no arch support, thin leather that you can see my toes through, and runs slightly small. i expected more from KC reaction. returning.

I returned these because I didn't feel like there was any support. The sole was really thin. They were pretty simple in style.

They look nice but so flimsy that I could immediately tell where a crease line would appear over the toes if I were to wear them at all so I'm returning.

I just shopped for black ballet flats from the comfort of my living room. I tried 7 pairs, but only one worked. My feet seem to be wide in the toe area, but narrow at the heel, so I tried 7.5 medium in all cases. This pair was very attractive for this style of shoe, but the material is extremely thin (I can't imagine they'd last any time at all!), AND they were quite uncomfortable (too tight across the toe knuckles).

These flats are really cute and perfect for the dress they were ordered for. They run large and wide, gapping at the sides. Good shoe for the price.

Cute shoe but runs big.

These shoes feel don't feel very secure on my feet. I wear a 7.5 and ordered that size. I have to walk funny to keep them on. They are true to size. My toes don't have enough room to go down to a smaller size. The materials are leather inside and out, but the soles are thin and I'm not sure how long these would last. I have slightly wide feet, but my feet are not wide at the heel. I feel like the heel is the part that's loose.

Beautiful to look at but extremely narrow for a medium, and a bit long.

Love the little shoe. The medium fits like a wide foot, so your foot sloops around in the shoe. And, the patent stretches. So, this fit is a challenge. Lovely little shoe.

These shoes felt very plastic. I am always a true sz 12, and these were too large, more narrow than many other flats. Color was nice but I returned because the color was the only good part.

Kenneth Cole Reaction have been pretty reliable shoes for me always - they fit my feet well and I like the style. I did not love these shoes, although I am keeping them. After wearing them once, it looked liked I had been wearing them for months - not sure if that is because of the patent leather or what, but I was disappointed.

These shoes were super cute, but the back of the shoe literally cut into my heel as I walked. Not comfy.

The shape of these shoes is basic and pretty, they look like a pair you need in your closet. However, these shoes are very "flimsy" and unsupportive. There is no support on the heel or the arches. Not sure I will keep them.

Looked nice, but when I put them on, the sides gaped out. I by no means have a wide foot, and yet these shoes made my feet look incredibly fat. Shame, since they looked nice, but definitely returning.

These shoes were so so cute for a while, but I wore them daily for a few months and it seemed like they fell apart way faster than they should have. The outer edges & soles stayed okay, but the top layer of material started to peel off and fray around the top of my foot. Also, the heel part got squished really fast (maybe they were just a little too big, not real sure what causes that). That's the kind of quick wear I would expect from cheaper shoes. But they were really cute while they lasted! Love the semi-matte finish.

These are cute in the picture are lackluster in person. They run very large and wide. Not for narrow feet at all and not worth the price they're asking.

There is too much toe cleavage with these shoes and the toe box felt too tight for my taste. These shoes are going back.

I love the ways these shoes look, but they have stretched out so much that they're not wearable.

The pictures made me expect a well structured, yet minimal shoe. The leather is very thin and flimsy. The shoe does not maintain shape when its on your foot and had visible pulling marks - kind of like the whiskering that happens on some jeans. I'm in between a size 6.5 and 7 so I ordered the 6.5. I also have medium to narrow feet. The soles also felt narrow. When standing in them, I felt like I could feel the outlines beneath my feet. It felt like the sides of my feet were hanging over.

I bought this in Neon Coral - don't let it fool you, it is straight neon pink - no coral. Also, it was a full size too big. I had to return it. I've had Kenneth Cole Reaction flats in other styles that were true to size and very pretty, but this just isn't one of them. I had high hopes for this shoe so I am disappointed. That being said, Zappos makes returns really easy and they have a great policy.

your shoes are made for people with small feet.But you have to realizes that we have a lot of young tens these days that have large feet and love stylish boots and shoes.your shoes need to come and boots need to come up to a least a 12m/wide.The same thing when it come to your male attire need to have large sizes other than just an extra large.

I hate to return these since they were too wide and the 7.5 I ordered was already a bit too short. I wear a 7.5/8 N usually. Order a 1/2 size up and only buy if your feet are on the wide side of normal.

Cute shoe, but really runs big. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8, but the 7.5 was too big. But the real problem was that the leather was too stiff and the sole wouldn't bend.

Good news for big feet! These are cute and run large. The quarter-inch heel reduces the impact of the ground on your heel bone, which adds a degree of comfort. However, the sizing is a bit off. I have wide feet and sometimes have to order a size up compensate. And though I did not order a size up this time, they are still too big. I got the Teal faux Lizard skin model. Warning: this material is completely unbreathable, so if you need a little air flow in these warm weather months, choose a different upper material. I give this shoe high marks for fashion, but lower marks for practicality.

These shoes would probably be better in a different color. I purchased the coral in hopes of getting a nice pinky/orange (coral) color and they are so bright, neon orange bright. Disappointed because I won't get any use out of them and am sending them back. Other than the color, they seem like they'd be nice shoes!
