I do a lot of walking and I need more arch support than most of the Teva sandals currently available, so I thought I'd found the perfect shoe when I got these. By the second walk, the straps that cross over the forefoot were taking the skin off the tops of my feet. The way the shoe flexes when you move in it causes the straps to rub, no matter how much you tighten or loosen them. This needs a redesign: keep the current footbed and sole but pair it with straps like on the Hurricane XLT2 and you'll have a winner.

Best shoes can wear them all day ! Just comfortable!!!

I bought these for my Hawaiian vacation next month to hike lava and forests and walk on the beach.. They are comfortable, good support, sturdy soles and not too clunky. My only complaint is that the toe straps on the right shoe are much shorter than the left shoe straps, so much that I can hardly reach the velcro together. Not sure whats up with that but for the price $$ I'd like these to be perfect.

They feel very secure which is what I was looking for in a hiking sandal. However, my feet run a touch narrow and I have to synch them all the way down to not feel sloppy. They rub both feet in 2 places even after having worn them several times so I don't think it's an issue of being broken in. Ultimately, not for me.

I love the Tirra for the comfort and style. Easy to wear outside and at work. Please don't ever discontinue this sandal.

I wear them everyday whether shopping, walking, at the beach, or hiking. Sizing is perfect for the straps are so easy to adjust plus they are easy to clean. Bottom line these shoes are comfortable.

So far I have 4 pairs, and I love them.

I love Teva and this style of sandal. I do have to get a half size up in this particular sandal. This is my third color. Each one is the same, size up half a size. I am a true 7 1/2 in 99% of my shoes.

I bought these to replace my old black tevs that i use for kayaking. These are truly black on black so I can use them with the black yoga pants I have been living in for the last year and a half!

I went for my "usual" size and they fit perfectly. Colors are true to website photos. I love the adjustable straps around the ankle AND across the toes to customize the fit. The straps behind the ankles rests a little lower than I'm used to with sandals but easy to acclimate to the feel. I have already taken them hiking, around the yard for gardening, and to the swimming hole and I love them more every time I wear them.

I mostly use this for light hiking and walking around when the weather is hot; also when traveling. I followed directions for measuring my foot. It said to buy a size 8, the same size as my old sandal. It is about 3/8" shorter than the old sandal. Still wearable, but it feels short, like I will stub my toe. Otherwise, sandal is great and should wear well.

I wear these all summer long for walks, kayaking and working in my flower beds. This is a replacement pair because my others had a sandal strap come out of the mounting in the sole. Wish they would have been more durable.

This is my first purchase and I will definitely be buying more! Complete comfort for walking in rough terrain all day.

I really like the sandal until I experienced going three a rain storm. After getting my feet wet I ended up with blisters. I used them while visiting Universal at Florida.

The vegan leather is really stiff, it hasn't loosened up and really bothers the top of my ankle. I'm going to return them for perhaps a fabric strap style.

The velcro on the strap is loose at the end. I need to take these to a cobbler.

These are the most comfortable saddles for every day. I wear them from shopping, around the house, camping and kayaking. I've had them three years and they have a lot of life left in them. Can't wait to get more colors when they are back in stock.

Comfortable right out of the box. I got them wet and muddy and they washed off no problem.

These are pretty darn comfortable. I've worn them for easy walks and when being on my feet for hours at a time and they are really good at keeping my keep supported and pain-free. I really like the Velcro steps on them - makes me feel like I have more control over how loose or tight I want or need the sandals on a particular day (like if it's really hot/humid and my feet are a bit swollen). They're not as supportive or comfortable as a good pair of walking sneakers but for sandals, they do a really good job. They're also a little bulky which I don't love and don't feel I could wear them a casual dinner out b/c they're maybe too casual but I didn't buy them to be fancy so that's okay.
