes and sandles. I even have a pair of size 12 North Face flip flops from 2014 that fit perfectly. I was shocked to find how small the size 12s I received were. My foot was barely able to squeeze in and was hanging off the back of the sole.

I really wanted to like these. Unfortunately, they caused me to get blisters/gashes on my feet in the multiple spots where the top part rubs against the skin. My feet were actually bleeding. I bought these for vacation but only caused pain and discomfort for the 5 days. I stopped wearing after day 2. Going back to the Reef sandals.

I made order for my husband B day, it was a gift, I tried them on and I wear a size 7, they fit liek size 8 in women's sizes, Too way small. I . always order shoes online , since he is true size 9 fit, but this model is huge disappointment . One more bad thing is that You can get in touch with customer service online to send them email or complaint .You can only call and wait for few hr on hold. So I have to make time to go to store to exchange for bigger size and I hate doing this .

I returned these after having them on my feet for 3 minutes in the living room walking around.
I had an older pair that was so comfortable--not these.
Why not?
It's because they changed them and put stitches exactly where your foot impact between the toes that rubs and irritates you. Doesn't anyone think before making something? You don't put stitches there! Bad design.
Also the Zinc Grey looks nothing like the photo--it's almost Black all over--not attractive like the white ones in the photo. Another reviewer mentioned this and I should have listened.

These are great flip flops but they were left for one day in the sun and curled up like bananas. I paid the extra because I thought they would be more substantial but flip flops are made for the sun.
