What I appreciate about this sandal is that while is listed as having a medium width the straps are all adjustable, making it possible to fit an extra wide foot. The arch susport (without orthotics) is also adequate for me which is nice because the orthotics I often need would not work with sandals

These are my second pair of Teva Tirra. The sandals are true to size and very comfortable. No break in period. Right out of the box, I wore them on an urban walking vacation for four days. It was an added bonus that I didn’t need to worry about water damage from wet streets or sudden downpours. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable for all day walking, light hiking. The ankle strap does sit up higher than I prefer but these were to replace Merrell sandals like this that I can’t find and they did a good job. Lots of support and width is true to size.

Great sandals, wonderful support and cushioning. True to size, will be buying in an additional color. No break in needed.

This is the second pair of Teva Tirra walking sandals that I purchased. Original pair 4 years ago and treated myself to a new pair now. From the beginning, this shoe is comfortable and easy to walk in; no need to "break" it in. They are lightweight and not cumbersome. I REALLY do LOVE this shoe!

My 2nd pair. They are comfortable have a nice supportive arch. Wasn't sure I'd like the turquoise color since my last 2 sandals have been black & white but I am very happy with this color. I like that they are water friendly.

Love these shoes. I have bunions so finding shoes that are comfortable is very challenging. These are adjustable and look good . True to size.

Very comfortable and they look great for everyday casual wear.

I have wide feet with high arches and insteps. The sole is plenty wide for my foot and the strsps are long enough to accommodate my foot although could be a little longer. Overall comfortable and cute.

I bought the taupe multi after several false starts with this sandal. I have been wearing this model and other Tevas for years but now Teva is using different materials on the Tirra and it is very stiff EXCEPT for the two "multi" color choices, which I happened to see and feel in a store. Most of the Tirras have a grosgrain type strap and it is uncomfortably stiff. My older Tevas were never stiff even in the beginning. The Tirra multi versions have a soft fabric strap. I saw a few reviewers who complained that the soft multi strap bunched up in the plastic loop it goes through, which turned sideways. In my sandals, there does not appear to be enough slack for the loop to turn sideways. Also, the photos that people posted showing it turning sideways make it look like they were pulling the ankle strap very tight. With Tevas, you actually leave a little slack in the straps. Somehow they work better that way and never rub blisters. I keep my foot slightly raised from the footbed while I velcro the ankle strap and it all works great. I was disappointed with the taupe multi color but since my options are limited, I'm happily keeping them. Online it looks like the plastic parts of the sandal are beige or taupe but on my sandals they are gray, so the whole thing just sort appears gray. No big deal and they are very neutral to suit any occasion, I just thought the different colors and accents would stand out more. This particular style is well suited for feet on the wider side.

Great fit true to size

I love these! I have AA narrow feet and often have to strap Tevas so tight that the straps hang onto the ground. It gets veeeery close with these, but works. Most importantly, though, as soon as I put them on my feet were comfortable. No breaking in time!
