I love Keens and have 4 styles and they about all I wear on my feet anymore. Unfortunately, this Whisper tends to run narrower. I have a B width feet, and the top of my feet are much wider than my heels. To get my feet into the Whispers, I had to loosen the straps all the way each time and jam them in by pulling back on the heel of the shoes. However, as soon as I start walking, my feet started inching backwards off the sandals until my heels hung off the back. I constantly tried to readjust and push them forward. I thought they might stretch out in a few weeks. They didn\'t. I liked the appearance and lightness of this style. I wanted to replace my 5 yo. Newports, with these. I am in a wet climate and spend time around water, so I wanted quicker drying shoes. If your feet are narrower - you might like these

I truly wanted to love these, I really did. After losing my brand new Keens in the tidal mud flats of Maine, I bought these. For my feet, they ran about 1/2 size small, but the worst problem I had was my small toe (I have an ordinary foot) which sat at a weird spot, catching in one of the strips. The fit wasn't good, but the toe thing is what forced me to send them back.I'm giving it 3 stars because it has so much else going for it.

SO NARROW!!!! Very cute, but could hardly jam my foot into it! If you have wider feet...stay away!!

The shoes look nice and cute. But, when I started walking in them, they don't stay on my feet, no matter how tight I tried to adjust the bungy cords. My feet kept sliding out of the shoes all the time. So I had to return them.

I have these in a sandal (not a slide) and was hoping that these would be as nice but without the back strap. I could not keep them on my feet - my feet kept sliding out or sliding sideways. I think they were the right size, but they just did not work for me. I am disappointed...

So disappointed! I found the fit and comfort of this shoe horrendous and really only noticed once I spent a few hours walking around the house in them. The bungie cord and sole do not keep your foot stable. I found my feet constantly swimming around and my feet and ankles working harder to keep my feet in position and in the shoe. I was really hoping they would be my "go to" summer shoe but now I'm on the hunt for a replacement. And this experience has turned me off to Keens at least for a while. I wish Chaco made a closed toe sandal as I've found their foot bed, arch, and fastening method to be much more supportive & comfortable overall.

This is the first pair of Keens that I haven't fallen in love with. I have wide-ish but small feet, and every other pair (in a variety of styles) has fit perfectly. These are the first that seem, well, thin and not made on the same last. I want to love them because I want slip-on Keens, but these aren't such a good fit.

I read the reviews to order a size larger but I decided against it. The footbed is the right size for my foot, but the clearance from top to bottom for my foot is not correct. My foot does not stay in the proper position. Every step I took, my foot slid out of the shoe bit by bit until I was using my toes to pull my foot back in to the shoe. I can't imagine doing any serious walking in these shoes because I felt like I was trying to prevent them from departing my foot mid-stride. Maybe if I had ordered the regular whisper and not the slide, this would have been prevented, but I'm unwilling to give it a shot on account of my smallest toe is on the verge of popping out of the side webbing and the gradual sliding backwards of the foot encourages this. My foot is not wide or narrow. I have not had this problem in any other shoe. Back they go!

Yuck! Much narrower than the other sport sandals. My piggy toe kept popping out of the side of the sandal, I know that would be uncomfortable. If your a fan of the Newport style I don't think you will like these. I didn't.

I was so disappointed these shoes look great and feel like walking on air but they don't have the usual wide foot & toe bed of other Keens. My normal size is 10.5, ordered an 11 and my heel was still right at the edge of the shoe. Unfortunately must return.

Not keen on these Keens. Despite trying different bungee cord adjustments, my feet kept slipping out as I walked. My size 11 feet also looked unusually long and awkward in them. Since Keen doesn't make anything above 11 in women's sandals, I guess I'm headed over to the men's side to see if something there might fit. Too bad I'll miss out on the cute colors. Keen, please either make the shoes true to size or make larger sizes for those of us with big feet!

Loved the look of this shoe. Once I got them home, I realized my feet worked out of them as I walked. Unfortunately I had to return them.

I love Keen shoes and sandals. However, these sandals did not fit me as well as my other Keens. I found them to be very narrow. I would order a 1/2 size up next time.

Love the look of the shoe, but had to re-order an 8 usually wear 7 - 7 1/2. Then realized they don't stay on your feet well, toes tend to slide back and the heels are almost off the back.

I love Keen shoes, however this style isn't my cup of tea. My foot doesn't seem to fit properly and my foot slips out. I spent most of my time wearing them, trying to keep my feet in them.

The Keen Whisper was a Disappointment. Usually I love Keen sandals, and have had no problem with the Ormond slide, Venice H2, and Newport H2, but with the Whisper I had to returned them 2 times for different sizes (I up sized) hoping it would correct the problem, which was my feet never felt right in them. My feet didn't feel secure or comfortable and my little toe would stick out, which was irritating. Too bad, but had to let go of the idea of having a new Keen slide this time.

The Whisper is an absolutely adorable shoe, with absolutely no arch support. Since Keens are known for being exceptional walking/hiking shoes, I've come to expect and rely on them for comfort, heel shock absorption, and good arch support. Unfortunately, the company seems to be doing away with arch support. The past three pair of Keens I've tried have had little to none. If you have flat feet, or very low arches, these shoes will probably work fine for you. If you have high arches like I do, you'd be better off spending your money on something else. Simply being a cute shoe doesn't cut it for me anymore. When reading reviews I couldn't figure out why people would have so much trouble keeping these shoes on their feet. Now I do. Even though I own several pair of the Bali sandal (wish those were still available) and have no problem with those, just a simple walk down the hall causes these shoes to slip off. Adjusting the strap does little more than to make an already narrow feeling shoe feel tighter. Sadly, another pair of Keens returned.

I have worn this shoe once and it wants to slide off my foot with every step. Would send them back if I hadn't worn them outside.

There seems to be a definite design flaw in this shoe. The first size I ordered seemed to small because my feet would not fit in all the way and seem to rest on the sharp lip at the heel. I tried one size larger and then they seem to fit in ok. However, when I walked around, particularly uphill, my feet still slid out the back. I just don't think a slide version of this shoe works.

These looked great but were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried. Although when standing still, they fitted perfectly, when I started to walk (just two steps!) they were all over the place.

MY foot is snot fat on top and t hat may be the problem.. But these would not stay on even just walking across my livingroom floor. I asked at a local store which carried them after ordering and she said that a lot of them were brought back because they would not stay on your foot.

I love keens, but I bought these last year at a sports store in Colorada and I hate them. I can't keep my feet in them. As I work they move forward on my feet and my heel ends up over the back edge. I have tried every way to readjust them to make them work, but it just won't happen. So they sit in my closet.

Awful. Reasonably true to size instead of running small as is usual for Keen's. I wear a 7.5 and the 7.5 fits. This is obviously a downgraded item and can now be considered to be overpriced. Has a "flat" feeling with little to no arch support. Wonderful style but look closely. You can see all the glue. I have an old pair of Keens of similar design. They have good arch support, slightly thicker sole, no glue. I can't imagine walking around in these shoes except for very locally. Insulting to buyer.

Too small! I would have to order at least one whole size larger for this shoe to be comfortable. I ordered it in my normal size -- too small. So I returned it and I ordered half a size larger -- too small. Not going to order a whole size larger just because Keen is arbitrarily sizing their shoes. This used to be my favorite brand and now they don't fit reliably. I don't have this problem with any other brand.

Worst design ever. I have several other styles of Keen shoes and sandals. These don't stay on your feet. My foot slides back out of the shoue as you walk. I even had my daughter and a friend who are same shoe size try them. Same thing happened. Had to return them.
