Cute shoe not particularly comfortable. The soles didn't seem to have a lot of traction.

Great flat for casual or work days. Comfortable and stylish. Cute with jeans, pants, or a dress. I will buy another pair for when I wear these out.

Very cute flat! I wish there was some arch support since my normal ones don't fit in the shoe, but it's great to wear when I'm not doing a ton of walking around.

I'm a pretty solid 6 with wide feet that can sometimes take a B but sometimes need a W. I ordered this in a 6W based on other reviews that said they were a little narrow or tight in the toe box. They were way too big! I would estimate that they were at least a full size larger, but the width felt about right. They felt really comfortable so I'm a bit disappointed they didn't work out. The 5W is out of stock so I have no other option but to return them and continue my search.

Classy looking shoe - I wear an 11 B - they run 1/2 size large. Seemed like they may need to be worn a bit to soften up. Back they go as I need a 10.5. Oh well, will keep trying.

These are so cute, I wish I could keep them! I bought the bronze in 9.5 N and they fit really well in both length and width. The insoles are very comfortable but the top of the shoe rubs and cuts into the top of my foot above my big toe joint. Sadly, they have to go back.

Beware of these shoes if you have a narrow foot ( I wear a 6N). Although these felt true to my size 6, they weren't very narrow as they barely stayed on my feet so unfortunately they have to go back. Other than that, I'd still have to give the shoe a high overall rating as they seemed comfortable otherwise and they really are a stylish flat. I've always loved Naturalizer's shoes, so I'll keep trying.

These felt a bit tight in the toe box at first. But, they loosened up a bit, and are extremely comfortable. The bronze is a great color.

Really cute shoe! Comfortable and well made. The narrow doesn't seem very narrow though.

Another great shoe "out of the box" thanks, Zappos! One tiny negative is that due to my wide foot/narrower heel, I needed a heel insert in this shoe. Love the color, and the style, and the comfort! Great shoe for long days that don't involve much sitting.

I am very pleased with Zappos and their service is excellent. Their customer service employees are so accommodating too. After you put in your order, in a few days, your shoes will be on your doorstep. I highly recommend shopping through Zappos.

I bought a pair of Fitzwell Dyan II but the WW was too narrow. I bought the Naturalizer Maude as a replacement in WW and the fit was perfect. The shoe is attractive for work and casual wear. The process of switching shoes was very easy. Recommended style. Quick service.

Cute! I've purchased Naturalizer before in 6.5 M, but Maude seemed a bit snugger. I got the Nickel Metallic which is very nice. I would have kept these but the inside edge is too low to give much arch support. Did I mention I have low arches? Sadly these shoes won't work for me. If you don't need the support, they might be the shoes for you!

These were pretty comfortable and true to size. Only thing, unlike most Naturalizer flats I have I found them to be a little bit hard on the inside and stiff towards the design on the front, but I'm sure after some use it will be fine.

Comfy shoes for everyday wear. Perfect for chasing after my 2 year old son. Not super stylish, but a bit improvement from my sneakers. I also wear to work in a casual atmosphere. Great all-around flat, worth the money.

This is a really cute shoe. I think if you have healthy feet and ankles it's a definite keeper. I am recovering from an Achilles injury so this was not a good choice for me. It does not have any arch support or cushioning in the heel. I knew that prior to buying it but had no idea how miserable I would be after a day of walking on hard concrete. That said, when I originally put it on, it was fantastically comfortable and I was fine on carpet or sitting. In a nutshell, it's a wonderful shoe for healthy feet. Avoid it, though, if you need support or have a pre-existing condition.

These were comfortable and cute, but there was just a little something that was off - so they are not my new black flat. The main thing for me was that there was no arch support at all. Beyond that, the shoe itself was really comfortable as I tried it out in my house.

These were incredibly comfortable right out of the box. They are a good choice for work flats, and have some pillowy support inside. The only negative is that the heel is a softer material that showed some wear right from the beginning.

I rely heavily on Zappos to help me find comfy, stylish shoes for my wide, finicky feet, and Maude was one of very few (we're talking count-on-one-hand) shoes that required little to no break-in time. The insoles are cushioned, but nothing exceptional; the outsoles are quiet, rubber, and nonslip - three hugely important qualities for me. My only real gripe: it's not as flattering or slenderizing on my foot as Naturalizer's Mitzy in Taupe was (which I think might have to do with the thick weaving vs. narrow ruching), so I don't think I'll get a lot of wear out of this.

I bought these shoes for a international trip where I would be walking a lot but needed to look a bit nicer (so tennis shoes weren't an option). They fit a bit snugly but didn't rub at all. I wore them for a few days before I left to break them in and had no problems. Once I was walking in them for 13-15 hours a day multiple days in a row I had rubbing in some spots and needed to use band-aids, but I would have expected that from any shoes! I also got lots of compliments on them!

Great shoe - comfortable and goes with anything. I wish I would have gotten a half size bigger. I vary from a 6.5 to 7 and without trying the shoe on, it's hard to tell which size would fit the best. I think after wearing the size 6.5 a few times, it will stretch a little.

The width in the heel is wider than I can wear. There is not much at the toe to keep the shoe on either. Let me say that I have a very narrow foot AA-AAA. They are lovely shoes. The are soft and look even better than the photo. Do not hesitate to order. Hope this helps.

I have a lot of trouble finding narrow shoes. These fit really well are very comfortable and I feel a good value.

Got these for an everyday dress shoe. Relatively comfortable for the first 30 minutes, but even with wide width they pinched my big toe and pinky. I have continued to wear them for shorter days, hoping the leather stretches a bit. They are very cute, and might be more comfortable for a less wide foot.

Perfectly comfortable for work and also stylish enough for day and night time.
