Had to return these because they were a full size too big! It's hard enough to find shoes in a size 5, it's sad when they're not really a 5 after all. The shoes were gorgeous to look at, though and I was super bummed that they didn't fit.

Boy, am I disappointed in these shoes! Despite having leather lining (which seems to be hard to find in this price range), they feel really cheap, which I'm starting to see is a trend with this subset of Kenneth Cole. They gap around my foot. I give them four stars for style because they have a classic style and are nice to look at... when they're not on your feet!

These shoes looked terrible on my somewhat wide foot. The shoe was also about a half size too big which didn't help. I ordered the neon coral color and it certainly is neon a bit too much for office wear, which was my intention.

I wish I hadn't kept these shoes, but I bought them as a replacement for another pair of "Pewter"-colored Kenneth Cole shoes that I owned and they were the basis of an outfit I had planned (sigh). The pewter color of these is very different: those were a more soft, muted silver color, whereas these are glossier. The material of the shoes is softer and less molded than the previous pair was, to the affect that there's a series of big wrinkles across the toes just from walking in them for a few minutes. Also, they're a weird shape, almost as though they're too oval and not foot-shaped enough to be comfortable--the big toes on both my feet feel like they're being pushed ever so slightly to the side. I think, for the price, I could've done a LOT better for a simple silver shoe. Very different quality from other shoes from this brand! Pass or wait for a sale.

I got these in the patent camel...beautiful in the picture, but the quality of the material is poor (cheapy rippling effect right on the top of the shoe where it's most obvious). The sole is oddly small so I can see why people aren't happy with the support. Going back.

I was disappointed by the quality of this shoe. The material felt very flimsy and I could feel every grain of my floor through the sole. The flats were comparable in fit and feel to a pair of nude patent flats that I recently purchased at Payless for $16.99. For this price, I expected a more durable shoe. These were returned.

Show was too short and tight as a result . Absolutely no arch support . Was hoping to wear to work as a comfortable flat - but I am returning .

Made the mistake of only trying on one shoe before throwing away the box. They run small and hurt my feet. Also the one I didn’t try on was made kind of wonky so it puckers weird in the front when I wear it. I would really love to send them back but they shouldn’t even be re-sold. Should have kept the cash and used it for toilet paper. Lol

The shoes were way too wide for my feet.

Cute, but no padding and although it was true to length and width, it would not stay on my foot. It seems as though the upper edge was too loose all the way around. Returned.

I always wear a 6.5M in flats (have many similar to this but not this brand) and these were so uncomfortable. They felt much smaller and were extremely narrow with no arch support.

I had ordered a size 9.5, but one I put it on it would slip off. I will be ordering a size 9, hope this will make the trick.

They are super cute, but very uncomfortable. They will be going back.

There was a seam on the toe of the shoe that blistered my foot to the point of bleeding.

These were very uncomfortable. Had I not tossed the box prior to wearing them, I would have returned them. There was no support in the shoe, and it felt like I was walking on concert.

Sadly, these are cheaply made and run very large. must return.

These shoes are horrible. Wore a hand full of times and they are literally falling apart. The black is fraying on the outside and they look as though they’ve been worn hundreds of times. Save your money - don’t buy!

Hated them!!! They lean over & have no support. I was not happy with this purchase at all but needed them for a event and had no choice but to wear them.

Purchased the light gold patent and loved them, but within the first 4 wears the patent began to crack rather than crease where my foot flexed. I had to return, so disappointed.

When I first tried it on it felt fine, true too size. However, after walking only .5 miles on my regular route to get to work, I got blisters on my heals and on my pinky toes. Not only that, but just with that .5 mile walk the patent leather started cracking and peeling off of the back! The price for such a poorly made pair of shoes is disappointing. I could do better at a cheap big-box store for a price that matches the quality of the shoe, under $20. It is too bad that Zappos is willing to retail such poor quality at such a high price, and that Kenneth Cole Reaction has gotten so cheap (12 years ago I had such a great pair of Kenneth Cole Reaction's that I fondly think back on them!).

These shoes are so cute, but they're not leather, so after two or three wears, the started ripping. At $60, this is far too much money to spend on a plastic shoe!

The best word to describe this pair of shoes would be "flimsy." When I moved my toes, I could see the leather ripple. I love Kenneth Cole Reaction, so this was a big disappointment. I bought a Nine West flat instead.

I was looking for a patent neutral flat and found these. The overall look is what I wanted, but they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn.

Comfortable but not well made. The black color started to rub off within 5-10 wears, making them unwearable. Also, the leather cracked, and not in a good way. Also has a very wide opening, my foot didn't stay in the shoe well. I have purchased many things from Zappos and love everything. This is the first time I have been unsatisfied with a Zappos purchase.
