I have two pairs of these that I bought a few years back and I love them! I ordered a new pair and the arches are in the wrong place on my foot and in different places on each foot. I ordered two more pairs to see if they would be better and out of 3 pairs only one sandal had the arch in the right place. I had to return them all. So disappointed. I wish the quality content was better.

About 10 years ago I bought two pair of leather sandals under the Teva name. As you can imagine they are showing some wear. I love them. I will continue to wear them until they fall off my feet. I don't feel the same about my new Teva shoes. Firstly, they are not leather and the material causes my feet to burn. They are cute and if I was a fashionista person I would wear them and suffer but I'm not. I will say that the fit is perfect. I'll give them to my daughter.

I own 2 pairs of these that I bought a few years back. I ordered them this year and the arches are in the wrong place on my foot. Ordered 3 pairs from various places, had to return them all. Only one sandal out of 6 had the arch in the right place. So disappointed.

I love Tirra sandals and wear them all the time. However these sandals arrived with a loose unglued end on each strap rendering them unable to go through the loops on the sandals. Very disappointed and when I tried to exchange them they were not available! I would also like to see these sandals in some more colors. The colors are not very pretty! I think that your product development department needs to up their game.

I only wore these twice and the the outer layer of the soles are peeling off. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times but have not been able to get through. Otherwise they fit well and look good.

The bottoms of these sandals don't have traction. When you step on wet pavement, it's almost like skating. I was walking my dog and was on a sloped concrete alley and it was almost like doing a split except I'm 62 and not in a gymnastics class, so it wasn't fun. Instead it resulted in a strained groin. Shoes that are sold for active uses like these should not be slippery on the bottom. It's a design flaw that should be fixed.

I wanted these to work. I wore them once and they left strap cut in to my big toe and It is still healing.
The right foot fit great. They are cute but they are going back.

Misery. I wanted these shoes to be perfect. They were pretty, they were sturdy, they had great soles, they could get wet... they were the perfect shoe. And then came the blisters. And blisters is probably an understatement because these shoes cut so badly into the side of my feet that I had scabs for two weeks after wearing them. Because I am a glutton for punishment, I tried adjusting the straps and the same thing happened so no, these shoes are not the perfect shoe unless you are looking for pain and scars. If you enjoy spending money on shoes you will wear twice and then bury in your closet, these are the ones for you.

Will be leaving a review on DSW and Zappo. With pics. You should not be calling this shoe "Tirra" any longer. It needs a new name because it is barely the Tirra sandal I've been purchasing for about 10 years. It's been my go-to shoe ever since I was injured back then. After healing, I stayed with it and thought it was a gift from heaven. I guess I've spent an average of $150 per year just on these sandals in different colors. Thats $1500! Now, it's completely been re-sized, oddly shaped and cheaply made, yet you still call it the same style and charge the same price. I'm just one customer, and I may not matter much, but brand quality and honesty are #1. You changed the quality and sizing, and were't very honest about it. I am really sad about it, but you just lost a VERY loyal customer.

i recently ordered my 3rd pair of these sandals and was so disappointed. I ordered the all black and they are super narrow, the straps do not reach across the top of my foot and the ankle strap must have been made for a child. I ordered my normal shoe size (8), just like I have in the past and my toes were hanging over the edge, one foot more than the other. what? that is not normal. while I do have wide feet, my ankle and tops of my feet are normal size. I have loved teva for their adjustable straps and comfortable shoes, but there seems to be an issue with either quality control or the sizes changed drastically. i ordered all 3 of my kids teva sandals and they fit them normally. these are not cheap sandals and should not be this inconsistent with sizing. seriously disappointed.

I have these same Tevas, but several years old, although the item# & size match, the new version is about a half inch shorter and the velcro tabs are about half as long as they used to be. Very disappointed and I am sadly returning.

So disappointed, as many have said the quality is not there anymore. Straps too thin and feels uncomfortable. Returning these and bought Ecco brand which comes close to what Teva used to be.

I've been buying this style for years and love it. The shoes are comfortable and good looking. Unfortunately, Teva's has tweaked the velcro closure. I have narrow feet and for the first time the velcro on the front strap completely overshot the other side of the tape so it was impossible to close without paying someone to alter the straps. When I compared it to the older model, I could see that they had shortened the segment of vecro on the strap. In the end, I decided that it wasn't worth paying the additional $20 to have them fixed by the cobbler.

These sandals have a rather strange design where the topmost strap is split in two. That area rubbed my feet pretty badly. I loved the way the sandal looked and hoped they would work out. But after wearing them very briefly once, they absolutely "killed" my feet and I have to return them.

I so wanted to love these but I tried for one month to break them in and it didn't work for me. The front straps rubbed my toes to the point I could not where them anymore. Cute style but not for me. Gave them away.

Front straps across foot too long. Could not be tightened enough to even connect the Velcro. Had to return. Have older similar tea sandals that did work.

I got these for hiking and the first time using them I ended up with painful chafing on the heels. I like the look, the grip on the soles, and that they can get wet and dry fast, but comfort is top priority when hiking.

Don't think it was a true size - Velcro didn't fit across the top of my foot. Had to return for refund.
Have enjoyed many types of tevas in the past few years. This was disappointing.

I purchased the TIrra in Bering Sea. I have a pair that I purchased two years ago that are grey with lime trim. I am going to have to return them because the foot bed is different. It is shorter and narrower and the arch support hit farther back in my arch that my other pair. So the shoe hurts to wear. I was so looking forward to having another pair but doesn't look like it. I am a true 10 1/2 womens and a 11 will be too big. Very disappointed.

I loved the look of these sandals, although the sole's felt very jiggly. After one week, I developed plantar fascitis! In one week of walking, the sole's got pretty gummed up from walking outside so I can't return them. I really wanted to love them! So disappointing and an expensive mistake.

I want my old Tevas back. These are way too wide and don't fit my feet. When I try to tighten the straps enough for them to be comfortable in (and not slip around in), the velcro runs out and is holding on by a tiny piece. This causes the velcro to continuously keep coming undone. It's as if they were made for people who have swollen feet, not people who have normal feet!

This product is a disappointment. The sole of one of the shoes is already peeling away from the shoe, detached by a few inches, and the straps over the toes do not have enough velcro to allow the straps to velcro all the way down, so they curve up. The velcro is also already wearing out. It no longer sticks as effectively. I have worn TEVA shoes for years and this is not the teva standard from the past. I have since contacted customer service representatives and they have told me that I need proof of purchase. So, I trusted that my TEVAs would stay intact, did not keep the receipt, and now I am just out of luck. I expected that a company like this would have better customer service.

I have worn Teva Hurricanes for years. They are sooo comfortable. I bought the Tiarra sandals, but they cut into the side of my foot. I have even taped the back strap, but it doesn't help. I will continue to buy the Hurricanes as needed but I will NOT by any others as it would be throwing good money aftter bad.
