I was looking for a comfortable walking sandal with a low profile. Something lightweight and not "clompy." This fit the bill. They're sporty and I definitely look like a tourist when I wear them with shorts, but they keep my feet happy at Disney. The sandals tend to slide a bit off my foot as I walk, throwing the arch support out of alignment. But after a couple wears, you figure out how to walk so it doesn't happen too often. Bottom line: they're good, but not great.

Ordered a 7.5 - my normal size and it was much too narrow. My feel kept falling off the back of the shoe. Because I love Keens I worn in the past, I'll try a larger size.

These are very comfortable. I am learning that Keens run a little small. Every pair I get I wish I had ordered a half size up. It hasn't really mattered in the past with shoes or the other water shoes with the strap on the heel. Your foot will slip out of these, however, without the heel strap if they are too small. They did stretch a little to help it.

I really love the way the sandals look but the there is no comfort in them. They look like they have a great cushion bed but no they don't. They do run a half size small and they slide off the back of your feet. The price is way to high for this type of sandal.

Got a few sizes of these for my growing 9 year old daughter. At first I thought they just ran small, so I got a size larger, and It still seemed too narrow, she really struggled to get them on her foot, sort of defeating the purpose of having a slide. Love Keen, just not this model.

I have similar pair of slip on Keens that I love, but they no longer make the style. I thought this would be the next best thing, but no such luck. It is much narrower and my heel is constantly slipping to the back edge of the shoe. I have had them for a month now, hoping to break them in, but no such luck. Note: They are a whole size bigger than I actually wear. Overall, not impressed.

Cute; still a bit small (I ordered a 1/2 size larger than normal); my foot slipped out as soon as I started walking. Seemed very comfortable; I will order a style with a heel strap.

I own perhaps ten pairs of Keen shoes. I am a first grade teacher, and these shoes are by far the most comfortable brand for anyone who is on her feet and moving all day long! The Whisper Slide, however, is very narrow and seems to run a half size to full size smaller than normal. I wear an 8 1/2 in all other Keen styles. My foot was hanging off the end in this one. If, like me, you appreciate Keens for the wider foot and toe bed, you will probably be unhappy with this shoe. It's adorable, but not the comfort I've come to expect from this brand.

I ordered these primarily for work where I wanted a closed toe sandal. They are great for that but when I try to walk any distance in them, they make my calves cramp. I have owned several pairs of Keens and never had this problem. I wear flip flops all the time and don't have this problem. It is only with this particular shoe. No more Keen slides for me.

Although these run narrower than other Keen sandals I've purchased in the past, they seem like they would be very comfortable except for one problem: my baby toenail stuck out of the side. And not all the time, sometimes in, and sometimes out, depending on the position of my foot. I returned them because I felt this would have been a constant irritant.

Really wanted this shoe to work. Ordered two sizes; neither would stay on my foot, even if I tightened the lace. The last few Keens that I have ordered have had issues. I miss the old Keens with the bigger toe box.

My little toe catches on the strap when I walk. And it felt smaller than my Keens with the strap in the back. I'm going to try a half size bigger.

This sandal doesn't fit my feet, no matter how I adjust the elastic strap they don't stay on. Usually an 8 1/2 the 9 fit best. They fit well enough inside that I decided to keep them but the first trip outdoors and walking a distance longer than from one end of my living room to the other, I realized they aren't going to work. They slip forward to where I am walking with my heel out. I have made the elastic strap tighter and looser and get the same result. I am so bummed because I thought these would be my summer sandals this year but there's no way, my feet muscles have to work too hard to keep these on. I've never had a pair of Keen not fit or perform well before.

I agree with the other reviewers, I typically take shoe size 7 1/2. 5'3" about 110lbs., took a chance on size 8 because reviewers consistently state the shoe runs small and narrow. It does indeed! An 8 is still slightly narrow, & actually they're kind of strange-fitting, but I'll keep regardless, all I was looking for was a new slip-on to wear out to the mailbox and in and around my garage & shop. Boyfriend's puppy chewed up my others. So, in a nutshell, buyers: beware. This shoe passes marginally, but is no show-stopper. Sorry Keen.

Great style for people with narrow feet and not high arches. Order an 8 1/2 which was too short then a 9 which fit my foot. Upon walking a short distance my foot would slide out of the sandal, no matter how tight the laces were, so unfortunately had to return for another style.

So after reading other reviews, I ordered my size (10) and a half size bigger (10 1/2). The 10 1/2 fit better than the 10, but I have other issue with this sandal. To me, it is way more narrow than other Keen shoes. I own three other pair of size 10s and have had no problem with them being narrow. I agree with others that the little toe hangs out slightly, but not that bad. My main problem is at the top of the foot. The material is so tight over the top, that it leaves marks on my foot. It is stretchy, but i don't think it will stretch enough to be comfortable for me. I wanted this to be a quick slide-on shoe and it is not because of the tightness across the top of the foot. I also feel that there is no arch support in this shoe. Very disappointing, since I was hoping to wear this shoe for long periods of the day. I can wear my Venice H2 sandals all day, and have excellent arch support. I feel like this shoe was poorly designed and not well thought through. That being said, I am struggling to like this shoe enough to keep it. I don't want to keep it and try to make it work, only to find out it doesn't. I guess the one good thing is that this is the second order this month that Zappos has shipped overnight! I highly recommend buying from Zappos, because they ship fast and have free shipping both ways. Returns are easy, too!

I don't have wide feet, but this shoe was too narrow for me. I fit true to a 7 1/2, but maybe a half size up would have worked better. Never tried the slide style before, I will go back to the traditional Keen sandal style with a back to it.

These shoes are so cute and I really wanted to love them. But, they just don't stay on my feet when I walk.

My Keen Whisper Slides are very stylish, and fit well, unfortunately they do not have the superior shoe base support of all my other Keen Brand shoes. I love my Keen Ormond and my Venice II Shoes in every way, and the style, fit and support are superior to other brands, and I receive lots of compliments. I have also purchased four other pair of Keen's for family members and they just love them. Sorry Keen, I am disappointed in the lack of support of the Whisper Slide. My instep and heel seem to roll around too much leaving me tired after a short period of time and the heel base doesn't feel very sturdy. Otherwise, you're the best! Thanks for great shoes. Please don't decline from your great workmanship.

Not a big fan of this shoe. Slips off my feet easily. Had worn them most of the day when I realized my legs were worn out from trying to keep them on. Not at all true to size, I ordered 1\/2 size bigger due to others remarks, probably should have gone up a full size bigger. Won\'t be a first choice from my closet of shoes to slip on and wear. Can\'t send them back due to trying to make them work.

I love Keens and have 4 styles and they about all I wear on my feet anymore. Unfortunately, this Whisper tends to run narrower. I have a B width feet, and the top of my feet are much wider than my heels. To get my feet into the Whispers, I had to loosen the straps all the way each time and jam them in by pulling back on the heel of the shoes. However, as soon as I start walking, my feet started inching backwards off the sandals until my heels hung off the back. I constantly tried to readjust and push them forward. I thought they might stretch out in a few weeks. They didn\'t. I liked the appearance and lightness of this style. I wanted to replace my 5 yo. Newports, with these. I am in a wet climate and spend time around water, so I wanted quicker drying shoes. If your feet are narrower - you might like these

I truly wanted to love these, I really did. After losing my brand new Keens in the tidal mud flats of Maine, I bought these. For my feet, they ran about 1/2 size small, but the worst problem I had was my small toe (I have an ordinary foot) which sat at a weird spot, catching in one of the strips. The fit wasn't good, but the toe thing is what forced me to send them back.I'm giving it 3 stars because it has so much else going for it.

SO NARROW!!!! Very cute, but could hardly jam my foot into it! If you have wider feet...stay away!!

The shoes look nice and cute. But, when I started walking in them, they don't stay on my feet, no matter how tight I tried to adjust the bungy cords. My feet kept sliding out of the shoes all the time. So I had to return them.

I have these in a sandal (not a slide) and was hoping that these would be as nice but without the back strap. I could not keep them on my feet - my feet kept sliding out or sliding sideways. I think they were the right size, but they just did not work for me. I am disappointed...
