I have turned the same ankle about 5 times (all freak accidents) and since summer was coming I needed a sandal that wasn't too soft nor too stiff on the sole. This shoe is just in between that and couldn't ask for anything more comfortable. Usually after a week or 2 of wearing the shoe is loose but the adjustable straps are why I bought these shoes and not another brand I had been looking at.

Perfect shoe for Disney! I wore this sandal for 7 full days at Disney World! They were great for water rides, rainy afternoons, no blisters, and general comfort! I will definitely wear on more vacations.

My daughter loves these! Wore them for 3 weeks in Tanzania and came back to the States "living" in them. Used to be a "flip-flop" kid!

As soon as I tried these on, my feet said, "Aaahh!" The heel support is great. The arch support is great. Everything is completely adjustable. The soles feel cushioned but give a great deal of support. I find these sandals to be as comfortable as my sneakers and have been wearing them on walks that I would previously only take with sneakers. And I found them on sale at a large chain outdoor goods store.

Excellent sandal for summer. Enough shoe with having it a sandal. I love these. Very comfortable right from the start.

Love the shoes. They are supportive and comfortable. I recently visited a friend in Arizona, and she loved them. She ordered a pair for herself. Even though I have arthritis, I can easily walk in the Tevas. Love Zappos...great company to deal with. Shoes came quickly. Order is always correct. Tevas and Zappos...great combination.

Absolutely love Teva Tirras! I bought a pair in brown and black for a vacation in Hawaii and was able to wear them on sandy beaches, tromping over lava fields, shopping, and to casual dinners. They were the only shoes I wore on the trip, and I had packed several others just in case because I hadn't had an opportunity to break them in prior to the trip. They run true to size with great arch support. The only negative I can think of is that the front strap hangs over a bit too much on my average foot and the velcro doesn't extend far enough to hold it down completely. A minor adjustment of all straps made these Tirras a perfect fit. So light and comfortable, too. They are the perfect summer sandal and a bit dressier than most Tevas and Keens, so can be worn with skirts as well. Zappos made preparing for the trip a breeze with their easy return policy, as I ordered two sizes to find the perfect fit and returned the wrong size when I got back from vacation. How easy is that?

Bought this sandal for my mom, she is mid 60s. She loves them - so versatile, she can go from walking, to watering the grass getting them very wet, to wearing them to church with a dress and still look good. GREAT SHOES!

Great sandals. Comfortable and well constructed. These are more feminine than most good walking sandals I have found.

Bought these to wear to China at the end of the month. Wore them today while shopping, they felt great. I decided to skip the bulk of tennis shoes and at another traveler's recommendation try these out. While I wouldn't usually buy them I think they will be great for our vacation and we have a river trip planned where I know they will be wonderful. By the way, I got a pair for my 15 year old daughter too, she loves the arch support and the comfort.

These shoes are great. I was looking for a good, comfortable walking shoe that wasn't super clunky. These are very lightweight, and the three adjustable straps give them a good fit. The color is also nice.

I ordered the chocolate chip in these, and they were wonderful! I decided to order another pair in the black. The arch was different in the black, so unfortunately I had to return them. I wore the black pair around the house for a couple of hours and could tell the difference in the arch in the black as opposed to the chocolate chip color. Too bad, I really wanted a pair in black also. I give the chocolate chip 5 stars, but unfortunately the black were not the same.

I have never worn Tevas before, but needed a water sport sandal for my upcoming vacation. I really like the Teva Tirra. They are really comfortable straight out of the box. I've been wearing them to "break" them in, but again, don't feel I really need to. I like the green colors and find they are cute, also.

I love this sandal. It provides me with the support I need and it is so lightweight. I feel like I am walking barefoot, but have support to my arches.

I tried every model of Teva sandals. I also tried Ecco and Chaco sandals. These Teva Tirras were hands down the most comfortable of all of them. One thing that is strange is that they did not make the ankle strap long enough. The Velcro will show and if you wear pants or are sitting on the carpet, it may stick. And I have very skinny ankles, so it is not because my ankles are too large. Anyway, these sandals have nice arch support, though not as much as Chacos. They are so comfortable you just want to wear them all the time. You can adjust them in three places.

Love these shoes! At 58 my feet are never comfortable for long. Not anymore - I've been able to wear these shoes every day. Went on a long walk the first day and they were great.

This is my third pair of Teva's in the last 10 years and they are used heavily for kayaking days (salt and fresh water) as well as other events. My husband has Tevas too and we just hose them off when we're done. I won't buy any other brand as these are so tough yet comfortable.

I love these shoes! In the beginning the straps rubbed my ankles but now they're great. It just takes a little while to figure out the right adjustments on the straps for your feet. I originally wanted Chacos but they're just too expensive for me. These Tevas are a great, cheaper alternative to Chacos. The only downside is that I wear them so much I'm starting to get this really awkward tan line on my feet.

These are extremely comfortable and I bought them for a European vacation after an exhaustive search! My only quibble is the bright contrast of the rear tab/strap which I used a black permanent magic marker to color. Love the adjustability for a custom fit.

I have experienced terrible heel pain, so bad that I have not been able to walk some days. My sister purchased a pair of these Teva Tirra and fell in love. So I thought I would give them a try. These sandals have to be the most comfortable ever. The sandals feel like expensive running shoes, I have no pain in my heel when I wear these. They are adjustable for width, my the ankle strap is also adjustable for comfort. No rubbing, or blisters wore them straight away the first day for eight hours!

As soon as I put on these sandals I knew they would be a favorite! I wear them every day to walk my dog, shop, whatever - not only comfortable, but I receive compliments every time I wear them. Fabulous!
