I purchased the TIrra in Bering Sea. I have a pair that I purchased two years ago that are grey with lime trim. I am going to have to return them because the foot bed is different. It is shorter and narrower and the arch support hit farther back in my arch that my other pair. So the shoe hurts to wear. I was so looking forward to having another pair but doesn't look like it. I am a true 10 1/2 womens and a 11 will be too big. Very disappointed.

I loved the look of these sandals, although the sole's felt very jiggly. After one week, I developed plantar fascitis! In one week of walking, the sole's got pretty gummed up from walking outside so I can't return them. I really wanted to love them! So disappointing and an expensive mistake.

I want my old Tevas back. These are way too wide and don't fit my feet. When I try to tighten the straps enough for them to be comfortable in (and not slip around in), the velcro runs out and is holding on by a tiny piece. This causes the velcro to continuously keep coming undone. It's as if they were made for people who have swollen feet, not people who have normal feet!

This product is a disappointment. The sole of one of the shoes is already peeling away from the shoe, detached by a few inches, and the straps over the toes do not have enough velcro to allow the straps to velcro all the way down, so they curve up. The velcro is also already wearing out. It no longer sticks as effectively. I have worn TEVA shoes for years and this is not the teva standard from the past. I have since contacted customer service representatives and they have told me that I need proof of purchase. So, I trusted that my TEVAs would stay intact, did not keep the receipt, and now I am just out of luck. I expected that a company like this would have better customer service.

I have worn Teva Hurricanes for years. They are sooo comfortable. I bought the Tiarra sandals, but they cut into the side of my foot. I have even taped the back strap, but it doesn't help. I will continue to buy the Hurricanes as needed but I will NOT by any others as it would be throwing good money aftter bad.

I am very disappointed with these shoes. I went to the Keen sight to buy some of there sandals, but I was sent these. When you feet sweat they stink and they do not fit good. Paid too much for an off brand name shoe.

Based on the reviews I thought that I would have a winner here but unfortunately I was wrong. I like the color, style and the arch support providing I do not walk in them. No matter how snug, loose or somewhere in between I adjust the top foot straps or the ankle strap, I develop blisters. The straps just cut right into my foot. I have tried using Band-Aids or some other form of a bandage but they just end up sliding off. I have only worn these twice and at this point because they have been worn I know they will not be returnable. This was a huge waste of money. What a disappointment.

I have had many Tevas...the originals and the old style flip flops. Cant get my foot in the new style Tirra due to the change in strap location and old style flipflops arent even shown anymore. I will just keep wearing my old ones. Please bring back the flip flop with the Tirra sole and wide straps.

My feet have difficulties and I have just received my third delivery of these sandals in three years. I wear them year round, with and without socks. They are the most comfortable sandals that I have ever worn. The color choices are so much fun. Thank you for selling them year after year. They do not wear out; just get a little tired after constant wear, in and out of Oregon rain. One observation; the colors tend to vary in softness. Example, my new Decadent Chocolates require less breaking in than my new Taupes. Thank you!
I'd also recommend:
Hmmm Clarks, I think. They tend to be soft and easy to wear. I cannot wear other shoes, now.

This shoe is made so that the ankle comes up too high on my foot. I have worn several Tevas and not had his problem before. These shoes do not seem to be the same quality of those that I have had in the past. These are poorer quality! There should be an adjustment for the heel strap!

I can wear a girl's size so thought I would check out the difference between these and the women's Tirra. Thin soles, etc...

These pinch and rub my toes. They look nicer than my 1st pair of fisherman type Tevas which are the most comfortable shoe I own. These Tevas are not very walkable.

I ordered these because of the reviews, and I so regret it. I got these for a trip to DC, and I ended up with blisters on top of blisters. My feet were so sore that it ruined my trip. I even wore them some before I left to try and break them in.

I have five pairs of TEVA sandals in my closet, and these are the only ones that are uncomfortable. Since they are not "defective," I can't return them, but I can't wear them either. I loved the Spoiler, now out of production. I thought these would be the same. Not. Unfortunately.

Horrible - are the straps made out of razor blades? I wore these around the house quite a bit, and thought they would be a good shoe to wear on a trip - bad choice. After the first afternoon of touring Buenos Aires, these shoes had cut into both feet, in multiple locations. They ended up in a suitcase for the rest of the trip - should have just left them there. Too bad. They are really cute, and the price is good.

I should have listened to the previous reviews about the ankle strap. It's way too high in the front and rubs against my ankle leaving a red mark. The back of the ankle strap is somewhat low and feels like my foot is going to slip out. It's not very attractive either, but better looking than some of the thicker-strapped athletic sandals.
