I have two other pair of Teva Tirra sandals in different colors, and they are perfect. I returned the first pair in this color to Teva because one of the oval-shaped ankle straps holder kept rotating to a vertical position and irritated my foot. I used the rebate from Teva to order another identical par. Now this same flaw occurs on both sandals. Too bad, because I love the color which goes with so many of my outfits.

Problem with the product THREE TIMES! The velcro strap around the ankle was not completed glued to the sandal. I returned two pairs of the same DEFECTIVE SHOES twice and the third time, it came the same way and they were out of my size so now I HAVE TO GLUE IT!

the sandals didn't fit and I would like to actually try some pairs on before I purchase. I looked for over an hour online to find a place where I could go try some on. nothing. very frustrating. I'll have to buy something else

These shoes were horrible. They made sores on my ankle bone from the plastic on the inside of the ankle. I now have scars there. I wore them one day to see how they were and I hated them. I will never buy these ever again! Don't waste your money!! I am only giving it a one star because I can't give it a zero star I immediately returned the shoes.

I purchased these shoes to replace a similar pair that I bought 10 years ago that had worn out on the bottom. Thought these would be exact the same but they're not. Very uncomfortable rubbing in the heal, I can't wear them unless I have socks on. Yuck. And can't return them because of Teva's policy that if they're worn, they can't be returned. Used to like Teva; will never purchase again.

The shoe does not provide enough support for my back and knees.

Teva shoes, I found out after buying them, have a reputation for digging into your heels to the point of extreme pain and blistering for a reason. Because that's exactly what they do. They are only usable at all if you can manage to find some kind of product that will protect your heel. I found a silicone "heel sock" but the Teva straps pull those downwards and it's still an imperfect solution. IF you can figure out how to protect your heels, they are nice. On another note, the straps weren't created to adjust to a thin foot, even though they could have been by extending the velcro. The velcro just doesn't extend far enough so I will likely try to add my own velcro to it as well. They definitely have major design flaws, but if you can overcome these they feel sturdy and supportive if you want to walk a lot in open toed outdoors sandals. But I will never buy them again or recommend them to anyone.

This is my second pair of this specific Teva. I ordered through the website to get a color not available at my local store. I am three weeks in, and the velcro is separated from the closure straps at the ankles on both shoes. I reached out to customer service today who started the exchange process for me. They will not ship my replacement shoes until mine are received at their warehouse. So, I am at the mercy of USPS and their warehouse to receive the item before my replacement shoes are even shipped. Let's not forget, they have my credit card on file. I will think twice about another pair of Tevas, and will not buy from the website again. The customer service agent was nice, it's the policy that's archaic.

I wore these sandals exclusively for a month, they are incredibly comfortable, but the straps have started unraveling!!! I am so disappointed

Blisters withing 20 minutes when I emailed all I was told is wear them with socks. So disappointed to have shoes that I cannot wear.

I ordered this sandal, and was really excited to see if it would work for me this summer. I waited nearly 3 weeks to receive it and kept checking the tracking data, but it wasn't changing at all. Finally contacted the company to ask if they could help me figure out what was going on. After a few days they told me it was because of a label/shipping error on their end, and they would be issuing me a refund. I didn't really want a refund, I wanted the sandal. When I asked if they could send me the sandal they told me I'd need to reorder. Quite frankly after 3 weeks of waiting to even try it on, I didn't want to chance an order again. I'd still love to try this sandal on someday, but the summer is nearly over and my experience with Teva has been frustrating, with no sort of apology or offer to make anything right.

It is so sad what has happened to Teva.

These sandals feel clunky and huge on your feet, not feminine at all. It's hard to get the straps comfortable. The ankle strap hurts, even when loosened. I had high hopes for these based on the reviews, but I was disappointed.

I returned this because it felt like standing on pebbles. I wish you would somehow identify this type of sole so I can be sure not to order anything else that comes that way.

I loved my Tevas that I bought 5 or 6 years ago. I finally wore them out so I bought the same ones online. Unfortunately they've changed the shoe so that it no longer fits my slender foot. The straps are way longer and on its tightest fit the velcro only connects less than 1/2". And the sandal is still loose on me. I won't be buying them again. They would probably be great on someone who has a wide or thicker foot. Please, please, please make a size 10.5!!!!!

I bought two pairs of Tevas at the same time and one pair fit amazing so I thought these would too. Definitely not the case and because I wore them for an hour I could Not return them. It definitely makes me think twice about ordering shoes online.

I have bought two pairs of TEVA Tirras in the past, and now the heel is made of harder plastic and the footbed doesn't hit in the right place anymore. They are very uncomfortable, when previously, they were the most comfy shoes that I have ever owned. They seem smaller than my normal size. I am very dissatisfied after paying so much money for these, which used to be my favorite. I will not be purchasing these again, and am extremely disappointed.

There were comfortable for a little while. Then they cut into my ankle. I noticed that other reviewers experienced this as well. The end of the velcro is coming off one of the straps. This is my second attempted at a review. The first one disappeared.
